The apartment was peaceful and clean, and the location is ideal for those who want everything within close reach. Security was thorough, conducting all necessary checks upon entry to the compound. Wessam consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything meets expectations, which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend both the accommodation and the exceptional service provided by Wessam.

We loved staying at Hussein’s place. Although it was a tad far from Zamalek it was easy and affordable to Uber. Hussein is an amazing host. Anything we needed we just had to ask and he was quick to respond even when we had to check in very late at night. We had a great time.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Maadi - after living in Maadi for 4 years then returning for holiday I can definitely say this is the best place to stay. Having a pool and restaurant on site is great and really hard to get in Maadi

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement est parfait et la vue sur les pyramides est à couper le souffle. L’ambiance du quartier nous à beaucoup plu, très vivant, de plus tout les commerces se trouvent à proximité et sont accessible à pied : superette, tabac, banque, pharmacie, street food etc… Nous avons été accueillis tôt le matin par le chauffeur Ahmed et Shérif qui sont deux personnes très gentils et attentionnés. Nous avons beaucoup aimé discuter et passer du temps avec eux. Vous pouvez compter sur eux pour passer un agréable séjour ! Le propriétaire a été disponible à tout heure également pour répondre a nos questions et nous organiser des excursions. Merci à lui également ! Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir !

مناسب جدا للعوائل و آمن و نظيف و منطقة من افخم احياء القاهرة فريق مميز من استقبال و مبيعات متعاونين و جميع فريق الصفوة قريب من الاسواق و المطاعم و يوجد عدة سوبرماركت لخدمة ساكنين الصفوة انصح به لتنوع الخدمات بداخله و تكاملها

Un endroit ou il fait bon vivre , il y a a l' accueil quelqu' un de sympa ,je vous le recommande , un cadre et une deco agreable 👌.

Mohamed est respectueux et parle un peu français, il est venu me cherché dans la nuit à mon arrivée, il est courtois et professionnel, il m'a même commandé mon repas pour livraison, son équipe est très très bien ausdi . merci !

للعوائل انصح فيه وبشده مستوى الامان من تدخل لين تطلع والخدمات عندك كل شي قريب ولو ينزلون اطفال لحالهم ما تخاف عليهم حتى اللي جاي وحاب يستجم بمكان يروق فيه بعيد عن زحمه وازعاج لا يتعدى المكان والمهندس طارق صراحه تعامله جدا جدا راقي معي اهلي وان شاء الله بنعيده رسمي وبنفس المكان

Amazing host ! Great communication. It was a great time. Dr.Khaled was great and his communication was outstanding .

The entire team were great. Anytime you need anything they will respond to you very quickly. The apartment is as described and is extremely close to gateway mall. Gate 12 is very close to the apartment but uber can’t enter that gate. However if you choose Royal Pin Bowling Center, uber will be able to enter gate 12 through the mall lane which is just the other side of the road.

الاقامة في هذا البيت مريحه وآمنة المواعيد صحيحه والوصف دقيق. استمتع الاطفال كثيرا بالمسبح الموجود دخال الكمباوند. لمدة اربع ايام لم نشعر بالقلق تجاه اي شيء. المضيف لطيف جدا. شكرا وليد وأحمد

أولاً .. الشقة وصاحب الشقة أجمل من الوصف..(المضيف الدكتور عبدالرحمن) شخص محترم وودود وبشوش ومتواضع..(خلوق).. وكريم ومرتب جدا ..ما شاء الله.. ثانيا : الشقة - تبارك الله - روووووعة..في منطقة هادئة.. كل ما تحتاجة في الشقة موجود ومتوفر. شقة مرتبة ونظيفة وواسعة وجميع احتياجاتك موجودة بالشقة بدقة وعناية.. أجواء رومانسية جميلة (الهواء النقي) في الليل والنهار داخل الشقة.. إطلالة رااااائعة - تبارك الله- على حديقة الفيلا..شيء رائع.. لقد استمتعت جدًا جدًا بإقامتي في الشقة.. وأوصي جميع الزوار لاختيار هذا المسكن الرااائع والمضيف المتميز..

I had an amazing experience staying at this place! The house was spotless and super quiet, which made it feel really comfortable and relaxing. Everything I needed was already available, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The location was perfect—close to all the nice spots for outings and entertainment. I especially loved the rooftop; it had a lovely, calm view and was the perfect place to chill. A special thank you to Mr. Moatasem, the host—he was incredibly respectful, kind, and always helpful whenever I needed anything. He really made the stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

ضيافة محترمة ولطيفة للغاية. شقة ممتازة ومجهزة بشكل ممتاز. النظافة والراحة في انتظاركم، وأنا أضمن ذلك. لقد ساعدوني دائما في أي أسئلة كانت لدي. حي ممتاز ، شوارع هادئة مع العديد من المحلات التجارية من حولك، حيث يمكنك شراء أي شيء تحتاجه. وبعبارة أخرى، سيكون لديك موقع ممتاز. أنصح الجميع بالاتصال بهم إذا سافروا إلى مصر وأشكرهم مرة أخرى على حسن ضيافتهم

المكان جميل ورائع جدا مطابق تماما للصور نظافة وغرفة فندقية بامتياز وسعرها ارخص بكثير من الفنادق ومكانها رايق وحي مرتب واشكر الاخ عمر المستضيف للامانة تجاوب وتعاون مع الضيف بشكل سريع ورهيب ، وما انسى الاخت المنسقة تجاوب سريع واول باول مع الضيف تجربة مميزة واشكرهم على المسكن الجميل جدا

I just came back from a vacation i spent in Egypt and I stayed at this nice place for almost a week. My stay experience at this place was lovely. Clean, quiet, secure, and equipped with anything you might need . Location is amazing, close to lots of shopping and entertainment areas. On top of that, it is just a few minutes away from the airport. Special thanks to Youssef (the host) and his family, they live next door and were always available whenever I needed anything . Looking forward to visiting Cairo and staying again at Youssef's apartment!

Beautiful apartment, especially if you end up spending a lot of time on the patio. There's a school nearby, so it's nice to constantly hear kids playing, laughing etc. Just off Road 9, so it's not that loud.

المنزل أكثر من رائع، بصراحة تحفة فنية بكل معنى الكلمة. كل الشكر والتقدير للدكتور وائل، ما قصّرت ويعطيك ألف عافية. إذا رجعت مصر مرة ثانية، بدون تردد راح أكرر السكن في نفس المنزل.

الشقه جميله جدا . الاثاث عصري وجديد . مستوى النظافه عالي جدا. المستضيف الجميل الراقي الدكتور محمد من افضل الأشخاص قابلتهم في حياتي رغم كثره السفر صادق وأمين ودود ومحب للضيوف ويساعدنا في ادق التفاصيل . كل الشكر والحب والتقدير د. محمد . سيكون جميع زيارتي لمصر عند د. محمد هو المعنى الحقيقي وخير من يمثل اخواننا واهلنا في مصر. جدا تجربه رائعه بمعرفه شخص مثله ❤️❤️❤️❤️
