Our stay in the Fairfield University area was absolutely delightful! The home was cozy, impeccably clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, close to family and friends yet wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Bill & Lois went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, I especially enjoyed the chocolates (shhh) just don’t tell my cardiologist. Sheila loved the ceramic dish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and look forward to returning. Thank you

I really enjoyed my stay with Stephanie. Her place is tucked away in the woods and very quiet. The wildlife was beautiful—always birds visible from the windows. Stephanie would always respond to texts immediately and went above and beyond to help keep adjust to the new area. She is one of the nicest people I have met. Perfect location for reading and relaxing. Large private space not far from Yale and all the other universities. Excellent place to stay. Highly recommend.

Marcia's place was great-just as described. Marcia was a communicative host and made sure check-in instructions were clear. Bonus check-in and check-out time of noon! A great stay overall.

This beautiful accommodation was sparkling clean on arrival and with the addition of tasteful, festive decorations the welcome was warm and inviting. Bill is an excellent host and was responsive to any enquiries. There were thoughtful extras such as bread and milk provided which was most welcome after our long journey. A tasty and generous breakfast was also provided. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable and felt very homely. We cannot recommend this superb Air BnB highly enough and we look forward to a return stay.

The nicest aspect of this rental is the owner. Khaleya is a kind and lovely person and a gracious host who cares about her home and her guests that stay there. She lives in the lower portion of the home and we enjoyed several conversations we had with her as we were coming and going to and from work. We stayed here for 7 weeks while our new home in Monroe was being completed. The location is close to everything -- about one minute from shopping and restaurants. The rental was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower and two designated parking spaces which were a great help. We are so happy to finally be in our new place -- we hope we see Khalsya and her sweet son around town. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Anika was a great host and the suite was perfect and just as described. It was the perfect find for a night when I was in town for a family wedding. Easy to drive around. Safe and quiet neighborhood. There is a large park just down the street for walking/running or other activities. I would highly recommend Anika’s suite for a solo traveler or a couple looking for a safe, affordable and convenient place to stay!

Needed a last minute place for a concert, and thankfully we were able to get in here last minute. Everything was clean and Tim was very helpful and quick to respond. The view was definitely an added bonus!

Patrice‘s place is quaint, chic and sensible. The layout is beautiful. We loved the attention to even the tiniest details. Patrice thought of everything. If you need to get away without having to pack much. This is the place for you. There’s a corner to read a book while taking in some fresh air and a jacuzzi to put your body at ease at the end of a long work week. There are some cute vineyards within about a 15-30 minute drive, the palace theater is a great place to see a show, and tons of little restaurants. We will definitely be back soon!

Marya is incredibly sweet and kind..the house is beautiful whit everything you need to feel comfortable and very cozy! It’s been a pleasure to meet Marya..so far one of the best experience in Airbnb! Highly recommended ❤️

I rented this place for my mother as she needed to stay at a place with no stairs due to leg/back problems and that also allows for her small dog to accompany her for the week. In short, she could not have been happier with her stay. The hosts were extremely gracious and accommodating from the early check-in I had requested to extending her stay for an additional day. The space was well appointed and tastefully decorated and my mother felt as comfortable as she would have been at her own home. One feature in particular to highlight was how comfortable she slept in the King size bed, which was important given her back problems. She always had a great sleep and felt rested, which allowed her to travel around the area and spend time with her family and friends during Christmas. We will be looking to rent this place again for her next visit and also recommend to other family/friends in the area. Many thanks to our hosts for an amazing week!

Had to work in Cheshire Connecticut for 2 1/2 weeks. Hands-down superior to a hotel room. Lots of room to spread out. He checked in every day asking how it was going and what could he do to make the stay better. An extremely responsive host.

Josh was very accommodating. The studio was clean and cozy. The first night my girlfriend was a little cold, but Josh went out and bought an additional heater to ensure she was comfortable for the remainder of the stay. The laundry room is conveniently located upstairs on the first floor. If anyone is looking for a great breakfast sandwich spot, checkout "Sunrise Deli" and get one on a Portuguese roll, 5 mins away from Josh's place. We would gladly stay here again!

Tywanna’s house is beautiful, very spacious and clean. My room was large and the linens clean. I slept very well in the very comfortable bed with lovely topper. Tywanna accommodated me with an earlier check in and when I checked out allowed me to leave my bag at the house to collect later that day as my train wasn’t until the evening.

We had a wonderful stay at the lake house. Easy parking out front, beautiful location with easy access to the lake and lake view from house, nice grassy area to lay out right by water, very clean and comfortable space, comfortable bed, responsive host and they were so nice to leave coffee, water and some snacks out for us! We would love to visit again! There are floats and kayaks to use. I do think worth mentioning if one is a light sleeper ear plugs may be helpful because there is an AC unit in the closet of bedroom that does kick on multiple times during the night.

Jill’s place is a unique, cozy house set on a beautiful piece of land. My children and I enjoyed the walking trails as well as the view from the home’s many windows. Check in was flexible and straightforward. Everything was as described, and Jill was kind and responsive when we reached out.

I booked this on behalf of someone else, but I can say that Laura is great and her house is really beautiful. This is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to stay near New Haven, short term or long term.

This is the second time we spend at Alan‘s Place. My boyfriend and I absolutely love it! Everything is super clean and Alan is an amazing host. The neighborhood is really quiet and pretty, especially in autumn. You can’t go wrong staying here. ☀️
