It was a nice find, very close to Yale. We were able to get out and about very easily. Edward was responsive to an issue we faced with the TV and fix it remotely really quickly. Overall, we would definitely stay here if we are back to NewHaven

Super communication. Teneisha made the whole process easy. The place was clean and met our needs. Plenty of on street parking taking and good food nearby. Neighborhood was noisy overnight. We stayed on a Saturday night, though, so probably to be expected given the location.

My stay here was fantastic. Everything was easy, I felt welcome and right at home. The space was great - private, clean, perfect. She was so kind, helpful, and responsive. This was right near the beach and it was so nice. Will definitely stay here again. 100% recommend! Thank you for a great experience!

Check-in was super easy, the place was very clean and nice big bathroom and shower, comfy beds. Parking in the back was nice. Great spot.

The place matched the description perfectly and much more spacious than what one usually finds for a single bed/bath apartment. I enjoyed the stay and would return again. For me it was a perfect place to accommodate overflow thanksgiving guests over the holiday.

This apartment was nicely decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. The bed in particular had a great memory foam mattress. A fair bit of street noise late Saturday evening, but I guess to be expected so close to a college campus. Overall I would definitely recommend!

I stayed here for a night with my boyfriend and it was perfect. The windows themself were beautiful to look at day and night. We walked around the block and enjoyed The Daiquiri Factory, where we got some drinks and food to end our night away!

Comfortable accommodation. Everything you could ask for. We we’re lucky to stay longer over the holiday. Dave and Charlene are great hosts, great communicators. We plan to stay at this location whenever we vist family in Connecticut.

We loved it ! It’s beautiful ! The kids had a great time . It’s clean .. the bathrooms are beautiful both of them . It’s right off the highway and we had no complaints what’s so ever ! This place is amazing to say the least, you feel right at home and safe. The space is very clean, in a safe neighborhood, and comfortable. Ryan is the best host and is a very nice person helping out with any needs and is very responsive. I would definitely recommend! Looking forward to more stays here next time I’m in the area.

Place was nice, exactly what was listed. Cozy space, cute red theme. Small but very clean bathroom. Air conditioner provided for room. I was happy with my stay! Door to get into the airbnb was annoying, it is a storm door, rather than a regular door with steps down. The ceiling is made only of wood above the bed, so you will hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, including footsteps, sitting on the bed, etc. and it sounds amplified. S.P’s initial message seemed very strict, but I asked questions and realized it is just a copy and paste message that she sends to everyone. Her instructions were very clear, could be warmer and more welcoming. WiFi was not provided until I asked. Over all, it really is a no-frills place and it gave me what I needed. Fees are high, though.

The apartment was perfectly clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It takes just a few minutes to bike to Yale, so the location is good. One thing is slightly strange: the apartment front door has a big window into the hallway, so strangers in the building could see me as I go between the bathroom and the bedroom. There is also a security camera pointing through that window, which is uncomfortable. The street outside can be very loud at night, but this did not bother me.

Miriam was a pleasure as a host. on a quiet road but immediately adjacent to the mall and other things to do. clean room, pristine bathroom, perfect instructions for check in.

It was great. Everything was the complete opposite of what I expected
