We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The home is very comfortable and the neighborhood quiet.

Highly recommend. Plenty of towels/sheets/travel size toiletries. Darlene was very responsive at any time needed.

Recently traveled to Wilmington for a family party. Tim was very responsive to all of my questions including check in, local area, proximity to my event, and parking. The house is very well appointed and the area is very walkable. Will definitely stay here again.

Dijana was very easy to communicate with and the location was perfect. We appreciated all the child friendly accessories. The beds were also super comfy!

My family and I stayed for one night but could imagine spending many more! The interior is ADORABLE and very comfortable. She thought of all the little things to make a guest feel right at home—right down to ear plugs for the light sleeper (although we found it to be very quiet). We will definitely look to stay here again when back in Wilmington!

We had to travel unexpectedly for a family emergency, and Nina’s place turned out to be the perfect haven. From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease—it truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, and there were so many thoughtful extras that went far beyond what’s typically offered in an Airbnb. Since this was our first time traveling with our two cats, we were a bit anxious, but Nina’s genuine love for animals was clear from the start. She had everything ready for them—pet beds, blankets, toys—you name it. After a short adjustment, they settled in beautifully. Our younger cat even started playing like he does at home, which meant the world to us. The space itself was immaculate, cozy, and welcoming. We all felt completely safe and comfortable during our stay. We are so grateful for Nina’s kindness and attention to detail during a challenging time, and we would absolutely stay again.

Great stay, easy to locate. The place is decorated super cute, loved the fun wallpaper. Nice, well-lit backyard for my dog.

One of the best shower heads I have ever had the pleasure to use. Took a ton of will power to not stay in the shower the whole stay. It appears that Ruthie and her family live in the house when guests are not staying. That did not bother me and my guest, but something to note. Really close to a Casino if that is what you are looking for. Less than a 5 min walk.

Great for dog owners with lots of grounds and privacy walk right out through sliding doors and laundry down the hall

A beautiful little getaway on the cutest little farm! My husband and I traveled back to Delaware to visit friends and family and we are so glad we stayed here! The little A-frame cabin was super cozy with just enough space inside for us and our two puppies. The inflatable hot tub and little patio next to the cabin was so nice! The property itself was very peaceful. We loved how the fire pit was right next to the pond on the property which made for a nice relaxing spot to end the day. Also, Andrea's pups were the perfect co-hosts! We absolutely plan on staying here again!

My wife and I stayed with Michael to attend a wedding at Bellevue Hall. The house was perfect, as it was only a 5 mins drive from the venue and had plenty of food options nearby. Michael was incredibly responsive and was flexible with a specific need we had to make the location work. The expectations were all clear and logistics were smooth from early communication to check-out. Neighborhood was comfortable as well. Would highly recommend if you need a place to stay for an event at Bellevue or just need a quiet place to relax.

Rob was a great host, he tolds us all the fun and adventures things to do in the area. He was always available for any questions we had. The neighborhood is peaceful and has a beautiful view of the bridge and water. And we loved that we could bring our pets with us. The house overall is very spacious, the game room is amazing and the environment is very cozy. Perfect place for a family ,we will definitely be back!

Booked Reggies place for a few nights, I stayed with my parents and we all loved it. It was a nice and comfortable space, it a short walk to the station with a 40 minute train to Philly. Would definitely come back here again! Reggie was also a fantastic host, great clear instructions of how to get into the building and finding the place. I updated him with my travel plans and he was incredibly accommodating

Ridhima was a great host very friendly made me feel right at home. She was also very accommodating especially with me booking last minute. The place was cozy and clean. will definitely be booking again
