We had a wonderful week staying at Melissa and George’s Airbnb. The place was the perfect size for our family, a great place to hang out in between activities and had everything we needed. The screened in porch was heavenly and perfect for drying wet stuff from the beach. Lots of great amenities (chairs, boogie boards, etc) to use as well for our many trips to the beach and nearby lakes. Plenty of games to choose from too. The foosball table in the basement was a nice bonus. The hosts gave helpful recommendations and there was plenty of fun things to do within a short drive. Would highly recommended this place!

A very last-minute decision to find a place while my house was getting painted. Linda’s garden studio was perfect in every way. She greeted me with a basket of muffins and her sweet dog Nelly Linda really is the reason why it was as comfortable stay. She is kind and thoughtful and knows everything about the area. Since I’m local, we plan to have dinner sometime soon or a walk the beach with our doggies.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Kathleen and John truly go above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are met and you feel right at home during your stay. We were greeted with warmth and comfort during our entire visit, and are already planning on staying with them again next time!

Amazing stay. Loved how close it was to the mountain. The pool also looked amazing so sad it was winter. Definitely recommend staying there were 4 beds and can comfortably fit 5-6 people.

Immaculately clean, attentive to our needs: cleaned/salted paths of snow/ice, provided ice scrapper, kept warm enough on coldest days, flannel sheets and warm blankets

We had a lovely stay for the weekend! Carrie’s place was beautiful & very clean. The check in/check out process wa seamless & made the trip that much more relaxing. Would absolutely recommend this place & would love to come back in the future!

Great host, we felt very welcome! Great location: very quiet, yet only a minute's walk to some nice restaurants, bakery etc on main street. It was a very short stay (one night), we should have stayed longer!

It's easy to get to Ragged mountain resort from Sarah's place. The room is clean and it has everything that you might need. I'll definitely go back!

Nicole’s place was super clean, cozy, easy to find and exactly like the description/photos. The place was located in a great neighborhood which made me feel safe and secure. The only problem was the door not locking as it wasn’t aligned, but I figured it out. I’d definitely stay again when I’m in the area, close to all attractions.

We stayed at Matt and Jenny's place for one night and it was perfect! The apartment was pristine, had all the amenities we needed, and was located near UCONN and Hartford. Would definitely stay here again!

Emily and Michael's place was great. It was super clean, as described, and peacefully located in the mountains. It was a great location between different towns that we wanted to visit. They were super responsive with everything and had great recs!

We enjoyed ourselves very much here. Very private and quiet. Perfect for our stay-cation. Close to many options for food and plenty of scenic places to visit nearby even in the off-season. Would be back for sure!!
