This house is so beautiful! It is great for our family gatherings. Jeremy goes over board making us feel at home. The pool is spectacular for the kids. They swim all day and sleep so well at night. This was our third visit. We love this place and highly recommend it!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in this spacious and cozy home. The location was close enough to all of the activities we wanted to attend, and the home was appointed nicely. The home looks like the photos and they have done a great job updating the property. The beds were comfortable and the cozy chairs were an awesome quite spot during our stay. At the time of this review, it is a newer property, so the owners are still working through the kinks, but they were very responsive to any issue that arose.

What a wonderful and helpful host. She thought of everything and left us special touches for our Thanksgiving dinner. The home is beautiful, warm, and cozy. Absolutely loved it there

House was great, had enough rooms for what we need and had most of what we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very convenient for our whole family for a local wedding. Thanks!

Awesome stay! Water pressure could use some work but I understand it may be out of their control. We were right in the center of everywhere we had to go!

This is nice charming place in a nice neighborhood. The upstairs is a very large converted attic, which is twice the size of the modest downstairs. I would say this could be problematic, however, for the very young or the elderly, as the stairs are quite steep and a little challenging if you don't hold onto the railings. it's a great character home.

Overall good place to stay, kitchen is very small, but he keeps the place clean and off street parking is a plus. The neighbors across the street take up the whole side of the road with their trailer and vehicles which make parking in the driveway tight sometimes. Simeon is quick to respond to messages and I would stay here again.

We arrived after dark & the front porch and parking area were well lit. We felt safe and the directions to get in were easy to follow. There were a couple interior lights that were left on for us. The place was pristine! We had so much fun checking out all the rooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, spices, flour, hand mixer, crockpot, pans & MORE. The internet was fast. The rooms had tower fans, ear plugs and fluffy pillows. So many closets and storage areas. The trains were actually fun to listen to, they were far enough away that we could hear them but they didn’t bother us or keep us awake. Lots of extra towels, good body wash, shampoo & conditioner products. The dining room table was massive & made for a great family dinner. The couch was comfy & the blankets were so cozy. I could go on…. Great stay. Lovely, grand home.

We found Kelly’s place while we were in town having service work performed on our motorcoach. We were excited to see the property was available for our needed dates and even more excited when we walked through the front door. This cottage is simply outstanding and Kelly’s special touches throughout make you feel instantly peaceful and at home. All amenities are exactly as described, and everything worked flawlessly. The neighborhood is extremely quiet at night, and the beds are super comfortable. This is undoubtably one of the better stays we’ve experienced in all of our travels.

We absolutely love Ck's place! The house and furniture is a bit dated but that was exactly like the pictures showed. Ck responded immediately to our questions. What was most impressive to us was how spotlessly clean the entire place was! Ck's place will be the first place that we will check when returning to Fort Wayne again. We highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Home! This is our 2nd time utilizing this space for a Women's event. Its outstanding:). We were able to use the wood burning fireplace and the gas fireplace at the same time as we had plenty of space to spread out and work. We also took advantage of the Firepit in the Beautiful backyard. Within wallking distance of Amazing Restaurants and park. Recommended if you are wanting a place Downtown Ft. Wayne with a large group.

I have stayed here before and will again. Their home is beautiful and directly across the street from a neighborhood park. It’s peaceful and lovely. Their home is immaculate with a warm and friendly feel. To be honest, it was difficult to leave all that tranquility behind! First rate hosts and first rate house.

There are so many wonderful things about this home! The pictures for this home don’t do it justice. It’s an incredible historic home with a modern twist just west of downtown. The decor is so welcoming and cozy, I felt right at home. Haley had some wonderful suggestions on places to eat and things to do, such a great host. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cut our trip short. He was very understanding of our situation. We had hoped to book the same place on our trip back, but it was already sold out (which does not surprise me at all!). I didn’t mind at all, but the home is situated on a very busy street so there is car, street, siren noise. I just wanted to mention that for others booking - it was totally expected when we booked the place. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Definitely was a comfortable stay for my family and I. It was easy to baby proof. And everyone enjoyed their stay. Very clean and quiet!

The Homestead is a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The home is spacious and easily accommodated 5 adults. Sara is very responsive to any needs and makes everyone welcome. We will definitely stay again if we need accommodations in the area. We all had a wonderful time.

Second trip here was even better than the first. Being familiar with the property, we were able to settle in and relax quicker. This is, by far, my favorite Airbnb.

The house was beautiful and the area was peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna while we were there. The master suite has a beautiful shower and a deep soaking tub. The hosts were really good and communicating back with us quickly and that was much appreciated. We will be back!

This is a lovely home. The decor is beautiful and Abby had everything we could possibly need. It truly was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in.
