We had a fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! She met us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the house, and made sure we had everything we needed. She was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made us feel right at home. The house itself was cozy, comfortable, and spotless, with all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect—convenient to everything while still feeling like a relaxing retreat. We all absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend Heidi’s place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. Thanks again, Heidi!

Schöne saubere Wohnung, gut ausgestattet und mit genügend Platz. Ruhige Lage und gut erreichbar. Kann ich guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist groß, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch mein Hund war herzlich willkommen. Wir wurden persönlich begrüßt und sehr nett empfangen. Mit der SBahn ist man in 8 Minuten in Mainz und oben in den Weinbergen kann man sehr schön spazieren gehen. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten ein angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Martin. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig und sehr sauber. Alles was benötigt wird, ist in der Küche und in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Camille war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Aufgrund einer Baustelle bei uns im Haus, hatten wir bei Martins Appartement übernachtet. Das war sehr erholsam.

The place was excellent. Good heating, kitchenwares were all there, bed and bathroom were good. Artistically designed and decorated living room was quite a plus. Host is friendly and quick in responses. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to come to this area.

The host’s warm hospitality made our stay feel welcoming from the very first moment - they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed while sharing great local tips. A convenient supermarket and an amazing pizza restaurant (a must-try!) are just steps away, blending practicality with delicious dining options. Despite being so well-connected, the area remains surprisingly quiet, offering peaceful relaxation after busy days. What makes this place special is the perfect combination of the host’s genuine care, and the rare balance of urban access with neighborhood tranquility. An absolute gem for travelers who value both thoughtful hospitality and smart logistics!

Es war eine sehr geräumige, saubere Wohnung. Wunderbar ruhig und nahe vom Fluss gelegen. Das Appartment hatte alles was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Sogar Waschmaschine/Trockner und zwei Fahrräder waren kostenfrei vorhanden. Wilhelm ist ein toller Gastgeber. Jederzeit wieder 👍👍👍

Alles top! Das angegebene WLAN-Passwort war zwar nicht korrekt, ließ sich aber nach Rückfrage, die rasch beantwortet wurde, fix klären. Der Preis ist insgesamt zwar angemessen, jedoch ist es irreführend, die Wohnung erst über einen niedrigen Preis zu finden, dann kommen Grundreinigung und eine Bearbeitungsgebühr hinzu und die Endsumme ist fast das Doppelte von dem vermeintlichen Schnäppchen. Es wäre besser, gleich den Endpreis zu sehen bei der Wohnungssuche.

Temiz, düzenli, anlatıldığı gibiydi. Konumu güzel, sessiz bir mahalle. Eve giriş ve iletişim kolaydı. Tavsiye ederim.
