The penthouse was amazing. Great view of the city. The penthouse was equipped with a lot of the necessary stuff you might need. This will keep you from traveling with a lot of unnecessary items you don’t need. The beds were so freaking comfortable. I slept like a baby. Another nice touch was the champagne left for us to drink with a pleasant note welcoming us into the penthouse. I really enjoyed my stay. It was fantastic!!!

nice size place for a person or couple. Location easy to get around to other places. Host nice likes to check in. the only challenge for high cosmetic/make up users tiny bathroom sink makes balancing bottles etc a little challenging. Big TVs in bedroom and living room. lots of parking space feet from private entrance very private quiet never heard hosts son

We stayed for one month. It was a pleasant stay. No issues. Everything was as advertised -- no surprises. Would stay again.

Alicia was amazing to work with and extremely responsive! Weather caused changes to my travel plans which created plenty of other stress and she was fantastic to work with to sort out! Very clear and detailed instructions. No questions throughout my stay. She checked in to make sure everything was going well. Primary reason for booking was the proximity to Yale campus. It was perfect, 3 blocks away. Quiet building with helpful residents when asked questions. It is an older building. The unit has some great updates in the kitchen and bath that fit the space and make it more functional and inviting. Will definitely stay again!

We needed a last minute booking, and Jarrett was great about getting us in in the evening. The apartment was clean and well functional.

Aziz’s place was perfect for my trip. It was cozy and very clean. It is well situated to Yale and the Yale shops. Aziz was also a proactive communicator to make sure everything was going well.

Great stay! Spotless, cozy, and well-decorated apartment. The fully equipped kitchen and coffee options were perfect. The bed was super comfy, and the pull-out couch worked great for my family member. The chalkboard wall was a fun touch, and the office desk was perfect for work. The next time I plan to visit Connecticut, I will definitely consider staying here again. The location was fantastic, offering beautiful views of downtown Hartford. It was a peaceful area with friendly neighbors, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. The only downside I encountered was that when I first walked into the apartment, it had a musty smell in the hallway due to a lack of air fresheners, and the TV remote wasn't working. However, after I reached out to the staff about the issues, I received new batteries and a wall plug from his assistant in less than 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the remote still didn’t work, so I ended up using the Roku remote on my phone. Coming from a real estate background, I’d say the place is a bit overpriced, mainly due to the building’s condition; it feels somewhat rundown. Still, I’d rate it a solid 8.8 out of 10 overall. Brain thanks for hosting me.

This is a beautiful place to stay! Very clean and pleasantly decorated! Our family felt completely at home. We had everything we needed for our three-day stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, there were plenty of amenities and even a great selection of games that our family enjoyed playing. We were close to a couple of beautiful beaches and a wonderful cozy local coffee shop. Miguel and Kaitlyn are great hosts! Very responsive, helpful and friendly! We would highly recommend their place and would definitely stay again!

My family and I had our Thanksgiving here this year. Unbelievable kitchen. I mean, STOCKED to the brim, I barely had to use anything of my own from my place. We felt super cozy by her fireplace, loved our morning beach walks, and enjoyed her amazing selection of board games upstairs. I have to say that the listing doesn’t capture the sheer SIZE of the home. So much privacy for everyone, and enough comfy gathering spaces to spend time together. Also, the beds were so comfy! We will totally book with them again in the future.

My colleagues and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. Erna was very proactive and had a great personality.

In my opinion, the house was actually better in person than pictured in the listing. We were happily surprised with the cleanliness and comfort. The garage was a nice added value!

This place was amazing from the moment I walked in being welcomed with a stocked kitchen of breakfast essentials. The rooms were cozy and clean. I was so intrigued with the house being built in 1802 and history on the walls with all the renovations. My host was very responsive and helpful from start to finish. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

This is the best stay that I have had since using Air bnb!! The house was clean and felt just like being at home. The decor and the furniture was AMAZING!! My entire family enjoyed our stay. We were able to go for a nice walk and the house is located in the perfect area. It was peaceful and a short walk to restaurants. We will most certainly stay at this location again on our next visit!

Our 2nd stay at Elizabeth’s house and it was as nice as our last visit. Our kids love exploring the home and property which has a wonderful view. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking. We especially enjoyed the stone fireplace to relax after skiing. Would highly recommend!
