Taylor’s place was just perfect! We had everything we needed. It was very clean, decorated very nicely, and the subdivision was very peaceful. The location was also perfect! Taylor was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely stay again! Thank you for being so kind and for also sharing your property with us!

The space was cute & clean! The host was very responsive and helpful! Loved the hot tub and the close proximity to 4th St Live!! Appreciated the security features and the fact that we felt safe yet close to the action!! Highly recommend!!!

Kachai was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. She was quick to respond and made us feel like we were valued. The location is central to everything we could want and very close to Louisville. The complex felt safe and we felt right at home for our extended stay. We would definitely rent from her again in the future should the need arise.

The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive. Barquett was very communicative and helpful throughout the entirety of my trip. The apartment was neat and comfortable, great size for one person or a couple. Fitness center access was a plus. If you’re looking to walk to central downtown area (Old Forester distillery, Repeal steakhouse, etc) it’s about 10-15 minutes walking. Overall, good location for the price.

I wanted to write a review from the minute we walked in. This place is absolutely stunning! It is very roomy and very clean. The location is right in the middle of walking distance to anywhere you need to get. I believe mostly the value I see is the excellent location if you want to be able to walk places, restaurants , going out nightlife. (parking included) It is perfect. I would for sure stay here again. The oldness of the building gives the place lots of character. I have no complaints about the stay.

Brooke was super proactive and responsive. Whenever we had questions or concerns, she addressed them immediately and assisted us. Place was so clean and spacious with many high quality sleeping areas. Will book again next year if we have the chance!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and conveniently located to the convention center. Having parking in the garage across the street was wonderful! The location really can't be beat. Walkable to all of the restaurants and many distilleries. Desirable location. The Host even went out of their way to help me with some belongings that I forgot!

Beautiful condo in a locked building for safety and privacy! The condo is spacious, very clean and comfortable. This is downtown so restaurants, bars and shopping is all in walking distance! This is very close to 4th street live, just steps away from the door! The building is quiet, no noise from the street or other rooms. I recommend for an ideal Louisville visit!

I absolutely loved staying at this place! The hosts were incredibly kind and understanding, accommodating all our needs and travel plans. The space was well-stocked with everything we needed, including a generous supply of bottled water (we left some to pay it forward). The view was breathtaking, and they even let us check out a bit later to make packing up easier. My girls and I felt pretty safe and comfortable !! If I had one tiny note for a future upgrade lol (A larger TV in the Master bedroom since it’s so far from the bed that’s just a small thing we would have enjoyed better). We didn’t get a chance to swim but hopefully next time !!Thank you so much for an exceptional stay!

We stayed at Toni’s place while we were house hunting in the area. The place was beautiful and had everything you needed! We traveled with our 1.5 yr old and there was a great playground a short walk away!

Had a great stay while attending the Steel Conference at the KIIC. Apartment has these huge hallways and feels bigger than the photos. Was able to fit a few inflatable mattresses around so we didn't have to share beds (one in the main space and one in the bedroom with the attached bathroom). Good amenities, everything was stocked, and everything felt fairly new. If I had to complain about something, the rug was a bit dusty with hair, but they included a small handheld vacuum so it didn't really matter. I had a great time overall and would certainly stay again if I ever come to Louisville for another work-related event!

Jennifer is a great host and the property was as described and a great place to stay in terms of comfort and convenience to the city without being IN the city. We will be looking to stay here again for our next volleyball or basketball tournament.

Third time staying in this wonderful home located in a great neighborhood. Great coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Happened upon a lovely neighborhood farmers market during this stay. Safe area to explore. Lots to do in Louisville. Home is very clean, spaces and comfortable. Everything you could possible need in one place. Thank you Casey for providing my family with a lovely place to stay this past weekend in Louisville for our family gathering.

Enjoyed our stay here, would recommend to others looking for a convenient and affordable location from the city. Scott was very flexible in allowing us to check in early which was appreciated given the rain when we arrived. Two notes to be aware of: 1) the beds are very soft, which gave us some trouble falling asleep. 2) if you are bringing a dog, there are dogs next door/nearby who do bark.
