We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely come again/recommend to others. The flat was full of quirky extras and everything was catered for. They went above and beyond with all the finishing touches which made you feel welcome and right at home. It’s a short walk to Weymouth beach. Considering how close to everything it’s really quiet. To top it all off the hosts were so lovely and friendly. I’d give them 6 stars if I could :)

Had a nice weekend away with a few friends, staying at Graham's. Graham was super responsive and the instructions were clear. We were very impressed by the accommodation! The area is nice and the walk into the centre is scenic. There is a Spar a few minutes away for any groceries too. Would recommend!

Fantastic stay. It's the best Airbnb we've stayed by a country mile, All the fittings and furniture were of great quality. Very well equipped kitchen. and everything was spotlessly clean. Only 4 or 5 min walk into the centre of town and only 5-10min walk to the train station. Will definitely be back. Cheers Nigel and Denise !!

Lovely modern well decorated accommodation in an excellent location very close to the city centre. Very clean and well furnished. Really appreciated the different types of tea and coffee and milk in the fridge on arrival. Excellent host. We were 3 friends staying at this accommodation and we all said we would definitely book this accommodation again. We had a lovely time in Bath and it was so nice to be so close to the city centre and all the shops and restaurants.

Lovely flat in a great location, easy walking distance to the centre of town, and under 10mins drive to the ferry port. Parking space a bonus. Great communication with Jillian, all v straightforward.

Booked for my daughters wedding weekend. Convenient location and very comfortable. Managed to share the block with other guests for the wedding too, surprised to see them as we arrived. Made this more family centric for us.

I spent 3 months here after recently moving to the area. the place was a perfect base and I felt right at home. The apartment was bright and airy, the sunroom was perfect for working from home and very peaceful surrounded by the trees. The kitchen was perfect with an induction hob and full size fridge freezer which was ideal for a longer stay. I particularly loved the huge bed. the views out into the garden made it extra special. Sonia was a great host who was on hand at all times for any queries. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed for an overnight with my Yorkshire Terrier. It was great that we could bring along a well behaved dog. The apartment is centrally located which can make the Bath city curse of seagull noise a problem, so bring ear plugs! We had a small issue with entry to the building due to a contact information error but the problem was resolved very quickly by the friendly team. The apartment is very professionally run and well equipped with an attention to detail. I would recommend.

We had a comfortable stay in this beautiful house for two weeks. We loved how close it is to the beach and the sea view from the bedrooms. Very easy to walk around and there is a variety of shops within walking distance. The sofas and beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Our cat also enjoyed the place and her little walks in the garden. It was generally very quiet, other than the neighbour's dogs clockwork barking sessions at 11pm & 7am. Our only comment was that the house was freezing when we arrived and it took many hours to heat up, causing one of us a nasty headache the next day. It would be nice if the heating was turned on a bit earlier. Once it was warm, it did maintain the heat quite well. Other than that everything was great and would visit again, especially when the weather gets better!

The house is beautiful and full of lovely comfortable furniture. Lots of interesting books to read and a real fire. Regrettably, we were working during the day and not back until late and so, we never managed to have a fire, a real shame. It was great to sit in the very spacious lounge and talk over the day in complete comfort. The bedrooms are super especially the huge back bedroom. You could get lost in the bed ! Everything was spotless and tidy. Sat in the garden and watched the stars. There were some lovely treats for us upon the table and local milk from a refill station. Also, a bottle of wine !!! Brilliant. Mark was extremely helpful and responded very quickly. Would definitely go again. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Had a great stay here. The house was clean and very well maintained. Was quite happy with the location. Parking was ideal and the place was fresh. The host was responsive and I would choose coming in for a longer stay if I could.

a great option for dog owners, as the garden was very safe and there was plenty of room!

