The house boat is in a great location with easy walking access the Freedom Trail locations like Bunker Hill or the USS Constitution. Catching the ferry to Long Wharf or the 93 bus downtown is also very convenient. Our two kids loved the sleeping in the loft.

This was our first experience on a houseboat. We were both in need of rest and relaxation. I loved hearing the rain drops while I slept and have always felt nurtured by the rocking of a boat. We enjoyed our experience, caught up on lots of reading. We left feeling restored. Rheanna was a delight to meet! So helpful in getting us boarded. The boat is fully equipped and very detailed instructions were helpful to refer to when needed. I highly recommend this experience! We enjoyed the full moon and the golden glow of the fall leaves during our stay. Would be great to return and also to experience a cabin stay on the property. If you are a cold plunger this experience would be a plus! There is also a sauna on the premises. We had the choice to paddle back to land on the canoe attached to our mooring. However, we chose to stay on board for the three nights on the houseboat.

What an idyllic experience. Truly the best experience surrounded by nature- water, tree line, loons, etc. Nothing quite like waking up to 2 loons outside your float, the sun beaming in and the calm sounds of water, or going to sleep with a sky full of stars and the milky way beaming down on you. The boat was so quaint, so functional and everything you need for a relaxing stay, including two very powerful gas stoves good for cooking most meals, and a nice warm shower while you look out into the pond. It was a very easy paddle to shore if you wanted to go out for food, or for daytime adventures. Also a very gentle paddle around the pond for exploration. Rheanna was fantastic- responsive, welcoming and easy to get along with. She was very accommodating and we are very grateful we got to stay on her boathouse. It was a very easy and comfortable stay, so for those feeling apprehensive about the challenges of life on a boat, I wouldn't worry. The highest of recommendations! We'll be back!

This stay was a 10/10, would highly recommend to anyone in the Providence area. We booked for a last minute getaway; Neil was proactive, providing helpful and visual instructions for parking. Check in was simple and practical. Upon immediate entry we were welcomed with a home-like vibe, fresh full sets of towels and linen, stocked kitchen and bath amenities among others. The top of the boat definitely provides a cool view! We stopped into The Hot Club and were met with super friendly staff, a fun karaoke night and some good bar eats and drinks. Looking forward to coming back for another nice and convenient stay.

Super logement! Tres paisible avec la nature, sur le bord de l’eau! Petit chalet très cozy. Parfait pour refaire le plein d’énergie! En plus, l’hote accepte nos compagnons à poil ! Merci sincèrement pour tout!

my partner, dog and I spent 3 nights at Bora Boreal, we rung the new year in blissful silence away from the hustle of our everyday lives. We enjoyed our time on our floating cabin. Our time was spent disconnecting from the internet (there is very little service, which can make some people panic, personally we enjoyed starting the new year without being glued to our phones). It is the perfect place to disconnect, and connect with the people you love! I'm sure we will be back.

We enjoyed ourselves! Truly a unique experience and one we have already shared with many people encouraging them to check it out. Food/dining wasn’t crystal clear to us but there is an IGA 15m away and that was perfect. It may be specific to many Canadian Airbnbs but definitely be prepared to take care of a few things prior to your checkout and allow time for that. We look forward to planning a summer trip here and checking out the lovely lake!

Very fun place to stay. Right near restaurants on the water, short walking distance from the heart of all the fun things in Salem.

Je n’ai pas séjourné dans ce lieu, malheureusement il y a eu un « bug » informatique qui a fait que j’avais un séjour (non planifié ) de 5 nuits réservé à mon nom avec un retrait de près de 2000$dans mon compte bancaire ! ***** je mets 5 étoiles pour la diligence , gentillesse du personnel ( Chloé + administration de Airbnb) pour résoudre cet imbroglio. Merci!

Wonderful stay right next to the USS Constitution. Have stayed on boats before where the head isn’t taken care of properly, which makes for an awful stay - but this place was perfectly kept, everything worked well, just lovely. Highly recommend!

Definitely a unique “Seabnb” experience! Very quiet, yet close to downtown and the north end.

Beautiful cabin, perfect for slow mornings with eggs and coffee in front of the fire as the snow accumulates outside

Karen is an excellent host. Very welcoming. Great communications. I'm renovating a house with my son 10 minutes away so it was a super convenient location, safe, near fun restaurants.

Super séjour chez Nathalie c’est un endroit simple, ressourçant, paisible au cœur de la nature. Le kayak à disposition permet de découvrir la nature environnante. Petit bémol Il n’y a pas de point d’eau/sanitaires dans le logement. Les commodités sont situé à une vingtaine de mètres des berges et sont gérés par la municipalité. Nathalie est très réactive, à l’écoute des besoins et dans la volonté de faire évoluer le lieu. PS : N’hésitez pas à faire un tour à leur crémerie, ils font de super glaces savoureuses Je recommande

This place is absolutely amazing , one of the nicest Airbnb’s that I’ve stayed in. Everything is immaculate. The rooftop is amazing and the area has a lot to do super cute shops and restaurants. The people are very friendly in the neighborhood. And the host are great at communicating and will be helpful with anything that you need.
