Had all the basic necessities, the place was perfect for my stay. nice to be able to walk into town and was quiet in the evenings. Host was understanding and quick to respond

We couldn’t have found a better place for our weekend getaway! The space was cozy and comfortable, we almost forgot we weren’t home lol. We loved the design of the house, the unique touches in each room and how clean everything was. Also, the flowers throughout the space were such a beautiful touch! Thank you for having us! We’ll definitely be back soon!

Great place. Beds comfortable. Very clean. Only issue was the locks but Shelley was responsive and took care of the issue quickly.

Wonderful parking situation, in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular amenities. Great stunning bathroom and great sized bed rooms. Good distance from the downtown area with access to some pretty great restaurants.

The location and value cannot be beat. Walkable to the best spots in New Haven.

We loved staying in the apt. Right in the heart of Milford. We could walk to the festivals and restaurants. Apartment was spotless. Great security getting into building. Everyone was available for any assistance. They even had a number you could call after hours for assistance. This is a great place to stay in Milford Ct

We stayed before at another of Shelley’s properties in New Haven, and we’d stay again. It’s worth noting that this particular Airbnb can be noisy at night due to (a) the street vibe and (b) being on the first floor with folks staying on the second. It’s located on an active thoroughfare that leads straight to and away from Yale campus. Other than the noise and slightly tricky parking (which Shelley helped us efficiently resolve), no complaints.

Four of us plus two spouses rented Fred's place for our 50th Yale Reunion and everything was great. Some nice touches like soft drinks and snacks for those inevitable late night consumption. Plenty of parking in driveway for all four cars. Fred was great to work with. Thanks so much!

In town for a Fairfield University sporting event and rented the house with another couple. The house was fantastic! Very clean and a great location! Will definitely book again!!

Fabulous hosts, despite traffic delays they welcomed us and our dog and we had a lovely Thanksgiving - enjoyed the boardwalk, the cute cafe down the street and of course the fabulous sea

Erica was an excellent host ! This was our first air bnb and she entertained all ny questions and helped whenever possible . Her home is lovely and very welcoming ! I would stay again .

Lisa’s home is incredible! Beautiful, clean, organized, and a great place to stay for families or group gatherings. Lisa is proactive with communication and shared great recommendations. Best part- watching the sun rise over the water from the patio! And great coffee shops and restaurants walking distance from the home.

The place was clean and matched the description perfectly. Annie was responsive and answered all our questions before and during our stay. She gave us instructions and also left an in-depth instruction book in the living room. Streaming services were included but the tv had logged us out before the stay, we let Annie know and we were able to log in within minutes. Lovely place and amazing host!

We had a great stay at Rose and Tom’s place and can’t wait to go back. From the start, Rose’s communication was super timely and clear. Tom met us at check in to show us the property and answer any questions, and remained available the rest of the weekend in case we needed anything. The house is extremely comfortable, clean, spacious. All the bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of towels and linens. The house has plenty locations to work from home as well. The location is a perfect 5 minute walk to town. We didn’t get to go to the beach, but it was very close and the house also had beach chairs/ towels in case we needed them. The pool house was an extra great and comfortable space to watch sports on the big TV with our group. The yard is perfectly manicured and the pool was heated, making our September stay even better. It was truly a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed at this property the weekend of our daughter's wedding. Susanne was an absolute gem of a host. She checked in the day of our arrival and departure. The house was beautiful, the property and grounds are secluded, quiet and surrounded by nature. Often times a rental feels just like that, a rental. This, however, was as if we'd been invited to spend the weekend at a good friend's home. I would highly recommend this location.
