The place was great, very clean and in a very peaceful location. Lots of sights nearby and good restaurants close by also. Host was very flexible with check in and answered all my questions in a very reasonable time. 10/10 would stay again.

Great stay, Zenith was very communicative and responded to my questions immediately. I didn’t realize towels would not have been included, so I had to buy one at the local dollar store. Thanks for a being a good host!

We had a lovely 1 night stay at David and Martin's home. We took the third floor room and found it as described, immaculate and spotless. Amenities and towels are available to use in the bathroom. David and Martin were wonderful hosts with great knowledge of the Wilmington area. 10/10, it would be a treat to stay with them again.

We came as a group of six to attend a Muay Thai event at the Chase Riverfront Center. The place had everything we needed to be able to store and prepare healthy meals, comfortable beds and cozy area to gather in during our down town. The location of the airbnb was not far from Wilmington and restaurants! highly recommend a small spot called Roccos in little Italy! If the event is held in the same center again, we will definately choose Campis place again!

Clear check in and check out instructions, place was clean and peaceful. Brendan is a very nice person and would definitely stay again.

Chaya and Jenhil, the co-host are both awesome host ! Very friendly, always fast communication and their patience is unmatched. On top of the unit being super clean and peaceful, I always felt safe and had access to parking. I’d definitely staying here is a no brained.

Excellent communication. Great location - ample amenities around and close enough to UD (we stayed here for Parents weekend). The place was very clean and uncluttered, very comfortable! Highly recommend and would book again in the future!

We enjoyed our stays at Dawn’s. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and easy to get access to the highway and local shoppings. We also enjoyed the balcony during sunny days. Dawn is a very nice host and very responsive to our questions. We would like to recommend Dawn’s place.

We absolutely loved this place. It’s a great location close to everything. The house itself was fully stocked with all the essentials which I really appreciate. It was in great shape and everything was very nice and very well done. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with this rental. If we rent another airbnb in the area and this one is available we definitely will be choosing that one to stay.

Dennis takes his Airbnb seriously! He is available to his guests and is constantly working to improve his place. Between my December and March stays, he added new carpet.

Alicia is a an absolutely wonderful host! When I needed a last minute change of location and over a holiday she was extremely helpful in accommodating me last minute and made what could have been a horrible trip into a wonderful visit with family. I can’t say enough good things. House was clean, comfortable and very quiet and easy to commute into town. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I stayed for one night but could imagine spending many more! The interior is ADORABLE and very comfortable. She thought of all the little things to make a guest feel right at home—right down to ear plugs for the light sleeper (although we found it to be very quiet). We will definitely look to stay here again when back in Wilmington!

We had a lovely week staying at George's place. The location was convenient for visiting nearby family, as well as attractions such as the Brandywine River Museum and Bombay Hook for birding. We even took the train into Philly one day, and that was easy and fun. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, and well-stocked with the basics. Our bed may have been the most comfortable I've ever experienced as an Air BnB renter! Thanks, George, for sharing your home!

We had a wonderful stay. Any minor issues were addressed and corrected immediately. Perfect location if you need to be in both Newark and Wilmington.
