I really enjoyed my stay at Sherri's place. Something about it felt more like "home" than a rental property which I appreciate. I was able to enjoy the hot tub and sauna. The hours aren't posted but it was open pretty much the entire time I was there and not crowded. I also felt like there were a lot of extras at Sherri's place for cooking. There were two coffee makers and lots of spices. It was very convenient and there was to do around the area.

Nice place within easy walking distance to the Amtrak station. Much quieter than I expected when I saw how close it was to the tracks. Highly recommend the Indian food place across the street!

I really enjoyed staying here. Perfect location. Beautiful. Flooded with natural light. Peter was awesome with communication and the place was exactly as described. Would definitely come back. He was great and the place was even better.

Felt like home and very peaceful as soon as you walked in. Everything was well lite and noticeably. My partner and I felt like this was home away from home. Very quiet spot. One thing.. we couldn’t find the heat vs. AC..

We’ve stayed at a couple of Peter’s properties and each one is cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The location is amazing as it’s only a few minutes from Mystic. There’s beaches only twenty minutes away and great restaurants under ten minutes away. We will definitely stay again!

This space was peaceful for my partner and I as we went to celebrate our anniversary. The pictures matched the home, it was clean. and Peter responded to all the questions we had and was flexible when it came to check-in. Definitely would stay here again!!

The Lake house is exactly what our family was looking for a getaway. The house nicely decorated, impeccable clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The property is located at a perfect spot on the water offering beautifully amazing views and peaceful atmosphere. JoAnn is a great and pleasant host to communicate with and is very responsive. The host offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including cooking, grilling, and fun and safe water activities, and also allows flexibility with check in and check out. This was a beautiful home! Very spacious and the owners really take pride in their space. I’ve stayed at a lot of homes but the little touches put this home above the rest. Little things such as linens, complimentary water and wine, and condiments really show that they have thought of everything that someone might need while staying a night away from home. It was FREEZING while we were visiting so the hot tub was a plus but we had “warm weather envy” viewing all of the outdoor possibilities there were with this property. We deff want to go back in the summer!!!

My family and I have rented several homes for vacation over the years, but this home is truly a special place. The property is gorgeous! The views are amazing, and we enjoyed spending many hours taking it all in. Lots of wildlife to observe and the private hiking trail was a great bonus. The house itself was wonderful…a unique mix of history, art, music, and modern technology. Everything was high-end and excellent quality. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable we have ever slept in away from home. The house was extremely clean and had everything you would ever need and plenty of it. We have never seen a vacation house with so many extra linens, toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee, etc. We were so impressed! Hector is an exceptional host, friendly and responsive. His home is incredibly peaceful, a true sanctuary. We are so very grateful that we chose this house for our family vacation. Thank you, Hector!

Emily’s home was truly gorgeous. The hardwood floors were spotless and ideal for anyone with allergies. Every room was newly renovated and stocked with all needs. The walk in shower in the basement is optimal for any special needs guests. The spacious kitchen allows for plenty of work space and sit down family meals. The location is positioned for a scenic and historic walk to downtown Mystic allowing you to conveniently pick up meals from the many local restaurants. Emily’s home was perfect for our family trip to Mystic. Thank you for helping us create priceless memories in your beautiful home.

This was our second time renting the house. The house is spotlessly clean, well-equipped and has a great location 1 block from a clean, groomed private beach. Easy to walk home for lunch, which is important since no food is allowed on the beach. But also no seagull issues on beach! Central AC works well. Not seen in the photos, there is also a patio umbrella for some much-needed shade and new plantings around the patio to offer some privacy. If you need a fenced yard to keep little ones close, this might not work for you. Sheldon was very responsive to our texts in providing info on refilling the propane for the (very nice) gas grill and instruction on how to reset the hot water heater when it beeps and unexpectedly stops. Plenty of room for our three generations!

The space was very spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We spent 2 days relaxing and would love to come back and do more of "nothing". Our host was incredibly friendly and flexible. She was able to adjust our check-in/checkout times to meet our needs. A great little benefit was the availability of electricity so that we could charge our EV while we were there. If you are looking for a place to retreat to, this is it.

Amazing house and location! We will definitely be back! The only thing to note is the listing shows a bathtub, but there is no bathtub (important for parents of young kids.)

The condo was beautiful, very clean and had many extras one wouldn't have expected. The owner put a lot of thought and detail to providing little extras for renters. I liked the location of the condo very easy to get to. I had an awesome weekend right next to the Norwich Spa and close to Mohegan and Foxwoods! I would definitely recommend this place and return in the future. Nat was a perfect host! Thank you for everything! Gai

Rate was great, it was off season. Cleaning fee is a little nutz considering it is tiny. VERY clean, perfectly functional. I wasn't a fan of the mattress, way too soft for me, but maybe that is just me :-) Overall I would happily stay there again. It was quiet, the other tenants were very friendly.

Great room for a short visit to spa or Mohegan. Comfortable bed. Nice option having the couch available. Lovely little back porch gets great afternoon sun. If you plan on cooking be sure to review available items as you may need to bring some supplies. very short walk up the hill to jacuzzi, walk other way to outdoor pool. Loved the decor. Quant

Great spot with super easy beach access! The view from the bedroom windows is awesome especially for sunrise. Can’t wait to come back!

Was a great place, extremely private and convenient for large groups. Very helpful and accommodating hosts. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away for a few days with friends or family.

Very nice stay. Appreciated the bedside chargers. Kitchen was smartly stocked, was able to prepare a Thanksgiving meal with amenities provided. Very clean. Stunning views of the ocean. Downside, small bathroom/shower, limited bathroom shelf space/counter.
