This was the first time at this house for me. The house was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty for the kids to do. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing house!! Was in love with every darn inch of it. Impeccable decor and super cozy. Snuggled up by the fire and watched a movie. Slept like a rock in the beautiful bedroom. So happy I found this hidden gem. Can’t wait to come back!

Stan is terrific! Flexible on both entry and exit and was very helpful with anything we needed. The place is perfect for kids, safe and fun and the hot tub was perfect for downtime at the house!

The space was very spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We spent 2 days relaxing and would love to come back and do more of "nothing". Our host was incredibly friendly and flexible. She was able to adjust our check-in/checkout times to meet our needs. A great little benefit was the availability of electricity so that we could charge our EV while we were there. If you are looking for a place to retreat to, this is it.

We stayed in Cathy's house for two nights. The house is quite a bit larger than I thought it was! It was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. It's in a nice location and the house itself is very pretty and nicely decorated. You can't actually get to the water from here, but you can smell the salty air, and you can walk to the end of the road and look out over the cove. The house is located on a dead end street and, even though there are houses all around, there is no through traffic so it was surprisingly quiet. I'm not sure if that changes in the summertime. Cathy was very communicative and friendly and check in was so simple. The house is about five minutes from Mystic Seaport, which is great. And about 25 minutes from the Ledyard/Gales Ferry area, which is where we needed to be, so it was perfect for us. It's also a very dog friendly home, with a crate and a basket full of dog toys, along with a small, but good, backyard. I would definitely stay here again!

Spent a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at Travis' place with my husband and two young daughters. The house is beautifully appointed and so cozy. We played games by the fire, watched a movie in the cozy tv room, and made and enjoyed lovely meals in the kitchen. The house is even more magical than it looks in the photos, and we certainly hope to be back.

We loved the lakehouse! The setting and house were more beautiful than the photos. Panoramic lake views abound from inside and outside the house. The kitchen has new appliances and the house was toasty on a few very cold days. Also, there is a nice fire pit, outdoor lounge area, and a new dock that is amazing at night to walk out onto and gaze up at the stars. The sunrises and sunsets are visible from the property and provide a bonus. It’s very peaceful and everyone in my group slept well. I hope to be back in the warmer weather to swim, kayak, and unwind.

The house is brand new yet feels very homie and super cozy. We found everything nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable and it has a nice open space Being 6 adults total, it wasn’t tight and uncomfortable. Everyone always had a place to sit. Edwin is a very attentive host, very quick to respond, friendly, and he provided an awesome local guide, we tried out 2 of the restaurants, they were great! I wish we would have had more time to visit more of the listed spots. thanks Edwin! love your home and hope to be able to visit again for a longer stay

My wife and I absolutely loved this cottage. It far exceeded our expectations. I felt so much at home, I almost went out and picked up the mail!There were so many supplies in the kitchen, a thoughtfully laid out living room and bedroom, a heavenly soaking tub in the bathroom, and serene surroundings. Everything was thought of from tasteful decor to plenty of firewood for the wood-burning fireplace and even an unopened toothbrush and other toiletries in the bathroom (including 2-ply!! ) It raised my standard for future rentals. We are lucky enough to travel several times a year. When we do, we almost exclusively stay at Airbnb‘s. This one was by far the most comfortable we’ve stayed at in many years. Thank you very much for the perfect visit to Connecticut

Really great space and plenty of room for a larger group. Modern updated and clean and a really close walk to everything in Mystic. We'll be staying again!

Fran was accommodating of my last minute booking. Perfect space for my family and close to downtown Mystic. Such a beautiful, comfy cozy home. The heated floors were an added bonus.

This is our second stay at this property hosted by Fran and Scott. You CANNOT beat the location. Tasteful and modern renovation highlights the beautiful bones of this home! The host is super responsive and the kitchen has everything you would need. We will be back!

We stayed during fall and were able to take advantage of the fire pit. There was plenty of kindling to gather nearby and the fire under the stars was very peaceful. It was starting to get chilly during our stay and the log space heater was a very nice touch. Guest book includes a number of helpful recommendations for restaurants and activities. A lot of small extra touches made our stay very comfortable. We would recommend for anyone wanting a more rural feel away from the other tourists while exploring mystic.

Josh’s home was in a wonderful location. Near restaurants, beaches, ferry and train. Everything is within a short walk or short drive. Communication was excellent with prompt and helpful recommendations. The home was clean and just like the photos. Would love to come again when we have more time to spend.

We had a wonderful stay at Nancy's place. The space was amazing and perfectly located, with all the amenities required to have a wonderful time in New London. The location was such that we could access many local amenities, sights, restaurants, etc. with ease. Detailed information was also readily available in order to ensure that we knew all of the great things to do in the area and how to access them. The hosts were proactive and great with their communication, ensuring check-in to check-out went smoothly. Given the opportunity, we would love to stay at their place again.

We had a wonderful stay!! The lock was stuck upon check-in but the host called us (it was the middle of the night) and walked us through getting it open. She was so friendly and helpful! The place itself was perfect. Great kitchen, sleeping areas, clean and wonderfully decorated. Even with the lock issue, this was a 5 star stay and we have absolutely no complaints. We had 3 people and we felt like we had plenty of room. It’s also right down the street from the Mohegan Sun!!! So perfect place to stay if you want to visit the resort. You can’t get a better location. Also very quiet area.

Ada's place was cozy and very comfy, especially the bed! The location was perfect for a concert at Mohegan Sun casino. We highly recommend it!

I rented this home to accommodate my family of 6 over Christmas. Beautiful home and very comfortable beds, high quality linens and lots of space. I could tell the house was very well set up for summer guests too with plenty of outdoor gathering areas.

This place was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. Would recommend.
