This location is right on the small Main Street wi th a few restaurants and stores, and it’s close driving distance to everywhere we go to visit family. The neighborhood is quiet, and the unit itself was beautiful, open and spacious. It was clean, with clear instructions on how to check in. In addition, the host was very responsive and checked in with us during our stay.

Great stay at Betty's place while visiting Portland family ! Very comfortable and clean space with many thoughtful touches. Bed was comfortable, location mostly quiet despite proximity to busy Forest Ave. I slept well with my white noise machine. Location is great and lots in walkable distance, there are some very nice trails in Baxter Woods and Evergreen Cemetery, weather/ice permitting of course. Betty was proactive in reaching out to make sure all was going well, I had no issues and will book again if available. recommended!

Stayed here for a long weekend and it was great. One of the best AirBnBs we have been to. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Super clean and cozy, and a short stroll to everything Freeport has to offer. Jennifer and Jay were excellent hosts.

I have no complaints about the space or my stay. Iwas very adequate for my purposes which were to be within 15 minutes of my family. It was quiet and I felt safe.

Everything was great! Roger was wicked responsive and had provided some print out recommendations which were super helpful and even museum passes! Place was located in a quiet back road about a 20 min walk to old port.

Loved this spot! Phoebe and George's place was incredible, it's right in the center of Old Port Portland and walkable to so many restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. The apartment looks just like photos too! It had everything I needed for my few weeks up in Portland (things for cooking, linens, toiletries, etc). I worked remotely while I was there and the wifi was great- never had a issue with it. I highly recommend Phoebe and George's place for anyone wanting to stay in Portland! I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Portland!

We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

Our stay was lovely we had all we needed in kitchen supplies and the place was clean and quiet, I will be recommending this place to friends and family !

We had a great stay in Tara's home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to our favorite towns- Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We had plenty of room for the four of us. We loved the outside spaces and the open floor plan. Tara was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The instructions for check in and check out were very clear. We hope to return in the future!

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

Heather was exceptionally accommodating and helpful in every way! The house was lovely. We were still unpacking the car and our teenage kids couldn't say enough great things before we got in the door! (And we all know teenagers are a tough crowd!) Heather helped us shift gears when our plans changed and helped us make the most of our time in the area - priceless!

Great spot with a lot of space you never feel like you are on top of each other. Gas station and restaurants within a 1 min drive. Grocery store 5 min drive.

The place was exactly as described. It was super cute and cozy. Everything was tidy and in working order. The instructions for getting into the home were easy and had no issues. We did drive by when first looking for the home, but that's because it was dark outside, so not an issue from the instructions. It is on a busier road, but we knew that as we are familiar with the area. If you get nervous backing into parking spots, this home may not be for you because you do have to hurry to get out of the road for oncoming traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive. The check-out list was also the shortest list I've encountered at any Airbnb I've stayed in, so that was a nice plus! It was an enjoyable vacation and would definitely rent again.

Absolutely fantastic stay in Freeport! This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more. The house was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated! We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The train does go right behind the place at an intersection. The horn is very loud, which was hard for our toddler. Just something to consider if you’re traveling with infants/toddlers. Overall, would definitely recommend!

The condo was very clean, tasteful decorated. Beds were comfortable. Loved the big table to play games and the living room was cozy for the evening and morning chats. Pretty views.

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

Great location. Close drive to several ski areas as well as North Conway and summer attractions. Jared was an easygoing and responsive host. The condo was very neat and clean and had lots of amenities!

My wife and I have been going to Nordic Village for 7 years, and this was the first time we went privately through Airbnb vs booking direct. It was great knowing exactly what condo we were getting, it can be a little vague going through Nordic village, and one year our place was so crappy we actually had them move us. The description and pictures are dead on, and the place was great. The hosts responded within minutes of any questions I asked, and we had no complaints with anything. They even went well above and beyond, I had accidentally left some clothes and they mailed them back in like 2 days! I was waiting to be hit with a big charge, but they never did. That’s good relationship building, and for that gesture my wife and I will surely be renting the place again. I wouldn’t hesitate to grab this listing if you see it up. Thanks for the great stay.
