Excellent stay, spent just under 2 weeks here. Everything as described and listed. I had a better sleep in the bed than I do at home! Host is very responsive, good parking too. Would stay here again.

My friends and I were traveling to play in a billiards competition and finding a comfortable place to sleep and convenient location is so important. This place checked all of our boxes and then some! There were kcups for the coffeemaker and the hot chocolate was such a pleasant surprise. We had to play our competition at a private club that happened to be a smoking bar so we were so happy that we got to refresh our clothes with the laundry available. Parking was easy and communication with the host was perfect. We were extremely happy with all aspects of our stay. I would highly recommend without hesitation!

Absolutely amazing! Incredibly comfortable, VERY responsive host, sweet neighbors. Everything in the unit the is new. Plus, it’s quiet and relaxing with great WiFi. I was able to work remotely on video calls without any issues. I will definitely be back!

Comfortable condo. Location convenient to Bank of NH, which was the reason for our trip to the area. The chairs on the balcony weren't comfortable to sit in, so we didn't really use it. If you have mobility issues, avoid booking a reservation at any of the condos in this complex. There are steep stairs down to the entrance, and then you have to go up the stairs into the condo. It wasn't a big deal for us. Otherwise, we would likely stay here again.

Lovely quiet condo conveniently located close to snow tubing and ice castles. Fit 3 adults and 4 children quite comfortably. Full amenities, with plenty of extra pillows, blankets, and linens. Jensen was very kind and quick to respond to any questions.

Thank you to Leif and the family for a great stay! Leif was a fabulous host, being very helpful and responsive. His wife was also very nice and shoveled out the walk way for us. The place was just as described in the listing. Comfy beds with easy access to the ski way. Thanks Leif!

The unit was very cozy and comfortable. There are two fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. I brought my own fire logs, but there are two provided by Zak. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware and utensils. There’s also an ice maker in the freezer. The bed is king size and firm. There were tons of pillows on the bed and even extra in the closet. There were plenty of towels available and even bathroom products. The hot tub was hot and ready to go upon arrival, it’s also available 24hours. The Toll House tavern served good food and it’s very convenient. Overall incredible stay.

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. Thank you Christine & Corey.

We had a great stay! The layout was just perfect for our group with lots of different spaces for us to spread out and a wonderful dining room and kitchen to share preparation and meals together at the end of each day! The location worked perfectly as we were in town for the NCAA Championships being held at Dartmouth . Hoping we can return again when we are back in the area! Friendly and super responsive host!!

After a long day of driving from New York, and hikes at Franconia Notch State park, Julianne’s condo was a perfect getaway to stay in Laconia with backyard lake views to die for. The condo was clean and cozy. The highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the balcony and admiring the stars at the private sandy beach. The host was very responsive. Thank you for the clear and precise instructions beforehand, everything was simple and straightforward. I would 100% recommend this place! :)

Fernando's place was beautiful and the view was amazing. It was clean and had all of the necessary amenities. He was very responsive and informative. It was a perfect location for us. Very easy to get to :)

This is our second time staying at Lisa’s place. It is in a perfect location right in the heart of the lake region. The pool is amazing. Lisa keeps the place perfectly clean and has everything you could need. We can’t wait to stay again.

Nice roomy comfortable space for two moms and three adult children. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Good location for getting to Bank of NH for a concert. Within driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores and Weirs beach. We didn't know how to adjust a digital thermometer. I had to message Ryan late at night. He got back to me right away and was super helpful. We had a memorable and pleasant time enjoying the lakes region of NH. Thank you, Ryan!

Incredible view from the porch. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Amanda was proactive with communications and responsive. Great stay!

Kimberly's place was absolutely perfect! I was in a pinch for a place to stay for a couple weeks and she responded the morning I need to move. the place was spotless and had a nice view of the lake across the street. Kimberly was also kind enough to allow me a late check out. 10/10 would stay here again.

A great place to stay if you're traveling with a group! Easy drive to Hanover.
