New Bern : locations de vacances en chambre d'hôtes

We have stayed here several times over the past several years. It’s like coming home to family. Patricia is a great host and provides above and beyond to make our stay restful and fun! We live an hour away so this is a great place to spend the night after a day at Cape Lookout. We love to be able to clean up and go out to nearby towns for supper and enjoyment of music etc. We are always disappointed when her rooms are booked!

Staying at Phoebe’s was amazing! Me and some friends came for a short girls trip and she was so sweet to make us breakfast when we requested and gave us directions and suggestions for beaches, shops, restaurants, and activities! We also came at the perfect time as she invited us to attend a sea turtle release with her which only happens once a year! The space was super cozy and felt like home. If I ever come back to this area of NC I definitely want to stay with her!

Our stay at the lodge was wonderful, it felt like a home away from home. Clarice and Johnny's hospitality was unmatched— they treated us like family. The home-cooked meal was delicious and having dinner with the hosts was definitely the highlight of the stay. They also went above and beyond to help us with our ferry when our plan had falled through and we are forever grateful. Overall, it was a great experience, and our family would recommend this lodge for anyone looking for a welcoming, cozy getaway!

This was our second time staying at Patricia’s Airbnb. We LOVED our stay! Patricia is an amazing host and makes an amazing breakfast. She’s so friendly and we felt right at home! The place is beautifully decorated and the porch had an amazing view. We highly recommend!

Don’t hesitate to stay here! Such a picturesque bed and breakfast. The owner John was beyond friendly and accommodating. He was happy to make it feel just like home. The rooms were charming, comfortable, spotless, and guaranteed good nights rest. I stayed in the Wooten room and it was perfect for one traveler. Not only was the atmosphere and service wonderful, the food was INCREDIBLE. John is a hell of a cook and makes the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever tasted with his secret ingredient! I also have a gluten allergy and he went above and beyond to provide! Freshly baked waffles with strawberries and syrup one morning, and a DECADENT cinnamon coffee cake….even packed me a piece to hit the road with! Coffee was also perfectly brewed which is a must for this caffeine addict. Book! Book! Book! Cannot wait for my return trip to new bern! Thank you John!

We enjoyed our stay at this impeccable Bed & Breakfast. Breakfasts were wonderful, with the owners ensuring everyone got enough! Seconds were available. The staff were responsive, friendly, and truly enjoyed their work. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable with very soft sheets. We are planning to return when in the area.

This was our second visit to Gretchen’s B&B. That says it all. It is super comfortable and perfectly located in the center of town; walking distance to everything you want to see in New Bern. The breakfast was amazing. You’ll love staying there on you trip to New Bern.

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Much more than a bed and breakfast! Room was very nice and quiet. Used the front porch rocking chairs each day. Business district is with 2 blocks. Breakfast was delicious. Plenty of parking in back and they make the house available to you, like being at home.
