Enjoyed staying at this location! Seeing the deer was a huge plus for our kiddos! Kitchen/living/primary bedroom is upstairs if that’s a factor for you! There’s also a downstairs bathtub that was great for the kids! The blackstone griddle was a HUGE plus for the dads. Truly enjoyed staying here!

The house was absolutely perfect, very clean and our host responded to all questions we had during our stay. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the deer in the evenings. The location is only a short drive away from town and there’s a dollar store and gas station right around the corner. Overall we had a wonderful stay, highly recommend this place.

House was a good choice for our large group of people! River front was quiet and peaceful with lots of outdoor space to relax. Location was convenient to downtown New Braunfels, but far enough out of the hustle and bustle. Would recommend and would stay again! Chad and Gaby were great hosts!

Treehouse was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Great place for those seeking quiet location between San Antonio and Austin, or if visiting New Braunfels or Seguin. Enjoyed the week stay and would like to return in the future.

Stay at Jacob’s was great and convenient. The place we had originally booked wasn’t available but the staff made sure to get us into another room which was even better than the original. Walkable distance to the river walk as well.

Great pet-friendly apartment in Southtown. It was easy to find as we are familiar with the complex but if you are not, just look for the number blocks as you drive through the complex. It is clean, spacious with plenty of amenities. The apartment is located on the ground floor so it's easy to load and unload your luggage. If you get there before 4pm, you can get a parking spot in front of the apartment, after that you can use the parking garage as there is a pass to access it. The unit was very quiet despite having neighbors above and on the side. A few things to note, there is a streetlight by the unit so if you are sensitive to the light for sleeping bring a mask. Also, the bed is very low but comfortable. Lots of restaurants in the Blue Star complex and Alamo Street. We love Halcyon for breakfast, Stella Public House and Hola for tapas on Alamo. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect in every way I thought it would be. Stayed for a month with my boyfriend and two small dogs, felt right at home and cozy. Arrived to a clean home with helpful instructions on the fridge, as well as all the things you’d need to cook a hearty meal in a well equipped kitchen. Newer appliances and no issues. Loved the lighting near the front door and over the table in the dining area, also loved the screen doors for each door. The upper patio view? Beautiful and perfect, especially beautiful waking up to a sunrise and seeing the lake in the background. All amenities worked, host was communicative, any issue/request was promptly handled and with care. Would recommend and would stay again, lovely home and hope that it continues to be taken care of. Private area and will need a vehicle to get around as an fyi. Thanks again for hosting us! 🩵

Debbie made this place feel like home! It was so clean and she gave us great recommendations on places to visit while we were there! It was close to everything, but also far enough away that it was private! We ended up spending most of the day at her oasis because we loved it so much! We are already planning another trip. Seriously! It can be so hard to find good places and going based off of reviews is hard, but with this one just know you are getting an amazing stay!

Great unit! Walkable to everything downtown NB, Texas tubes right next door, peaceful - loved seeing all the deer! Host was super nice and even had a crockpot waiting for us when I inquired about one!

Beautiful little space! My husband and I enjoyed this little retreat for our anniversary and will absolutely book again in the future.

We stayed here for a sister’s trip which was a group of 4. We had plenty of room and the location was perfect. It was about a 10 min drive from New Braunfels main stores and 25 mins from River Rd. We enjoyed going in town/being on the river and then back to peace on the lake without the crowds. The place was clean, and kitchen had everything we needed to take turns cooking. We’d stay again!

We had a great time, Tom was quick to respond when we were booking, the place was great, brought our dogs and had a really nice time. Right on the water and we had fun fishing from the lower level of the yard. Great outdoor grill and dinning area. Would stay again. Location was great and very convenient to everything.

The Overlook Cottage was the perfect getaway if you are looking for a rural, peaceful setting with all of the creature comforts of today’s modern living and needs; which we were! It’s also close enough to shops, restaurants, bars and groceries. We had a blast feeding the deer that continually strolled by on a daily basis. And despite a very cold weekend, my boys and I really enjoyed a dip in the hot tub at the end of the night. Comfortable, fun spot for everyone!

Listing was very clean and perfect for what my group wanted. Host was super responsive and answered all our questions within a few minutes. Can’t recommend it enough!

We enjoyed our mini weekend getaway. Host was quick with responses & the home had absolutely everything we needed. It would have been a little better if the water levels were depicted more accurately & the hammock was hung. Nonetheless, we enjoyed a bit of kayaking & the peacefulness of the area.
