Beautiful home -- clean, quiet, and spacious. We enjoyed mornings in the living room with the big windows surrounded by trees, and appreciated having a crib for our toddler rather than a pack n play. Jack was always responsive and helpful, and it's clear he values feedback -- by the time we arrived he had already made adjustments based on the most recent review! Overall we had a good stay and I can see this space being even more amazing with amenities like outdoor furniture. Heads up: the house is only accessible up a flight of stairs and relatively steep driveway, so best for folks comfortable with that.

My Husband, dog and I stayed here for 3 nights for our one year wedding anniversary. We wanted to unplug but also have some local activities. We hardly had to leave the house! There was more than enough rooms / space. Between the river and canoeing, the hot tub, and relaxing by the fire on the river ..we didn’t even have to leave the property. It felt so private and was so calmly quiet, great for watching the deer on the property! New Paltz is a quick 10 minute drive. We went horseback riding then went into the town for some lunch and light shopping. Seth was super quick to respond with any and all questions we had. We highly recommend this home for a couples getaway or a nice family or friend outing.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we had planned, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others. Thank you for making our trip such a memorable one!

Very nice house with lots of room to spread out. The tv room was our favorite. Clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The location is not far from grocery store, hiking and wineries. It snowed the night before we left and we were nervous about going down the steep road but the neighborhood does a great job plowing. We really enjoyed our stay!

Elizabeth was a life save for our mini vacation. Our other AirBnB fell through last minute, and we were so lucky to find this beautiful place within a few hours of our cancellation. The house is beautiful, with tall ceilings, spacious bedrooms and living room. I also appreciated the fully stocked kitchen since I like to cook. The hot tub was just what we needed: easy to use, quick to heat up, just perfect! Would highly recomment this place to anyone who is looking for a quiet getaway in the Hudson Valley area :)

This was by far the best place I’ve stayed in. The home was beautiful, clean and spacious. Robin was an excellent hostess.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bellport, it was extremely clean! The kitchen/baths were well appointed. The yard is gorgeous and the pool was delightful. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms are beautiful. Such a great place!

Very pleasant house and location to spend the Thanksgiving holiday. The property was very secured and private with great views of the surrounding countryside. Our Corgi loved her walks around the property. Thoroughly enjoyed gathering around the wood burning stove and playing games. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of books to choose from in the library. The house was clean and we appreciated having toiletries and towels supplied. Kitchen was fully stocked with spices and utensils and plenty of room to work. Laura is a great host who went out of her way to communicate with us; gave us perfect directions to the location and answered any questions we had in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend her house for a stay any time of year!! Book this house; you will not be disappointed!!

If I could give 11/10 I would! Sal was simply the best host you could ask for! Incredibly responsive, full of great advice and very hospitable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks so much Sal. If we are ever blessed enough to return, we will be back!

Very nice and clean space! Even though it’s kind of on a main road it still felt secluded enough and Graham did a good job of making the space feel more private. He was incredibly responsive, very thorough with instructions, and it’s clear he takes a lot of pride in what he provides. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, clean, and relaxing rental. Highly recommend staying here. Exactly what I needed after working my 12-hour shifts. I felt right at home!

My stay was everything I needed, "me time". I'm local and just needed to exhale. I booked and was able to rest and I was even able to cook a meal or two. I would definitely book again.. thanks Candy for being a great host..

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

Appartement très bien situé, conforme à la description et vraiment charmant. L'arrêt de bus pour se rendre à New York est tout proche, et plusieurs restaurants se trouvent à proximité. La propriétaire et son mari sont des personnes respectueuses, discrets mais très réactifs en cas de besoin. Ils nous ont même gentiment arrangé une sortie tardive. Je les recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Very clean. Easy parking. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet. Great location to get on and off the parkway. No laundry, but a great laundry mat a very short walk away. Look forward to returning.

We're so happy to stay at Ying's place. It's way more beautiful and cozier than what the pictures show. Everything is new/remodeled and clean. It takes just a couple minutes to walk to the bus stop near the traffic light to NYC. Parking can be tricky but Ying's clear instructions make us at ease. Overall I'd highly recommend this place for family trip.

The house was lovely and very clean and Piotr was an excellent host and even met us at check in to show us around. There are 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very convenient for us. The kitchen was well stocked and It was very comfortable stay for my family of 7 adults and two babies and two dogs. One bedroom is on the main floor and two bedrooms are on the walkout lower level and one bedroom is on the upper floor. To get to the upper floor there is a steep winding staircase that wasn’t an issue for us, but I would not recommended it for small children or toddlers. The outdoor hot tub was a nice addition.

We stayed at Juan's home for 2 weeks while renovations were being done on our home, which is very close to Juan's home. Juan is a fantastic host: extremely responsive and accommodating. The house itself is just as good - if not better - than the photos would have you believe. It is comfortable, clean, modern, and spacious. We were thrilled to be able to stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone considering booking it.

Absolutely beautiful home! Carl and Rebecca were wonderful hosts - they were super responsive and accommodating. And their home is lovely down to all the little details, from the soft bathrobes to the warm spaces to hang out in. We had a wonderful stay at their home and would love to come back!

We had a great time at the airbnb. The house is beautiful, well furnished, and comfortable. The location is great - easy drive from NYC to get out into nature and take a break from the city. Robin was a fantastic host - very communicative and responsive, provided plenty of guidance on what to do in the area. Hope to be able to come again soon.

We absolutely loved our weekend stay here! There was a snaffoo where the heat wasn’t working properly when we arrived and the host was so responsive to get it fixed ASAP and provided a discount without us even asking. It’s a gorgeous property with a lovely view. We will definitely be back!
