Great place if visiting New Orleans. The neighborhood is great to walk around just to look at all the beautiful homes. Street car stops right in front of house and makes commuting around the city easy. Beautiful room and home. I would definitely seek the room again when I return to New Orleans. Host is very responsive and flexible. Only downside is the tv does not have the ability to connect to your streaming services. So if you wanna watch streaming services at night while winding down make sure to bring your own laptop or your own streaming device to plug into the tv.

mannn i would book this place for 5 more nights if i could. genuinely the best place i have experienced on this site period. ESPECIALLY considering the price-point. MORE than worth it. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Allison was an incredible host! She communicated preemptively, effectively, and efficiently. She and John even invited us to their annual Mardi Gras party, which was a blast! My luggage was delayed arriving, and she offered me anything I needed while waiting. The place was very safe (gated front entrance) and perfectly located. I would recommend Allison's place to anyone wanting to visit NOLA.

You couldn’t ask for a better location! It’s right in the middle of the best restaurants and coffee shops yet it’s incredibly quiet. We are grateful we had the opportunity to stay here and walk to our favorite places right from casey’s home. It was also clean and very comfortable! Would love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our hosts were extremely informative. As a native of Louisiana who has traveled to New Orleans numerous times, our hosts recommendations of unique local places was a fresh change! This Airbnb will be a repeat for us in the future. The travel tooth paste kit was a lovely touch as my husband did, in fact, forget his tooth brush! This Airbnb is a hidden gem.

The host Ms. Suzy responded to me at 4:08 am when I messaged her. I did not expect that and I was so pleased. We were in town because my daughter birthed our granddaughter. The host was so sweet and concerned about our daughter. The house is huge and perfect! I would LOVE to return to the home. I saw another vehicle there but the person must have been very quiet. You will not be disappointed if you stay at this Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeannette’s place on Esplanade Ave! The home was clean, comfortable, and had a lot of charm. Jeannette was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a great visit. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the French Quarter with plenty to see and do nearby. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting New Orleans!

I'm giving five stars because of the great location, price, quick responses from the host, and the basic necessities were met (which is all we needed). The location was on a relatively quiet street, so it was easy to meet our ride sharing drivers, and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go to. Compared to the places around, the price was great. Like some other said in their reviews, this is a one room apt, so you will need to be comfortable with the people you are traveling with since everyone shares the same space. Wifi was stable, water pressure and hot water were stable, and the AC unit worked well, though it was loud. There was an extra set of bed sheets and a blanket, which we used for the couch for someone to sleep on. We could hear the neighbors above walking/running, but it didn't bother us. Overall it was a great stay.

I had a fantastic stay Jesse's place, Lopez island. 😎 I spent a week in the apartment for carnival through Fat Tuesday. The space is incredibly clean and organized, and the most important thing to me was a comfortable bed and hot, strong shower. I also love the neighborhood, and can get anywhere in the city from the apartment. Mardi Gras was a Blast and I would definitely return to this awesome space. Thanks Jesse. ☮️💜🎶

Beautiful apartment I could have lived in happily! There were a ton of thoughtful amenities I wouldn't have even thought to ask for, but as it turned out I didn't have to, because there they were. My next trip to New Orleans, this is the first place I'm gonna try to book. Also GREAT PRICE. Eileen rocks. you're not going to find a better hostess in Orleans Parish, and probably not in all of Louisiana!

Kerri was a great host and very responsive! The property was exactly as described and is a safe location that is centrally located and easy to get to downtown New Orleans! I was there to get married that week and she was so kind to even give us a complimentary bottle of champagne! I will definitely stay here again if we are ever in there area!

Our stay was fantastic! It's a beautifully set up, very clean space in a great, walkable location. Minnette was very responsive and communicated with us about the expected bad weather while we were in town, which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay to visit Loyola/Tulane and get to the edges of the Mardi Gras parades. It was so easy to walk to good restaurants on Maple Street. St Charles street car a few blocks away. Walk to Audubon Park. The house is quaint and quiet, with everything you need. The mattress was my favorite Airbnb mattress ever, nice and firm but comfy. Big plush bathtowels. Tons of toiletries and snacks and water for guests. Conni was so thoughtful, responsive, and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! Oh, don’t miss her list of restaurant recommendations on the back of her instructions! I wish I noticed it sooner. :)

Great spot with a great location. you can take the trolley downtown or walk if you don't want to drive. the shower has great pressure. the window ac kept the place nice a cool. the bed was soft and the pillows were nice. had plenty of extra blankets and towels. 10/10 would stay again.

Super clean. Very new. Very stylish. Loved the balcony. We drove everywhere. We did not walk to the streetcar. Super Sunday happened while we were here which was amazing people watching. Great towels and linens. Appreciated the cameras on the entrance and exits.

Our stay at Jannette's was flawless. If you like to walk, the neighborhood is enchanting. Restaurants are within walking distance and a nice grocery store is only a couple of blocks away. The amenities are great. We felt very comfortable and safe. Jannette loves her home and it shows. We will be staying with Jannette again.

We had an amazing time in NOLA and the comfort of staying here added to the whole experience. It was a quick drive away from all of our activities. Hank's Convenience around the corner (literal steps away) had the best fried chicken. The neighbors were really nice. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was helpful to be able to do some laundry during our stay. Kourtney was very responsive and got us what we needed when we asked! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and home!

Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. Thank you so much!

Location was excellent and property was great - bedrooms are small but plenty of rooms and bathrooms!

Perfect, walkable location in the garden district, ideal for getting to and from mardi gras parades and accessible to all of the great restaurants on or near Magazine St. Though there are several air bnb units on the property, we didn’t have any issues with noise from neighbors

Place was beautiful, spacious and looks exactly like the photos! Will be back.
