Raja was an excellent host and very accommodating to our situation. Her space was clean. The location was convenient and free parking was not hard to find. 10/10 stay and would love to come back. Thank you!

We were trying to find a last minute room at a hotel but all the usual hotels brands were booked and only some "questionable" hotel brands were available. I searched Airbnb and found Siemon's rooms. On the surface the room pictures looked similar to some of the budget hotel offerings, but I decided to take a chance based on the positive reviews. Siemon was helpful and proactive in all communications. When we arrived at the location, it was initially difficult to find the correct doors to enter, but I appreciated the keypad access to the outside door and the room based on a code of my choosing. The room itself was better in person than conveyed in the pictures. I would not call the furnishings luxurious, but they are clean, in excellent condition, and everything you would need for a very reasonable price. The environment was extremely quiet and restaurants are in walking distance. I would gladly stay with Siemon the next time I need a room in the area. Very happy and recommended!

Turgay was so accommodating and polite! He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The location is 5mins away from all the nicest restaurants and clubs. I will definitely be returning to stay here.

This eight-room boutique hotel was sparkling clean and conveniently located for access to Montreal nightlife without the nightlife happening right outside your window. The suite was spacious and comfortable for the value. The kind sized bed was soft and comfortably made with lots of layers and down pillows. The bathroom had all of the little toiletries that one might forget when traveling. Turgay was a helpful host with tips about the neighborhood and his building manager drove with my boyfriend in a snow storm when we arrived to help him finding the parking area. We look forward to staying again in what is quickly becoming one of our favorite places.

My husband and I were in the area just for the night to pick up a family member for a road trip. The location in the Depot Square connected to me, as my mom used to take me to the Farm Shoppe when I was little. I wish I had the time to eat there but we left very early. The location was convenient, different for sure - but well done. Easy, spacious, comfortable & clean. Very reasonably priced. Would absolutely stay again when visiting back home.

This was a great place to stay as a family for a ski trip! Easy ski on/ski off access to the mountain with ski lockers was a huge plus. Easy enough to walk to a few restaurants. The kids love the movie theater, pool and game room. Very clean and friendly/helpful staff at front desk.

We had such a great time at Rob&Julia's place. Very good communication, great location, the place was sparkling clean! I will definitely come back again with my family! One of my best experiences

Great location on the “main” street, Warren Street. The owner made a point of introducing herself and showed us another Air BNB unit in the building, her outdoor garden and studio. We appreciated the warm welcome she extended to us. Thank you! Bettina, Meredith and Lauren

The location is very good, 10 minutes by walk to the nearest metro station with several lines available. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The team of Placemakr is very friendly and helpful. The flat was what we expected and complimentary services very handy (laundry in particular). We get a free cleaning during our stay and could ask anytime for clean towels and linen (8 days). All in all this is a perfect place for a stay in New-York.

Fantastic space, great value, good style. Room was very comfortable and clean, the staff in the coffee shop downstairs were very friendly, and there were a TON of killer restaurants in easy walking distance.

Amazing stay at Placemakr Wall Street. Easy and helpful to allow us a smooth check in despite our very late arrival. We got upgraded to a bigger to a bigger room and all amenities are amazing. Location wise, perfect, quite and still close to all the landmark of NYC. Plenty of restaurants, bars and metro station all to walking distance. Really recommend them and hope to stay again with them.

Right by the Brooklyn bridge and Pier 11, we were able to take a ferry in to Brooklyn and spent most of the first day there. Also close to Battery park (15 min walk) that took us to Ellis Island. Near by the Wall St. metro which gave us access to many places uptown. Thanks!
