One of the best feelings when you are traveling is staying in a place that you can count on every time. We have stayed at Dr. K's place multiple times, sometimes in the first floor apartment and sometimes in both when we are traveling with family. The apartments are always top notch: spotlessly clean, comfortable and convenient to our family in Wilmington. We always feel at home and enjoy the respite from our busy visiting days. The kitchen is equipped with everything we need and the living and bed rooms are very comfortable. And Dr. K. is extremely helpful and communicative. We cannot imagine staying anywhere else. In fact, we check for availability at Dr. K's before planning our trips. Highest recommendation!

Great place with central location to everything we wanted to do in New Castle! Lovely comfortable space, comfortable bed and everything in the kitchen and bathroom we needed. Love the front porch!!

Aina is one of the most thoughtful Airbnb hosts. She's incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for us. The space is very stylish and worked perfectly for our group. There are a few things that are a little worn (carpets in bedroom, leather of chairs), but that didn't detract from our stay.

Very convenient for me. Close to Dover, so I can visit my Mom. Close to Smyrna. Away from the hustle and bustle. Clayton is a cute little town. Restaurant nearby and liquor store. Place is solid. Bedroom is nice and den with TV has a futon. Kitchen is fine.

Janine’s place was very comfortable, stylish and had wonderful selection of coffee, teas and snacks. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay if you are in Newcastle or want to explore nearby areas. we had a short one day stay to bike a few trails nearby. Dwayne's place was perfect for our visit and 100% as described. Great value. Recommend for other travelers coming to this town.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jeff made our stay very pleasant with his quick responses and easy to follow instructions. There are so many food options and there is A LOT to do within a very short walking distance. Whenever my family and I come back to Deleware, we will definitely be staying here again!

What a unique property! We really enjoyed staying in a colonial building. The apartment was more like your own little house. John and Marilyn were extremely responsive hosts and the caretaker Jimmy was such a nice guy. They thought of everything one might need, including night lights and snacks. Very cool place for a weekend getaway.

Clear check in and check out instructions, place was clean and peaceful. Brendan is a very nice person and would definitely stay again.

Amy was wonderful and so sweet when we called to ask for some help with check in. She was responsive and the apartment was beautiful. We loved it and it was the perfect amount of space.