Beautiful house - perfect for weekend away. two couples+ kids. Used the pool 5 times over 3 days! pool is bigger than looks in images! only negative was the very loud birds outside kept alot of us awake on the first night! second night wasn't so bad so they must have been having a debate in the trees right outside 😂! Great if you like nature tho! Playpark literally across the road too and fields with little lambs. ringstead bay nearby is lovely. Chinese deliveries no probs. TVs have Netflix, Disney etc. sauna was lovely with essential oils and nice lil welcome pack. coffee machine wasn't working but we got to check out later instead were also given opportunity to check in early to make up for this too. Would stay again!

what a wonderful place to stay. felt at home from the moment we walked in. spotlessly clean. bed comfortable and beautiful linens. lovely walks with the dogs. I'm sure the summer would be beautiful with the quaint garden and conservatory. wonderful stay would highly recommend

Get together with family and friends for Cheltenham Gold Cup. Everyone had their own room and great to have 3 bathrooms. It was a home from home with everything available that you needed. The place is spotless and comfortable. We didn’t do the 30 min walk to town but Uber taxis were easy to get us to town and railway station. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Host Janice was extremely friendly and welcoming. Cottage was as described, spotlessly clean (you wouldn't know it was a pet friendly property) and well-appointed with lovely added extras in the welcome pack! Good car parking and beautiful view with easy access to coast and inland. Would definitely stay again.

We had an absolutely lovely stay. The apartment was as described and very comfortable. The location is beautiful - I’d recommend a visit to the park behind the apartment block, which has a lovely little beach.

perfect location for us as we went to see a concert at the beacon which was literally a 5 min walk away. loads of places to eat and a Tesco's 2 mins away. everything was clean and tidy and the bed was so so comfortable. we stayed on Friday and Saturday night and the music didn't stop until almost 4 am and as we vape when we went outside there were crowds of drunk people, but noone bothered us, the entrance was shabby and dirty , but the flat definitely wasn't , although found something a previous guest left behind.. loved seeing the pretty church out the window . no bulb in the living room light so had to use the kitchen one which was very bright and the giant clock didn't work, but we have watches and we couldn't find the rubbish room just a bin on the stairs .all in all we loved our stay and would stay again ..thanks very much 😊

Debbie was fantastic from start to finish,the apartment is stunning and so comfortable and spotless,the beds are so comfy,the whole accommodation is well thought out and every available thing toy need for your stay is included,with well written instructions for everything

Was located in an amazing place everything was within walking distance - free parking at the flat - bed was very comfy (better than my own bed😂) would definitely recommend - also Steven is very friendly and responds quickly which is great - 10/10

We had a fantastic stay at this ground-floor flat in Weymouth. The location was great—just a 20-minute walk to the beach and town centre, making it easy to explore. The flat itself was spotless, warm, and very private. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The audio-visual setup was excellent, with top-notch facilities in all bedrooms and the lounge, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal prep straightforward. The outdoor space, including a decent balcony, was a nice bonus. Communication with the host was smooth, with clear instructions provided. Parking was limited to an hour on the permit street outside, but non-permit spaces were available on the next street, easily accessed via a nearby footpath. Overall, a great place to stay—comfortable, well-appointed, and in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend!

This is the perfect place to stay in Swanage. The flat is easy to find and very central overlooking the square. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all across the road and it’s just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The fish and chip shop below the flat is really good! The flat is spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The photos don’t do it justice. Andreas is a great host, really helpful and the communication was great. We had a brilliant weekend stay and would definitely return and highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

THE best thing about this flat is the view! Absolutely gorgeous 😍 It was a pleasure to wake up to and to return to after a day out. The flat is spacious and has everything needed for a break. The bed was softer than we're used to, but very comfortable. We slept well! Weymouth has a lot going on and there is plenty to do. Good pubs, cafes and shops. Many places to explore if driving and by bus or train. We recommend the Swannery at Abbotsbury. Fabulous to get close to over 600 swans 😊 We really enjoyed our week in Carleys flat and cannot wait to return 😀
