Six Stars would be given if possible! Our stay was a a last minute trip to attend to a family emergency and honestly it was made much easier to handle staying in this lovely, cozy home. The house is really beautiful, interesting, spacious, well appointed, private and really comfy! Troy is an incredible host, a true professional, very responsive and flexible for a few requests that we had during our stay. The location is excellent also. Highly recommend staying here if you plan to explore anywhere in the Delaware Valley actually! A few other comments…the beds are high quality and very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, useful electronics like Tvs and soundbars are great to have, strong wifi, great hot water and water pressure, quality towels and linens…just top notch all around. Neighborhood is walkable and very very safe with some neat shops and restaurants very close by, Convenient off street parking and access to highway is quick. Thank you Troy!!

A family and I had a great time while we visited for a wedding. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and to hang out and do whatever it was that everyone wanted to. We'd stay there again if we were in the area.

Paulette and Eric’s Airbnb exuded peace and serenity throughout our weekend stay. Their space was beautifully decorated with warm colors, ample space, and comfortable furniture (couches and beds!). The hosts responded quickly to any inquires we had during our stay and were amendable to any requests we had. There was a folder with local restaurant and sightseeing recommendations which we found very helpful! We will visit this Airbnb again and again whenever we are in Princeton, New Jersey! ❤️

The Cozy Stone Cottage was everything we expected and even more! The photos on the Airbnb site give you a good idea of what it will be like but once you arrive and get to tour all three levels of the cottage you can see that it is simply wonderful! Marsha has thought of every detail and possible item that one may need. The level of detail and cute furnishings make it just so special. We loved every minute from when we arrived until we departed. This has been the nicest place of all the Airbnb's we have visited. As we told Marsha, we will be back for sure.

I came to PA for a new job. I enjoyed my stay with Rose. Rose was very responsive and kind. Very attentive. The unit was private. The space was extremely clean. The bathroom and kitchen were extra clean. Good size fridge for food/snacks. I appreciated being able to use the laundry room that was located conveniently by the kitchen. She thought of the little things. Plenty of toilet paper and toiletries. There was an ability to control the temperature in each room. All instructions were well written. Provided recommendations for the area. Strong Wi-Fi. I love the neighborhood which was quiet. I was close to the places I needed to go to. I wish I could stay there for a few months, until I find a permanent place to stay. I had not issues at all during my stay. I highly recommend this listing and will return.

Kim was very responsive and friendly. The pictures are taken well to show what the space looks like. Very clear and well written instructions for the space as well. Priced appropriately.

Perfect place to stay for my two night trip. Comfortable bed, nice fireplace and had everything needed. Definitely recommend!

Charming apartment with all the amenities and the parking place which is super convenient. We were visiting family and the place was perfect for us, the neighborhood felt very safe. Rob & Amanda provided detailed information on the place and were responsive.

Great place to stay while visiting my son who is a student at Lehigh University. This is a cute, clean and comfortable little place that includes all the thoughtful amenities. We had everything we needed and more. Ryan was responsive and went above and beyond for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Native Boyertownian here. I really loved this unit. I felt completely safe here the entire time I stayed. I know the town well, and can definitively say that the house is in the heart of Boyertown, and close to great restaurants. It’s even walkable to a handful of stores and parks. The Colebrookdale Railroad is directly across the street. Brakeman’s cafe is next store, along with Rita’s, and other local restaurants close by. My family and I hope to come back and rent both floors in the very near future. We used to stay at the inn at the top of town until the change of ownership happened. We stayed there once after that. Once was enough. Don’t hesitate to book this place. It’s a hidden gem.

For South Philly, it's a great location. The unit is the upper half of a two unit building. We've stayed there three times now and never had a problem. For an older part of town, the building is up to date and in very good shape. The neighbors have been very quiet. The beds are comfortable. On one occasion there were some minor maintenance issues but Andrea took care of them right away when she was notified. We hope to stay there again in the future. That said, the stools in the kitchen need to be reupholstered and a comfortable chair that one could read in would be appreciated.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend away and to catch a concert at the Fillmore. Overall, our stay was great. It was surprisingly quiet for being in a pretty active and bustling neighborhood. I felt very safe and we walked to and from our show late at night and we did most of our travel around the area by foot. It was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the Nespresso as I require good coffee in the morning and don’t always wanna walk haha. Two things, the water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t great. I was able to get by but it took a while to shower. The parking situation isn’t great either, we were able to park in a public lot but it cost about $30/day. There is definitely opportunity for street parking but many areas had 2-3 hour limits and the spots were incredibly difficult to come by. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Philly. Very comfortable, safe and walkable. Go Birds! 🦅

Had a perfect stay! Location was great. Parking was easy. Kristen provided clear instructions that made checking in and out a breeze. Place was clean and as described. Would stay again.

Susan is a fantastic host with great communication. The space is well-appointed for a relaxing getaway. We enjoy historical buildings so this was a treat for us. Plenty of unique artwork decorates the space furnished with mid-century items. The bed was very comfortable as well. A private patio was an added bonus to the space. The chocolate factory is situated in a cool town, great for walking with shops and a neighborhood diner on the nearby corner. We enjoy traveling with our dog and this is our second Airbnb dog-friendly rental. We hope to keep finding unique gems like this in the future. If you're in the area don't pass this one up!

My group was very impressed with this Air Bnb. The host did a fantastic job making check in as easy as possible, even went out of her way to allow us to check in early. The location couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to so many great restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at Lee’s lovely apartment in center city Philadelphia. The apartment is a third floor walk up, very spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We were in Philadelphia to go to the flower show and were able to walk to the Convention Center and back home easily. Lots of good restaurants are within walking distance. The fact that free, gated, off street parking is included with the apartment made our trip even better!!! We had a great time, loved Lee’s place and hope to come back again for another visit to Philadelphia!
