Had all the basic necessities, the place was perfect for my stay. nice to be able to walk into town and was quiet in the evenings. Host was understanding and quick to respond

We couldn’t have found a better place for our weekend getaway! The space was cozy and comfortable, we almost forgot we weren’t home lol. We loved the design of the house, the unique touches in each room and how clean everything was. Also, the flowers throughout the space were such a beautiful touch! Thank you for having us! Great place. Beds comfortable. Very clean. Only issue was the locks but Shelley was responsive and took care of the issue quickly.

Wonderful parking situation, in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular amenities. Great stunning bathroom and great sized bed rooms. Good distance from the downtown area with access to some pretty great restaurants.

The location and value cannot be beat. Walkable to the best spots in New Haven.

We loved staying in the apt. Right in the heart of Milford. We could walk to the festivals and restaurants. Apartment was spotless. Great security getting into building. Everyone was available for any assistance. They even had a number you could call after hours for assistance. This is a great place to stay in Milford Ct

Shelley’s place was wonderful. Clean, updated, and with all the items you need to enjoy a stay. Beds were very comfy.

Four of us plus two spouses rented Fred's place for our 50th Yale Reunion and everything was great. Some nice touches like soft drinks and snacks for those inevitable late night consumption. Plenty of parking in driveway for all four cars. Fred was great to work with. Thanks so much!

Fabulous hosts, despite traffic delays they welcomed us and our dog and we had a lovely Thanksgiving - enjoyed the boardwalk, the cute cafe down the street and of course the fabulous sea

In town for a Fairfield University sporting event and rented the house with another couple. The house was fantastic! Very clean and a great location! Will definitely book again!!

Jenny's house was a peaceful getaway from the city for us! We enjoyed the big, beautiful kitchen and outdoor dining set-up, and had plenty of space for 4 grown-ups and an active toddler. The living spaces were comfortable and well designed. Quick drive into Guilford and also to Madison. Jenny was also very responsive, helpful and friendly.

While this home was built in the 1920s, it has been well taken care of - it’s full of modern convenience and 1920s charm throughout. We really enjoyed our stay at Seaside Retreat and would gladly visit again. It is well stocked with all the essentials you need, plus a few fun additions like the hammock and yard games. The beds are comfy, and the views of the water are so nice. The sunroom and balcony are great spots to enjoy your morning coffee, while the patio is lovely for dinner straight off the grill with your pups. We were also pleased to have a small workstation with a monitor so we could periodically get some work done during our stay. 10/10 recommend!

Our stay at Stareway to Heaven was incredible! The view of the beach alone is reason enough to book, but the house itself is beautiful. It is clear that much thought went into the design of the house and the amenities elevate it even further. The kitchen is entirely prepped with anything you could need and every single bathroom is stunning. Staying with my family was a breeze thanks to all of the care Paige has taken to create such a peaceful home. To which, Paige is a gem of a host, responding immediately to outreach, each time with a friendly and helpful reply! All I can say is, book it - Don't wait!

We stayed at this property the weekend of our daughter's wedding. Susanne was an absolute gem of a host. She checked in the day of our arrival and departure. The house was beautiful, the property and grounds are secluded, quiet and surrounded by nature. Often times a rental feels just like that, a rental. This, however, was as if we'd been invited to spend the weekend at a good friend's home. I would highly recommend this location.
