My family chose to stay in Rebecca’s home during the weekend of Ironman 70.3 NC and it was the perfect choice! The house and backyard are beautiful and the house was spotless. Rebecca was incredibly communicative, easy to get a hold of, and seemed to think of everything to make us feel welcome & at home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking both nights we were there. We had an awesome time hanging out back on the patio, cold plunging in the pool (in October), and relaxing in the hot tub. Would 100% stay here again and the area/experience had us thinking about how to get down to Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach more!

We loved our stay at Diana’s place! Her home was perfect for our family and provided plenty of things to do to settle in for a long weekend inside and outside of the home. We really enjoyed the playrooms close proximity to the kitchen/living room. Her home was well thought out for all ages!

This place was amazing! The pool was beautiful and great for our family. We always take our dogs on vacation and the fenced in back yard was awesome. The ping pong table, foosball table and games kept us busy as well. Felt like home away from home. I would definitely come back next time we are Wilmington. Great place for families and dogs.

Great location, and a great time. Backyard with pool is perfect with plenty of room for activities and entertaining. You can walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes.

2nd summer vacation at Caroline’s home and I cannot recommend it enough. The house is clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, clean linens and towels, spotless bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining/living area that’s great to hang out, cook and relax in. And that’s just the inside of the house. The pool and back porch are amazing. As a family traveling with young kids, I just can’t emphasize how much time we spend hanging out in the pool and on the porch. It really makes our vacation to have this awesome feature to enjoy while we are visiting beautiful Wilmington. Caroline is an excellent and responsive host. Communication is seamless and when the only issue during our stay arose (broken dryer), she responded immediately, had a repairman at the house the same day and even took our wet clothes to her home to dry them. She goes above and beyond. I wish I could stay at this house every time I travel! 10 out of 10.

This was a wonderful place to stay! We had a large group of 12 people and everyone had plenty of room and there were many things in the house to keep the group entertained (many TV’s, pool table, swimming pool, and the awesome fire pit with swing chairs around it). Alex was an awesome host and responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. We all enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

What a lovely space and location! I highly recommend this quaint pool house. Frances is a fantastic host; great communication and caring. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Just as a point of reference, I was there for a month and had the opportunity to see Carolina Beach during the off season- loved the quieter time of year😎

This place lived up to our expectations! The place was clean and had everything we needed there, and was very close to the beach. We had a great weekend!

Great location and a wonderful home for a medium sized group. It was slightly overkill for my wife, daughter and I, but offseason, met our needs perfectly. My main notes are around food: 1) the stove is powerful, so easy does it 2) Even offseason, the local restaurants can get booked up quickly 3) don't miss the gardens on the water nearby. 4) There were a few stuck in crumbs on plates in the cupboard - they had gone through the dishwasher, but hadn't been rinsed before they went so weren't spotless. Nothing a little rinsing before use couldn't fix.

Great place to stay for a larger party. The rooms were clean and as described. We came for a family reunion in the area and everyone was happy with this place. Would recommend.

Rachel’s place was in the perfect location, right in the middle of great restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and beach bars. The photos did not do the house justice - it is even more beautiful in person with great homey touches and a cozy vibe. The balconies overlooking the marina was perfect and serene, and the walk to the beach was very short and doable. Overall it was a fantastic stay!

We loved the house…very quiet and private at Christmas time…very clean…I had many questions and Lindsey was very patient and prompt with her time…would definitely go back…

We enjoyed our stay at Marshall’s home. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was great that we could bring our dogs along with us with no high dog fees. The only trouble I had was being short. The cabinets are high and I had trouble reaching things in the upper cabinets but that’s short girl problems. It would have been nice to have a stool.

I’ve stayed in many AirBnB’s as I prefer them to hotels. This one was by far one of my favorites. Our family spent the most relaxing, enjoyable Thanksgiving ever at this location. Everything from check-in to checkout was on point. It was clean and well stocked with linen, games n kitchen utensils. Beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was exceptional. My family didn’t know where we were staying until arrival and I am now the most appreciated family member. Close to the beach and extremely walkable area. You will not be disappointed.

In a good location, in between downtown and Wrightsville Beach. A lot of restaurants and breweries a short drive. Nice backyard, quiet road

Tim was a wonderful host, responsive and easy to reach. The property looked as pictured. Quiet and peaceful! We enjoyed our stay at the Palm House.

We had the best time staying at this house. I am very particular about beds because usually when I go on vacation I wake up and can’t barely walk, my neck is stiff, and I’m miserable. The beds were amazing and I woke up each day not in pain and feeling very refreshed! This is a big deal for me! I will definitely be back!

Very beautiful and comfortable home, would be an awesome retreat when you just want to relax or be near the beach. We really just enjoyed our family time here. Will look forward to coming again. Also not sure if but some pictures I guess are to another listing there's no playground out back.

We loved our stay at this clean, quiet, and comfortable bungalow just a stone's throw from UNCW. Self check in was a breeze. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The beds were comfortable and the whole home was pristine. James was quick to respond to questions. We'll stay again the next time we're in Wilmington!

This place was wonderful, beautiful interior and perfectly located. Less than 5 mins away from downtown with lots of things to do. There were just about two minor things that should be improved that we noticed. The front door only closes when locked, if not locked then door will slide wide open. The other was the window in the bedroom. I was checking all windows just for security purposes and noticed that window frame was a bit loose even with the window closed and locked. Other than that, our stay was great. Would definitely recommend 👍🏾!

We were impressed how comfortable her place was for us. We were moving from New Jersey to Leland and had a gap between closings and needed a comfortable place for an 8 night stay and it was absolutely perfect. Its a beautiful comfortable home and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Extremely happy with our choice of accomodations. Highly recommend. Beautiful neighborhood and pool area too. Just lovely.

David was a wonderful host! He was very communicative and responded very quickly! He was flexible with checkin and the property was very clean and conveniently located. It was super helpful to have the general necessities at the house when we arrived! Thank you for making our stay so easy and pleasant. We hope to stay again in the future!

I had an amazing experience at this Air Bnb and with Rachel! To start off the AirBnb is in an amazing location right in between Carolina beach and Wilmington so perfect spot! Air Bnb was very clean, very roomy, very relaxing and cozy as well! Has the fire pit in the backyard and a separated area for the dogs to run around! Was a perfect place for me! I can’t begin to explain how amazing Rachel has been! She explains everything from the beginning so that way there are no surprises during check out. She also recommended some amazing places to try! Probably the most communicative host I have had! I would completely disregard the awful review that was given before me. Clearly some people do not know how to follow rules and then like to blame others because they can not take responsibility for their own actions. Please please stay at this Air bnb in your next trip to Wilmington you will not regret it! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you again Rachel will definitely be staying again on my next trip to Wilmingt
