What a beautiful place to stay! Denise welcomed us, and took us on a tour of the house. Her house is equipped with everything you need, it was awesome. the home was clean and very comfortable. The nature cant be beat! The sky at night is of course incredible, as is the beach right across the road. Beautiful stones, a rockhound would have a ball. I cannot wait to go back!

We stayed for a week and the house was so inviting. We loved the layout! It was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed and lots of essentials provided by the host. Checkin was easy, and any communication with Ron was responded to very promptly. The deck was great, allowing us to hear the birds down by the water while enjoying the warm (ish) spring days. My only regret is that the pool was not open yet for the season. Will definitely return!

What a wonderful place for a comfortable and relaxing home away from home getaway. Marissa was very welcoming, responsive and eager to assist in any way possible if needed. The home and property were immaculate, comfortable and an absolute delight to enjoy; and, the waterfront view was nothing short of breath taking during sunset. We spent 3 days and 2 nights there along with our furry friends who also enjoyed the property and felt right at home. We were even given the chance to enjoy a little mix of all four seasons throughout our stay which was exciting as the large picture window views over the water allowed us to take it all in without having to step outside. I would highly recommend staying at this property during any time of year due to the fact that it is so peaceful, inviting and the surrounding visitors and residents were very friendly. A lovely experience all the way around.

bit of a late review but I wanted to make sure I left one as I was behind satisfied with my stay. the place was very clean and tidy upon arriving and there was even a little goodie basket to welcome me. The people that live in the unit below were the nicest people ever and shoveled and salted the driveway when it snowed and even brushed off my car and put the windshield wipers up for me. The place was well stocked with all necessary amenities and even a bunch of nice bonuses like the keurig machine that had kcups with coffee and hot chocolate. The hot tub being in its own little sun room was very nice and sitting in the hot tub while listening to rain on the metal roof was so relaxing. all around a great place in a great neighborhood, very welcoming and cozy with amazing owners. would definitely stay again it was hard to leave. Wow wow wow. Mon mari, mes filles et moi avons loué ce superbe chalet pour 6 nuits et c’était PARFAIT!!! Le chalet est si beau et propre. Et que dire de LA VUE!!! On ne pouvait pas croire que nous étions si chanceux de voir cette vue à tous les jours. Je peux m’ennuyer facilement de ma maison mais dans ce chalet, je me sentais comme chez moi. Le quartier était très calme, beau et intime. La piscine et le spa étaient parfaits. On était proche de tout. Chaque matin, on allait à la boulangerie pour s’acheter un nouveau dessert. Les plages et activités sont également proche du chalet. Pleins de restos proches. Étienne à répondu vite et chaleureusement à toutes mes questions. Tout était parfait! On revient c’est certain!! Un gros merci!!

Our stay was fantastic! The house was very clean, the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and the swim spa was such a delightful bonus that we really enjoyed. The property itself was spacious making for a truly comfortable and relaxing experience. When we arrived, we did notice an issue with the A/C as it was probably left turned on for an extended period of time before we arrived. We notified the owners right away, and they promptly sent someone the next day to address the issue. Our friend group tries to get together at an AirBNB once a year, we typically try and rent a new place every year to switch things up. However it was the first time where we are seriously thinking of renting this house again for next year if it's available - we loved it! :)

The cottage was homey and very comfortable. Julie always responded to us very quickly, and stayed on top of all of our questions. The beach was incredible, the kids had as much fun as us. We definitely would recommend, and would love to go back!

I was happy to find a comfortable spot to stay in the uptown area. Place was cozy and it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants. John responded to questions quickly, and everything at the airbnb appeared as listed. Would recommend!

I stayed at Rob's place twice now and both times were great experiences. He has been flexible with check in and the place is well kept! I look forward to staying again next year :)

Myself and my wife from Dublin, Ireland along with our adult daughter living in Melbourne , Australia spent 3 nights in Rob's cottage beside a lake in Lakeville Corner, New Brunswick, Canada. The cottage and surrounding area were exactly as described by Rob in his listing and for us it was the perfect location as we availed of the 2 kayaks provided via the property frontage straight onto the water. We also availed of the 2 bikes which we used along with a further bike hired in Fredericton( an easy 30 min drive away from Rob's cottage)on that town's network of off-road cycletracks alongside and near the St John's River. We also took a car ride to Fundy National Park visiting Alma and several stop off points for hikes etc. Rob's communication was excellent in all respects. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend Rob's cottage in all respects including in terms of location, cleanliness and facilties provided.

Colleen was the best host we have ever had! Her cottage was spotless and felt like a home away from home. It is an excellent location, close to downtown Shediac and minutes from Parlee Beach. We cannot recommend this cottage more and will most definitely be back!

We had a beautiful three nights at the Carriage House! Wonderful host and beautiful cozy home to come back to from exploring and visiting friends. If we had more time we’d have definitely taken advantage of the nearby beach at low tide. Great location and easy access to the highway for day adventures. We did shediac, PEI, and Fundy over our three day stay! We couldn’t recommend it more! We hope to be back and for longer!

Absolutely loved our stay at Kara’s place! It was spotless and the location right by the water made it extra special. Kara was a fantastic host—super responsive and welcoming. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway.
