House was exactly as described! Perfect for our stay.

This was a fantastic weekend getaway for me and my friends. The cabin is super clean and beautiful inside and outside. Very spacious home and cooking/dining supplies, bathroom essentials, and general cleaning products were readily available. We enjoyed getting to watch movies and play games in the common area. Alicia & Cliff were very clear and communicative and respond quickly. I am very happy with our stay and would highly recommend booking for a stress-free home-away-from-home trip!

Rubens place was perfect for our family who had come from 5 states for our son’s wedding 2 miles from the house. Plenty of room to spread out, even more beds than advertised, all bathrooms are spacious—so much better than the pictures. Ruben was very open and responsive and stopped by. Our granddaughter loved the trampoline and the swing set!

A 5/5 star rating doesn’t come close to what our experience was at this home. Very clean, very peaceful and an amazing neighborhood. We circled the neighborhood and everyone was so nice to us. My wife and I came in two cars but she got lost and the neighbor pointed her to the right house. We played all the family games and enjoyed some out door time. We will definitely book again. A wonderful family home.

Had a lovely few days here in early December, snug as a bug despite the rather chilly temperatures. It's a lovely view of the lake and just a few steps away, was a bit cold to do any water activity but in warmer weather would just be ideal. The internet was rock solid and lots of the usual kitchen facilities were there, not that we used most of them. Would 100% return when next back in the area. There is a knack to opening/closing the front door, you just need to pull it towards you about 1mm before pressing the lock button when arriving or leaving.

House was very clean and priced well. Location was safe and felt like it was a higher end area when driving around. We never felt unsafe at the local grocery store and restaurants down the street. Location is close to the highway between Richmond and Williamsburg. It was an easy 1 hour drive down the highway to see historical Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Hampton, VA. It was also very close to Cold Harbor an dGaines Mill Civil War battlefields for a quick thing to do if you have some down time. They have walking trails at the battlefields to take a quick hike. Check in was easy with just entering the passcode in the door. Place had a fully stocked kitchen that made meal preparation easy. Place is very private and surrounded by trees making you fell out in the country. There is a neighbor that shares the driveway but you cannot see their house at all and it felt removed from them. There is only one neighbor that you see coming and going when you leave the house.

My friends & I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very private and quiet. Just what we needed for a relaxing girls weekend away.

Gorgeous space and easy location for driving into Richmond!

We only stayed here a night and wished it had been longer! The apartment has a historic charm to it, so the floors and doors are a little squeaky, but the place is remarkably sound proof and you couldn't hear anyone walking around from the bed rooms! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and there are multiple restaurants within walking distance! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, cozy, quiet, light-filled space, great neighborhood! Comfy couch and bed. Walked to the VMFA, watched the 10k, walked the neighborhood. Easy street parking too!

Loved our stay! Great location, lots to do. Appreciated the labels on everything. Balcony was wonderful for morning coffee and evening wine. Parking was tricky, but once we figured out the gravel lot it was easier. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great apartment to stay in! The location was excellent - nice street, lovely neighborhood to walk around, close to a lot of restaurants/coffee shops/bars/breweries/etc. Easy walks into scotts addition or carytown. I was a bit worried about the street parking but it was a breeze, I was able to get parking very close to the apartment multiple times. The apartment itself was big, comfortable, and had everything necessary. I especially loved the balcony. I will absolutely stay here again if I return to Richmond.

The location could not have been better. Rachel's place was walking distance to restaurants and shops. Communication was great and getting in was super easy. The apartment was very clean, smelled great and you could tell that they went out of their way to make guests feel at home. They provided coffee and welcome snacks as well as a list of options for places to eat which we found super helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. Though parking would not have been an issue, it was great to have a dedicated spot when traveling with a baby and dog. Bryson was very friendly and responsive. Layout is interesting but was not a problem- when entering/exiting through the back (where you park and where the yard is), you must pass through the only bedroom. We’d stay here again if passing through RVA.

Amazing experience! communication was amazing! I'm a firm believer that communication sets the tone for an experience. The resort is beautiful! the amenities were top tier. The biweekly poolside party was a hit with the family. We felt safe and very welcomed. Great experience!

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

Loved the condo! Great space while we waited for our new home to be ready. Enjoyed all the amenities and options on site. Nicholas was also great to ensure we got in and were satisfied with everything!

This was a great place for a weekend In Williamsburg. Lots of comfy beds, functional kitchen, plenty of places to sit and chat.

We had a wonderful stay on my kids' first visit to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. This place was well situated to everything we wanted to do in the area as well as walkable to a nice little coffee shop in the community. Thanks for a great stay and look forward to returning!

I have stayed with this host several times, she is always so kind and accommodating! The condo was beautiful and perfect for our short trip to participate in a local running event in Colonial Williamsburg. The condo was spotless and had plenty of amenities! Our host was flexible with our check in and out to accommodate our race plans!

Great place. Very nice resort and amenities. It was great for our group of six and everyone had their own bathroom/space. Check in and check out were very easy. We’ll look to stay here again if we’re ever back in Williamsburg.
