Great place, great location, really appreciated the sleeping arrangements and decor

We had a wonderful stay at Ryann Ava and Jeremy's. The house was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Nice deck that looks out to the river. Well stocked kitchen, extra supplies if needed, easy check in and out Super host to make us feel right at home!

Beautiful and spacious house. Comfortably fit 12 of us and is 5 mins from various shops and restaurants. Easy check in and out! Second time staying at one of evolves properties and I am more than pleased once again!

We enjoyed our stay. It served all of our needs, had most of what we needed for cooking meals. We struggled a bit with the temperature inside, but it was fine.

Leslie was so kind and responsive from the very beginning! Our family was in town for the weekend and loved that we were able to all stay in one place and spend time together. The location of the house is so perfect right on the water and we enjoyed walks down to coffee and around the lake! Very grateful for a beautiful weekend. Thank you!

Very responsive host. We were traveling with an infant and had set up a local company to provide a crib, high chair, and baby gate. They company was allowed access to have everything ready for us. The host was accommodating to our early check in and departure times due to our travel schedule. High end everything (including sharp knives!!!) if you plan on cooking! The views were beautiful, I highly recommend staying at the Blue View.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at Peggy's Airbnb! The location is unbeatable – just a quick 5-minute drive to Diamond Peak ski resort, making our ski trip incredibly easy, especially with our group of 7. This was a huge plus for us! The property was very clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. Traveling as two families, we found the home mostly well-equipped for our needs. The amenities were generally sufficient for a pleasant stay. Regarding value, the price was higher compared to some other properties we've rented in this complex before, which were sometimes more spacious. Overall, we had a wonderful and hassle-free stay. The proximity to Diamond Peak, the cleanliness, and the general comfort made for a great vacation. We would definitely recommend this property, especially to families or groups looking for a conveniently located and clean base for their Diamond Peak adventures. Thank you Peggy for a great stay!

Easily one of the best vacation homes I have ever stayed in. From the heated bathroom floors to the beautiful kitchen and ample bedroom space, this house made for a great trip. The hot tub was clean and in working order. We loved spending time on the front and back porch. The location is great for a trip to heavenly, just 7 minutes away from the boulder lodge.

We loved staying at this beautiful spot among the trees surrounded by lots of snow. This place is very comfortable with all the amenities you could want on vacation (even a coffee grinder, coffee machine, and filters). It is very close the Lake Tahoe and right down the road from Raley’s grocery store, kid-friendly restaurants, and sledding hills and ski slopes. The beds were comfortable. The place was spotless. We had a wonderful time with our little family. We highly recommend staying here!

We loved this cabin, such a beautiful spacious home walling distance from the lake. The beds were comfortable, with so many rooms great place to come if you have kids! Definitely will book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jim's beautiful and comfortable home with amazing views of the Ruby Mountains. The living room sofa and tv set up is ideal for evening relaxation. The home is not too far from town where we enjoyed the restaurants and entertainment. Jim made us feel right at home from start to finish.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Monica’s place. Great location, awesome private beach. We did have one hiccup with a neighbor over driving. But Monica contacted Me right after the incident and made sure my family and I were ok. Would love to stay here again in the future (especially in the summer). Also the heated floors in the winter was a nice touch. Thank you Monica for having us.

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Jose Manuel's place. Our group of five, including a child, found the location perfect for our diverse interests. My SO was happy with the proximity to Heavenly for skiing, while our friends enjoyed the nearby trails and snow with their young daughter. The unit itself was spacious, comfortable, and the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked – we had everything we needed to cook meals. Jose Manuel's communication was exceptional, he was proactive and always quick to respond, ensuring a smooth check-in and enjoyable stay. We'd definitely return!

we loved our stay here! Mark was an excellent host and communicated every step of the way. the home is beautiful and is incredibly well-kept. we felt at home right away— whether it was cooking in the well stocked kitchen, watching TV, enjoying the hot tub, or sleeping in the comfy beds. while not an issue for us, it’s important to mention the houses are close together. so you are visible through the windows and vice versa. there are great curtains if you want privacy though. some folks might want more privacy, but we didn’t mind!

Perfect place to stay close to Lake Tahoe and Diamond Peak ski resort! Stayed for 6 nights with my daughter, we had a blast! The house was stocked with lots of games and smart TVs for entertainment. Showers stayed hot during long showers after cold days on the slopes! Tyler had lots of great recommendations for food and local activities. We really appreciated the flexibility allowing an early check in with a winter storm moving in! We brought our paddle boards hoping for a smooth winter water day, and Tyler accommodated a water hose for easy board clean up! We would definitely stay here again.

The rental was tucked away in a corner. Quiet, clean, townhome type condos. The furniture was a better than standard IKEA and the rooms were big with real beds. Host was nice and responsive. There are restaurants and supermarket a couple blocks away.

This is exactly what we were looking for in our stay. Lovely, Clean, quiet neighborhood within a short drive of anything we needed! Easy check in and out. We would absolutely stay here again!
