Great apartment. Exactly as listed. Very easy to get in and out and Mark is always responsive.

Qasem is very responsive and the place are clean and match with what it mentioned. We spent here for two days and the experience is good.

The space is newly renovated and very clean. The view of the river from the balcony was spectacular. Sarah was proactive and responsive any time I needed her. This is my second time staying in this house, though I was in another unit previously. I came back because I had such a nice stay and enjoyed the vibes of the neighborhood. I will return!

Joanne’s place is a great cozy and spacious one bedroom apartment that my husband and I enjoyed relaxing at. We found it so comfortable we decided to stay an extra night since we are off from work this week and wanted to just chill out there a bit longer. Joanne was always responsive and easily accepted the reservation change to stay an extra day which was nice of her. I would definitely recommend her place and stay again in the future.

The apartment was perfect in every aspect. Location was great, neighborhood was safe, and the apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Communicating with the host was quick and easy from the beginning to the end. Everyone in our family was very happy that we stayed there. I will definitely stay here during my future visits to Boston.

Doug and Hope were fantastic hosts. Very friendly and willing to help with anything I may have needed. I especially appreciated the extra attention they put into welcoming us by giving a small welcome gift and note. You can tell they pay attention to the details. The property is beautiful as well! Loved our time there.

Awesome place in an awesome location!

We enjoyed our stay at Brandon’s place ! From the goodies he left us to all the local recommendations and check-in’s to make sure we were okay or if we needed anything, Brandon really goes out of his way to make sure his guests have an enjoyable experience. The apartment itself is soooo close to shops and restaurants and the Mansions and the bed was soooo comfortable ! Would definitely come back in the warmer weather months to check out Newport in a different light and stay at Brandon’s again!

We had a lovely stay, skiing at nearby Bolton Valley. The place was clean, comfortable, and equipped with anything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and had all of the gear required to cook meals for our family. The bedrooms were comfortable. A bonus was that the driveway was always plowed. Lastly, the yard out back is simply massive. The kids played in the snow and we took advantage of how easy it was to throw on cross country skis and ski five minutes into Catamount. Highly recommend. More than enough space for our family of five and the place easily flexed to accommodate an additional family for a few nights. Doug was super responsive, handling our questions and providing insights about the area. Thanks, Doug!

Wonderful place for 4 old friends to gather together for a weekend. Donal was a great host, and has created a space that’s not just clean, but also neat and welcoming. Given the size of this property, that’s not easy. Pictures don’t do it justice, and we were surprised by how nice the place is. Downstairs bedroom is enormous, and so’s the en-suite bathroom there. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk away. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in, and would love to return there next year.

We were so blessed to find this space. Family came from across the country for a celebration of life for a passed on loved one. We needed a space where we could gather to laugh and cry but also have our own comfortable rooms where we could retreat to when we needed time to process. The place was conveniently located, filled with sun, and decorated in such a way that it felt warm and inviting. We're just so appreciative of having found the perfect place to provide us respite from the storm we were enduring.

Very clean, as advertised place. The inside is phenomenal but the house is located on bland and busy street. But it is a spacious, 3 brdm unit with a hot tub, so keep that in mind. I would stay there again.

Staying at Pat's may be the best AirBnB experience we have ever had. The place is great- nicely furnished, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you could need. Some AirBnB kitchen's barely have the basics- Pats has everything you would want to cook a meal- all the pots, pans, utensils, spices, oils and other items you might want. Pat is a wonderful host. She communicated well about arrival details and met us upon arrival and showed us around the house. She was warm and personable- she even dropped off some delicious baked goods as a treat! College Hill is a great neighborhood in Providence- quiet, lovely, and not far from the colleges and local business districts. Next time we visit PRVD, we'll be happy to return to Pats.

Simone by the Sea was fabulous! Super cool, functional, beach house. The house had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect. You just need to be aware that you are walking down somewhat of a busy road for about 120 feet before there is a sidewalk. The location however, is fabulous. A 6 minute walk away from all of the fun, restaurants and bars in Oak Bluffs. A three minute walk to the oak bluffs marina. Supermarket and liquor store are literally a two minute walk the deck on the second floor was a very nice treat, great place to have a nightcap or morning coffee and take in the sun. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The entire house has been updated recently, and includes beautifully appointed bathrooms and kitchen. We were not missing a thing. Thank you so much for the experience.

The Barefeet Retreat was just as described. A lovely home with plenty of space for our family! The primary bedroom with ensuite and lounge area is luxurious. All the bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. As we stayed in the winter, we made use of the gas fireplace every night. Ronda is a great host. She made everything so easy!

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

Great location, close to town and Stowe. Aaron's place was great for our visit and we enjoyed the foosball table and extra large connect four games!

Extremely nice cabin, very recently renovated. The owner has a keen eye for organization, everything is neatly placed where it should be. Linens are clean, beds were super comfortable. Amazing stay, thank you Cathy

I wanted to take my 3 children on a ski trip as a single mom. The location and Blaine's communication and clear instructions made it a seamless trip. The condo is right at Pico Mountain and just a short 10-15 minute car ride to Killington, with lots of restaurant choices close by. The condo is beautifully decorated and made it a cozy space to relax after spending a day on the mountains. The location made it such an easy ski trip that I would definitely stay longer next time!

This is our second stay at this location. The highlights of our stay: the place is super clean. They have a washer and dryer in the lower level which was a huge help for us as a family. This place is walkable to a bunch of things in newton (where I grew up) and also an easy location to get onto public transit to go into Boston. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

We had lovely stay here! Convenient location for skiing and enjoying the village. Walkable to the lift and all that the village has to offer. We were a couple with one child for this stay and it was just enough room — cozy and comfortable. Amenities were great. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Amelie's place tremendously. Having never been to the area, we enjoyed the proximity to the town at the base of the mountain and the slight distance we had from it as well to enjoy a more peaceful setting. The shuttle service worked great after a day of skiing and we enjoyed several of the local dining suggestions. The highlight of the stay was the cozy and comfortable set up of the condo. The decor was very tasteful and the bed linens and towels felt fresh and luxurious. The kitchen was very well appointed for any meal you would want to make though the closest grocery store was a bit of a drive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to others and would certainly enjoy a repeat visit.
