We had a lovely week long stay at Kay's cottage! The cottage was perfect for us. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was also located on Kay's beautiful property and gardens. We enjoyed using the pool a couple of times and spent many hours on the porch. Kay was an amazing host. She answered all of our questions about Nevis and helped us arrange our travel. She made sure we made it in and were comfortable throughout our stay. Her recommendations were great. This is a special place on a special island--highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at this listing was amazing. The house was so well kept and beautifully furnished. Each of the rooms were spacious and had adjoining bathrooms. There was also a half bath, which is conveniently located in the living room. Barbara has everything you could possibly need. From beach chairs to towels to detergent. You name it everything was there. The thing that topped it all was the view from the pool. We will definitely be returning here. Thank you for making our stay in Nevis amazing. A plus was Derek,the building manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Derek was also very welcoming,

Bacchus Field calms your soul. The views, the layout, and decor of this multi building estate provide flexibility, privacy and comfort for groups of various sizes. It is clear the owners have loved this house. It is thoughtfully laid out and easy to entertain in. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space to spread out and/or share time together as desired. As someone who is conditioned to being on the go, I found myself simply wanting to stay at the house and enjoying all it has to offer. The dining room cottage in candlelight rivals the most romantic. We did not miss air conditioning at all. Being a bit up the mountain provided cooler evenings than other places we've stayed closer to the beach. Transfers, car rental, food delivery, chef Micheal and housekeeper Val went above and beyond to help create memories that won't be soon forgotten. Thank you for sharing. We are already looking forward to our return next December.

Our group of 10 active seniors had a wonderful stay at Vanessa’s house. The house and setting is even more beautiful than the photos. We enjoyed the outdoor space immensely- the views of Nevis Peak while floating in the huge pool, BBQing on the pool patio, and watching the monkeys.The house and the pool house are very well equipped and comfortable. The location is in convenient to all the wonderful beaches and historic sites on Nevis. Buckey, the house manager was wonderful and went out of her way to help us with requests, questions, and minor problems. Nevis really is paradise and the people there are so kind!

The place looks even better than the pictures! The road to get there is a bit rough but you are in the jungle so the trek is worth it. Also, there’s no AC but the windows provide more than enough ventilation which keeps it cool throughout the day. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Terrific layout of three separate buildings and pool provided a perfect combination of privacy, convenience and an indoor/outdoor ambiance for two adult couples. (plus an additional bedroom suite that would have accommodated another couple or children.) Pleasant decor and well equipped kitchen. Completely private grounds were beautifully maintained and gave the perception of being on our own, private plantation. Walkable to spectacular resort restaurant at Montpelier Plantation. Wayne's representative, Pulmattie helped us beginning with travel plans through to departure. She arranged our St. Kitt airport to Nevis transportation and our rental car. She led us to the house, gave us a tour and a lot of local information and was immediately available throughout our stay for any questions we had. She grocery shopped for us before our arrival and helped to arrange our departure transportation.

Coccoloba was truly "Heaven on the Hill". It sits up the hill from Oualie Beach and the Water Taxi Pier. It looks out across the Narrows to St Kitts and has the most wonderful sunset views. It was perfect for our family of 4 with two cozy bedrooms. Each with their own bathroom, outdoor showers (indoor ones too). The bedrooms have their own A/C (if needed). In the morning open the pocket doors to let the constant breeze to keep you comfy and cool. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed. One nice extra is that Peter and Louise stocked the villa with an initial supply of provisions that held us over until our grocery store trip. The outdoor grill was a easy to use and fired up fast. Peter & Louise were such wonderful hosts! We fell in love with Nevis and the villa. Hope to be back soon. Ron

Beautiful villa, excellent host, and an amazing island. Derek was always on hand if we needed anything and Jan was super friendly and provided all the information we needed. We had to extend our trip for a day due to weather back home and we were accommodated without any issue.

Great stay, Fatima's property manager was very helpful! She picked us up from the ferry and had a friend give us a lift a couple times, as well as providing great information.

Jon's place is amazing. Perfectly located, just a few minutes drive to Pinney's Beach (the main beach of Nevis), grocery stores, and restaurants. A quiet and beautifully landscaped yard with monkeys roaming around. Loved the screened-in porch for having meals and listening to the sounds of nature while looking out at the sea. An extremely spacious kitchen with everything you need for cooking. We loved everything about the place AND Nevis. Hope to come back!

Excellent and enjoyable stay. Spacious accommodation and great location for getting round the island. Loved the fact that it was 3 bed and 3 bathroom. House has everything you need.
