Pj’s place met our expectations. Beautiful location. Beautiful view from 3rd floor balcony! Had a great family vacation! Will be back again!

This is our second time staying at Deb and Paul’s condo. The host is very responsive and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. It’s in a great location within A Place at the Beach. Our family loves it here!

Our family stayed here for our Christmas trip, and it was absolutely perfect for a large group! The home is incredibly spacious and had all the amenities you could think of or need. Essentials like linens and basic supplies were provided, but we brought extra paper towels, toilet tissue, and trash bags since we had a decent-sized group. Some parts of the space showed signs of being well-loved and a little dated, but that was expected given its popularity and design for large gatherings, and it didn’t detract from our experience at all. The house’s layout and amenities meant there was no reason to leave after stopping for groceries in Snead’s Ferry and Jacksonville on the way in. Between the hot tub, games, and cozy gathering spaces, there was always something to do. Jerry and Ben, the hosts, were quick to respond and extremely apologetic and solution-oriented about the one minor issue we encountered. My family is already asking me to book this space again for next year!

Diane’s condo was absolutely amazing. The ocean view was spectacular. The condo was spacious, uncluttered, and exceptionally clean. Diane was extremely easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all of my emails. I would definitely chose to stay at Diane’s property again.

This is a fantastic beach home. My large family enjoyed every minute of our stay. Steve was very responsive and helpful - the business-side of our vacation was easy and straightforward. The rooms and home itself had literally everything we could want. The décor inside and out was very tasteful and the kitchen was well appointed; plenty of gear for our crew of kids and adults. The family agreed this was one of our best holidays ever. We hope to return for a repeat!

Amazing oceanfront property! Walk from the living room to the deck to the beach! Good sized kitchen with lots of necessities. I think the only two ‘negatives’ would be the lack of bathrooms (which was clear in the description) and the ac not being able to cool the place down to an acceptable sleep temperature (like 69). Otherwise, this place was quiet, great location for bike riding, endless ocean views, and plenty of room for everyone!!!

Matthew’s place is well-provisioned with beach gear and an easy walk to the beach. We liked the quieter side street. The outdoor Jenga set was a lot of fun and my son enjoyed cooking on the outdoor grill. There are lots of gates if needed to help keep young children or pets contained. The only item missing from the kitchen was ground coffee for their coffee maker. Plenty of other spices handy…. Bring your own shampoo. Thank you for sharing!

Great stay for my family and two dogs. Ashley was quick and easy to text with. Ideal location. Easily walk to beach. Would stay again and hope to do so.

House was so close to the beach access. I have honestly stayed at ocean front houses that had farther walks to get on the beach. Also multiple restaurants and a doughnut shop all within easy walk of house. Deck had plenty of seating and a couple benches that converted into a picnic table. Great for sitting out and eating dinner on deck with the sunset and partial ocean view. Kim was great at communicating and an excellent host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Rich and Trisha’s guest house was an absolute treat! It was the perfect peaceful getaway. While I was in town for a funeral, their beautiful property made everything so much more comforting and calming to me and my two pups. The beds were cozy and clean, the views were stunning, and the treats they left on arrival were so appreciated! Their pup ginger is also such a sweetie. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Hilda was very helpful and responsive. Her home was perfect for our family vacation, we loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the views. The beach access is a short walk across the street. The home was very comfortable to stay in, a nice quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and grocery stores are only about 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Hilda!

This place feels like home! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and didn’t feel the need to rush out to the beach in the mornings or be “out of the house.” It’s cozy, relaxing, and has a great front porch and backyard (and had fun lawn games). Even the pull out couch was extremely comfortable to sleep on (our two kids took the bedrooms). As a family of four with a dog, we highly recommend. It’s around the corner from a coffee shop, breakfast cafe, smoothie shop, and walkable to the downtown boardwalk. It was a peaceful stay!

Clean, bright, comfortable place in a good location. Short walk to the beach and the pool is practically in the backyard.

Jillian's space was an excellent find. We have stayed in the complex before (booked through a local agent), but always on a lower floor. Jillian's place gives a beautiful view of the beach rather than the dunes. Easy in and out. Any issues were quickly resolved...in fact we facetimed to resolve a tv connection glitch. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, etc. I always travel with my nutribullet so didn't look for a blender. TONS of linens, blankets, and extra towels. All the comforts of a home away from home. Beach chairs, umbrells, and sand toys available for use. Note: Top floor means walking 3 flights of steps so do not book if you have any walking issues. Better note: If time allows and you are looking for a self guided excursion I highly recommend Island Ferry Adventures out of Beaufort. I took 2 tours through them. The first to Sand Dollar Island and the second to Bird Shoals. I found sand dollars and shells at each, though Bird Shoals was my favorite!

We just completed our third stay with Marilyn. Our family absolutely loves this spot. It's so nice that our family of 6 can fit fairly comfortably and it's especially great that there are two full bathrooms. We also love how well kept the property grounds are, as well as how easy it is to get to the beach. We just got home a little while ago and my 4 teens are already talking about planning our next trip! Thank you Marilyn!

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

We were very impressed with the condo! Clean and updated! Beach was steps away! We really liked decor and homey feel of everything! Felt more like walking into your home than anything! Highly recommend! Lauren is extremely fast to respond and always had the best and most helpful answers! Do not hesitate! You must go!!!!

The setting is stunning--up on a bluff overlooking the Neuse River, with a great view of sunsets and a dock for fishing, chillin' or launching her kayaks. The cottage is quirky and authentic and a fun place to spend a few days. It's cozy in a comforting way and has everything you need. If you're looking for something a little remote, with a great, peaceful view, to get away and be alone for a father-son/mother-daughter break, or to hunker down with friends or your significant other, this is it.

We enjoyed our stay. Terri and David’s place had everything we needed and the view of the marina was beautiful. We would return again!

Nice place to stay. It is very efficient with everything I needed. Location is great as it is directly in the beach. Check in and check out were very easy. Owner was very responsive. Thank you for the nice weekend. I will stay here again.

We spent a beautiful weekend at Robin’s house and enjoyed everything that the house and surrounding area had to offer. The house setting is in a wonderful location with shaded decks and great views of coastal woodland, very peaceful atmosphere. The house had enough room for a large family and all things were provided for a great vacation. Short walk to pool or beach and all things needed for a great beach day. We would definitely stay again and recommend to all. 😎
