Our family stayed at David’s place during the past two years Christmas break. It really feels like home. It has a large kitchen, comfortable beds, and beautiful decorations and views. David is very responsive and proactive. The resort did a much better job this year during the check in than last year. It was very smooth. The resort help desk provided very quick help whenever we need anything. It also had many good amenities like tennis court, swimming pool, game room, and even fuse ball activities. We had a lot of fun things to do even on a snowstorm day. Love this place. Hope to return in the future.

This is a great location right off the Strip. Its actually a one bedroom and a separate studio that is connected. The one bedroom has a kitchen. Kitchen had everything (plates, cups, glassware, silverware, pots, pans). Bathroom was clean and functional. Would definitely reccommend this place!

Rod is a great host and has a beautiful place making it walkable and convenient to any Sphere show. Would book again!

I went to Vegas for a business conference, so I was less worried about being on the strip, but I wanted to be able to walk to it. This location was exactly what I hoped for. You will feel like you are in your own condo, but the strip is only a 12-15 minute walk to the heart of everything. You get a lot more value with a full size kitchen and well appointed furniture. Good for families or business folks, I would definitely stay here again while visiting Vegas.

This was the perfect place for my friends birthday celebration! Not too big and not too small! We had a blast. It was so worth the price for what we got and the staff at this place were amazing in everything they did. The only downside was our places ac stopped working but we just opened windows and it turned out just fine! Hope to book again in the future!
