We had an excellent stay! We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! Great location, close to everything and close to airport. Looks exactly as pictured. And it’s exclusive village, super great and feel safe! The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. A little bit hot in the kitchen area and dining area when we start cooking. A great stay! The neighbors were nice and polite. The host was very quick to communicate and we had no issues.

We had a smooth and pleasant stay. The host/Zernan Joy quickly responded to queries. The house, basic amenities, were clean. Highly recommended especially for those looking for a rental property near Enchanted Kingdom. Nuvali is also not too far.

We’ll definitely choose this place again if we need a place to stay around muntinlupa. The place was huge for a very affordable price. The host and caretaker were both very responsive to our queries. Thank you for letting us stay at your place. :)

The experience was truly wonderful! From the moment we booked until the time we checked out, everything went smoothly. The host was fantastic with communication. She was always quick to respond to all our queries, making the entire process easy and hassle-free. Her attentiveness really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself has a warm and cozy atmosphere. While it’s compact, it’s thoughtfully laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with almost all the amenities, which made preparing meals convenient and enjoyable. The air-conditioned sala and dining area were definite highlights for us, as they provided a refreshing and relaxing space to gather as a group. Although the two bedrooms upstairs didn’t have air conditioning, it wasn’t a problem for us since we stayed this month of December, and the weather was cool and pleasant. The breezy evenings added to the charm.

sobrng ng enjoy kami sa pag stay ng 18 days,feels like nasa sariling bahay,worth it po ang rent namin,mabait at responsive si sir mel at si sir carlo,nung nasira yung remote ng tv pinalitan nila agad ng bagong malaking TV right away,tahimik din po ang lugar peaceful,malinis ang buong bahay..what you see is what you get sa mga photos nila..maraming maraming salamat po sir mel at sir Carlo, ng enjoy po kami at mukhang babalik po ulit kami sa susunod.. highly recommend po ang place nila!!🙂🙂🙂

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean and spacious. Perfect for our big family as we prepared for our long flight home. We had enough space to be able to pack our luggage properly with ease. The huge wrap around sofa was a bonus for gathering with family before we left. We would definitely book again.

The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. Ace provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The location was perfect—close to attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. Communication was seamless, and Ace went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. The unit albeit old felt homey and lived-in. The furniture was simple but functional. The kitchen had all the basic things you'll need. The location was superb and so near to key places like malls, restaurants and convenience stores. Far was a gracious host. Friendly and always willing to help on your requests or concerns. Overall, our family had a great stay and such a good way to start the New Year.

Christina’s place and unit was very well spent. We enjoyed her unit and the size was very spacious for condos in the Philippines. Bathrooms also were clean and spacious. The location is next to Landers and Uptown mall, full of shopping and restaurants. There are also a lot of self care businesses such as salons, dentists, and nail/lash lounges. The area is very walkable! I would definitely highly consider and would like to stay in this unit for future stays in BGC

A great place to stay in the BGC Area because a lot of good stores are close by. Good for a family stay and the entertainment section makes fun bonding moments.

We’ve been here last 2024 and it was good. We really do enjoy the place and we felt like its our home. Easy to locate and very accessible to other places. Very accomodating host, nice and friendly. We definitely want to book again in the near future.

The place is cozy and conveniently located near Rockwell, making it a great choice for those who want easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The environment is friendly and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and kind, even agreeing to a sudden reschedule of my booking date, which I really appreciated. There were, however, a few minor issues: small cockroaches in the kitchen and the fridge takes some time to cool. Despite these, the overall experience was positive, and I would still recommend this place to my friends for its location, charm, and the host’s hospitality.

I've been traveling to Mnl a lot lately and this is the cleanest airbnb i've been. No foul odor. Upon opening the door room smells so nice you'll feel at home agad. Everything is clean from cr to beds. The lobby is homey and peaceful too. Place is super duper secured. This is cheaper than a hotel stay. tysm Sarah ✨ will definitely be my goto bnb
