Clean, comfortable home, nice for a family traveling with a small dog. Neighborhood felt safe. Easy to get in and out, and garage parking is available

We always stay at Debbie’s place when in Las Cruces. We are in Cruces several times a year for family visits. The house is comfy, nicely decorated and in a great neighborhood. There is plenty of room and privacy. We always use the back sun room to work and do business or the front porch during the nice weather. Love the huge garage with washer and dryer. Debbie is a wonderful host and very thoughtful. She makes sure to provide all the essentials for her guests. We will be back soon! Thank you once again Debbie for your wonderful home. We had a great stay. Location was perfect for us. Close to many things. Home was very comfortable.

Great house. Very comfortable and well appointed. Outdoor kitchen and patio was great to enjoy after a long day site seeing. Located close to all the down town attractions.

Our trip to New Mexico was to take my mother-in-law to visit her 50th state. This beautiful property felt like home and the kitchen was well furnished so we didn’t have to waste money buying condiments and spices. The farm fresh eggs every morning was a real treat and “the ladies” were friendly and loved attention! Wendy & Kevin were excellent hosts! They only seemed to appear as needed and very responsive. Thank you both for sharing your home with us! If we are ever in that area again, your home will be first on our list!

My husband and I love this place so this is our second time staying at Sandia Splendor. The only tiny thing that would help me, and other short people that are under 5' tall, would perhaps to have a small folding step stool so that we could reach the top shelves in the kitchen. Other than that, it was splendid, just like its name!

We have stayed at the Roma house twice in the past year. It is a wonderful, small place very convenient to everything in the downtown area. We have been pleasantly surprised by how quiet the neighborhood is! This visit we discovered a great breakfast place a couple blocks away. We highly recommend staying in the Roma house!

Four of us (two couples) stayed at Polly's place and it worked out great. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and one with two twins. The bedrooms are separated by a door only so if someone is really sensitive to sound, this could be a small problem, as sounds from one room could be heard in the other. However, it was not really a problem for our group. We enjoyed sitting around the dining room table and reading/watching TV in the very comfortable living room/sitting area. Th e house and yard are surprisingly private and spacious. It should be noted that parking is on the street and there are 4 or 5 steps down to the level where the entry patio is. The kitchen was very well equipped - more so than many airbnbs. And the water pressure was great! Thank you Polly!

I was looking for a unique place to stay, and this room definitely lived up to my expectations!! All of the decor was perfectly placed, I loved the fireplace, and I enjoyed reading how the room got its name. After a long day of driving, soaking in the hottube was the highlight of the night!! It helped us relax and unwind at the end of a long day. I recommend going to the Blue House Cafe & Bakery across the street for breakfast. The staff were super friendly, and nice. The food, and coffee was a great way to start our day. They are open Monday-Saturday. If you stay the night on a Saturday a tray of breakfast foods and fruit will be put in your room on Saturday, so you'll have breakfast for Sunday morning. Every detail was thought out to maximize your stay experience. It was truly an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this place! I also recommend eating dinner at the Yellow Brix Restaurant. There was a little bit of a wait time, but totally worth it!

Jeff is a fabulous host!! The charming suite is a cute and cozy home away from home. Loved stargazing at night. I never turned the TV on, either enjoyed the stars or just listened to music. Perfect place to unplug. Jeff even invited me for an amazing, yummy, home cooked dinner as I left early in the mornings and was not available for breakfast.

The place was clean and spacious. It is located in a quiet area and close to Old Town, which is very convenient.

I had a wonderful experience I will cherish forever. Elizabeth and Felix and wonderful people and enjoyed getting to know them so much.

Ricky and her husband were amazing hosts! Amazing breakfasts! Great recommendations for restaraunts and things to do. Made us feel right at home. Gave us our space; but, was fun and social and great stories. We look forward to coming back soon!

Shirley's B and B is a wonderful spot in Farmington. A nice walk into town for dinner, a lovely home w sitting areas, comfortable room with plenty of space and comfort. I highly recommend it.

Very quiet and relaxing! The thing that stood out the most was the breakfast, it was truly gourmet. The staff was incredibly helpful and it really felt like home! I love the two libraries, but there weren’t many books in there to browse unfortunately. Everything else was wonderful!

The house was beautiful and I loved the location. Amanda took good care of us. We needed her help to get the heat up in the house and she responded quickly. I loved all the information she shared about trails and things to do in Albuquerque. If only we could have stayed longer to enjoy her suggestions! Thanks so much for sharing your home!

Melanie is an amazing hostesses with such an awesome place!! They turned this house into a Stoners dream house!! The indica sweet was just our vibe and very comfy! Every room has its own theme and scent.. you can’t get enough of the amazing smells especially in the kitchen!! The homemade breakfast was amazing I could go back for the tortillas alone 😋 thank you Melanie for all the great recommendations, conversations over breakfast and for making my birthday trip worth it!! I will definitely be going back as soon as I can ❤️❤️❤️

Tamara was an exceptional host. She provided homemade fudge and make us a homemade, delicious breakfast. She thought of everything we could possibly need. Her place had the softest bed and a peaceful, calm feel. She had treats, water, and a bed for our dog. We drove way up in the mountains at night (go before dark-my recommendation) but her directions were exactly correct, and she met us by the gate. I felt so protected and safe. Her kindness radiates from all she does including caring for her animals in her sanctuary. A lovely stay.

Jim is a wonderful host and makes you feel at home. He is worldy and has neat and amusing stories and information to share. Our room was next to an internal greenhouse. It was full of windows and skylights and we could see the stars at night above. The drive to Sante Fe from here is about 18 min, and easy once you are familiar with the route. Excellent stay.
