We loved our stay! The space is thoughtfully decorated, had everything we needed, and every hospitality detail was thought through. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the dining/living area on the 2nd floor with huge well equipped kitchen, fun board games, and cosy reading chairs. The location was perfect for skiing - we were literally on the mountain 4 min drive from the lifts. Recommended!

I enjoyed my stay at roberts place. Robert was very communicative with me and answered many of my questions. Robert provided me the necessary information about the place and ensured a smooth check in process. Would recommend people stay at one of Robert’s properties for staying in Las Vegas.

Perfect. Beautiful modern apartament, very near at Las Vegas Strip. Great position. From balcony incredible view of Sphere, panoramic wheel and famous casinò.

Perfect stay for our group of 8. Cleane was very helpful with instructions. The upstairs living room area was a great open space for board games/hanging out at the end of the day too.

This place looked like the pictures, and it was very clean. It had everything we needed, and the location was great.

Would have paid any price for the jacuzzi tub. The view was great. At the front desk I was told to call the owner and he answered very quickly and was proactive. Would stay here again.

This place was great with activities on the property that wasn’t available any place else. Everything is clean and well kept. Definitely will book this property again!

Everything was immaculate, from the design and decor, cleanliness, functionality, organization of the home, and amenities. There was a place for everything and the hosts thought of every detail. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were all in great working order. We loved the proximity to Diamond Peak ski resort, Raley's for groceries, and restaurants. Thank you for hosting us, Bert and Ploy. We hope to be back.

We had an amazing first trip to Las Vegas, and our stay at the Palms Hotel made it even better! The host was responsive, and we appreciate her checking in on us in the middle of the week. The hotel is beautiful, with a surprising range of amenities, including numerous restaurants and a large casino. While we couldn’t experience the pool and spa due to seasonal closures, everything else exceeded our expectations. The Palms is just over a mile from the main strip, and while it’s a manageable distance, we personally recommend renting a car to fully explore everything Las Vegas and the surrounding areas have to offer. Overall, a fantastic experience—we highly recommend it!

Beautiful view of the strip, city, and mountains. Room was clean and had everything we needed. To get to the strip, you don't need to be on the road to ge there. The hotel is connected to the Bellagio and Aria hotel via an indoor pedestrian bridge that can take you to there. Using the Valet parking was easy. I told them the room I was staying in and they told me exactly what to do when we first arrived. Front desk told us to check out at the desk to make sure the valet was was not charged at the end of the stay. Smooth booking and had a great time. Would love to stay again in the future.

The home was super cozy and worked for our group of five. We enjoyed the space and even had a chance to hang out in the serene backyard and jacuzzi. Shannon was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely rent the home again in the future.

Great house - as advertised, and super cool! We had a great time, and we all appreciated the space and amenities. And the lake view was top notch. A total do over!

Angela’s condo is wonderful in every respect. Clean, well furnished and the location is outstanding. How often can you stay at a place that is both a 5 minute walk to a beautiful alpine lake and a state of the art bowling alley? 5 star experience.

Great location, super close to food locations and Chinatown. House was very easy to locate. Overall, it was a very nice and clean home. Did not get to utilize the backyard amenities as much due to the weather. Any questions I had, host responded right away. There were a few things that needed to be addressed and the host noted it down kindly. Would recommend to stay here again.

"Amazing stay at this one-of-a-kind penthouse with a balcony jacuzzi overlooking the Vegas Strip! The night views were stunning—we loved jumping into the jacuzzi with red wine every evening, creating unforgettable memories. Great location with easy free parking, spotless rooms, comfy beds, and perfect for our group of six (three couples) with three full bedrooms and a full kitchen. Connected to Palms Casino via an indoor corridor with tons of dining options. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Vegas!"

My stay at Olga and Josh’s place was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Olga and Josh were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, making me feel right at home.

Ally’s place was located very close to one of the Heavenly ski lodges, which was ideal for our stay. The place was very nice and the sauna in the lower floor was a great bonus feature. Ally was incredibly friendly and responsive with her communications. I would definitely stay here again.
