Unfortunately, I can’t honestly review Tom & Chrystal’s place. Tom had reached out a couple of weeks prior to inform me that due to scheduling issue, he had made arrangements for us stay at another villa, which was absolutely amazing! By chance we ran into Tom and family at the local dive shop, and we ended up eating lunch together. Everything I had come to learn online was met in person: kind, friendly, funny, generous… Good people, and we count ourselves lucky to have gotten to spend time with them. So, even though I can’t speak about Crow’s Nest in Woodlands, I can say my interactions with Tom and Chrystal were 100% positive, and I would happily stay at their place at the next opportunity.

Jon's place is amazing. Perfectly located, just a few minutes drive to Pinney's Beach (the main beach of Nevis), grocery stores, and restaurants. A quiet and beautifully landscaped yard with monkeys roaming around. Loved the screened-in porch for having meals and listening to the sounds of nature while looking out at the sea. An extremely spacious kitchen with everything you need for cooking. We loved everything about the place AND Nevis. Hope to come back!

We had a lovely week long stay at Kay's cottage! The cottage was perfect for us. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was also located on Kay's beautiful property and gardens. We enjoyed using the pool a couple of times and spent many hours on the porch. Kay was an amazing host. She answered all of our questions about Nevis and helped us arrange our travel. She made sure we made it in and were comfortable throughout our stay. Her recommendations were great. This is a special place on a special island--highly recommend staying here!

Coccoloba was truly "Heaven on the Hill". It sits up the hill from Oualie Beach and the Water Taxi Pier. It looks out across the Narrows to St Kitts and has the most wonderful sunset views. It was perfect for our family of 4 with two cozy bedrooms. Each with their own bathroom, outdoor showers (indoor ones too). The bedrooms have their own A/C (if needed). In the morning open the pocket doors to let the constant breeze to keep you comfy and cool. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed. One nice extra is that Peter and Louise stocked the villa with an initial supply of provisions that held us over until our grocery store trip. The outdoor grill was a easy to use and fired up fast. Peter & Louise were such wonderful hosts! We fell in love with Nevis and the villa. Hope to be back soon. Ron

Beautiful villa, excellent host, and an amazing island. Derek was always on hand if we needed anything and Jan was super friendly and provided all the information we needed. We had to extend our trip for a day due to weather back home and we were accommodated without any issue.

We had a wonderfully relaxing fortnight in this lovely property. Sea view, palm trees, peaceful location…exactly what we were looking for. We would highly recommend this property to anyone needing to de-stress and chill!!

The space was excellent. LOVED the ambiance and felt very safe at the location. It was close to needed amenities and all our needs were met. There were VERY clear instructions where needed and that helped alot. Thank you.

Excellent and enjoyable stay. Spacious accommodation and great location for getting round the island. Loved the fact that it was 3 bed and 3 bathroom. House has everything you need.

I would definitely recommend and stay at this listing again. the house was clean and comfortable the area where it is located is very convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Vanessa welcomed me in her place in an emergency situation and time of need. Her kindness was a god sent and she helped me get through a difficult time. Her place was clean and peaceful. There are activities to do in the near surroundings and buses available to take you straight to Basseterre.

We loved The Yellow House! A million-dollar villa with amazing views of the Atlantic, Turtle Bay, Nevis, and the Caribbean with cooling trade winds. And great hosts. Everything was perfect... layout, furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, plunge pool, loungers, attached cottage, new Weber grill, courtyard, fountains, big parking area, tropic landscaping etc. Owner-occupied Airbnb's are so much better, especially when it comes to all the useful items in the kitchen drawers and pantry. The pool area, sheltered outdoor deck (slippery when wet, so be careful coming out of the pool) protected from the breeze, was where we spent all our time... big table, double swing, and bar. AC in the bedrooms but not needed in the main area. We latched open all double doors, and the tradewinds kept it cool. Privacy and views are the reward for a 1/2 mile of pot-holed gravel road and a steep climb up Hawksbill. Suggest a rental Jeep and juice the gas as you turn left at the driveway.
