Tanto el piso como el trato recibido por parte del anfitrión fue francamente bueno. El barrio lleno de restaurantes con comida de todo el mundo de calidad y buen precio, barrio tranquilo ideal y perfectamente comunicado con tranvía y autobús. Un acierto total.

Wir möchten uns danken für die Wohnung, die war sehr schön und gemütlich, die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen und überlegen uns es wieder nochmal zu mieten.

What a great stay in Berlin! Sven was superb with his communication throughout, and his directions on how to get to the apartment from the airport were extremely detailed, especially helpful for some of our party who had not been to Berlin before. We were a party of five, here to run the Berlin Half Marathon. The location of the apartment is great. It is clean, spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. We can't recommend this place enough. Great apartment and host.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement. Tout était parfait avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité, des transports publics à moins de 10 min (U8,M10,M1) et une rue très agréable et très calme. Nous y avons passé 5 jours et pour un séjour plus long, une vrai table serait un plus pour les repas pris dans l'appartement.

We had a great time staying at Sven's place. From the outset Sven was very communicative and kindly arranged for us to leave our bags at the apartment before we checked in as we arrived early. The kitchen is small (a galley kitchen) but manages to pack in everything you will need. The beds were comfortable and despite us being in a built up area it was very quiet at night. The location is excellent with a metro station literally outside and two others very close by. It's not a particulary 'pretty' area but it has all the amenities you will need with bakeries and supermarkets and some good take-out places. We stayed as a family (2 adults, 2 kids) and everything suited us great.

Great space and location. Only thing is there was no AC and no big windows to open in the main area so it was a little toasty during the day so we kept the front door open for a breeze. Apartment was clean and beds were comfy

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 und haben uns sehr will gefühlt! Es war genug Platz, die Betten waren super gemütlich und der Host war sehr nett, gut erreichbar und hilfreich!

Pobyt bardzo przyjemny, miejsce bardzo schludne, dostępne, gospodarz pomocny. Na ogromny plus 2 łazienki dla 8 osób.

Zentral, sauber und ein schönes Appartment mit Nespresso - Maschine im Zimmer und Kapseln an der Rezeption... was will man mehr :-) Handtuchservice und Reinigung einmal pro Woche - sehr entspannt und mehr als man sonst bei Airbnb hat.

Das Hotel, in dem sich das Apartment befindet, ist sehr gut gelegen. Die Umgebung ist schön, und sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch die nächste U-Bahn-Station sind in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und entspricht der Beschreibung sowie den Bildern. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Zwei Punkte, die wir bemängeln würden: Die Internetverbindung war etwas instabil, und die Information über die anfallende Stadt- und Übernachtungssteuer ist nur aus vergangenen Bewertungen ersichtlich.

Right outside the train station! A quiet neighbourhood with three supermarkets in walking distance. Room is clean and functional, really enjoyed my stay there

Ein absolut wunderbarer Ort für Qualitätszeit zu zweit! Im Preis Inc ist die Wellness Landschaft die wir das ganze Wochenende für uns hatten! Super freundliches Personal, sehr leckeres Frühstück und gemütliche Feel well Zimmerausstattung und Atmosphäre, sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden wieder!

Ein sehr gemütliches und saubares Apartment direkt neben der S-Bahn. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Bombastische Lage, super zentral. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön und eine riesige Badewanne mittendrin – phänomenal. Auch die Essentials, die zur Verfügung standen (egal ob Kaffee oder Tee, zusätzliche frische Handtücher oder das Wasser auf dem Zimmer) waren ein toller Service. und die Dachterrasse 🤩Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke!

Eine sehr besondere Lokation und eine faszinierende Umsetzung qualitativ hochwertiger Architektur!

Es war super. Sehr freundlich, haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Zimmer war wie beschrieben und sauber. Parkplätze im Hof und an sich eine unfassbar schöne Gegend!
