Clean, quiet, and much more spacious than the photos let on! We highly recommend for easy walkability to the quarter and Frenchman street. While it is located on the tip of what could be considered a “dodgy” part of town, we never felt unsafe. However, we do not recommend for anyone mobility impaired or fall-prone due to the steep steps to get in and out — especially if it’s rainy and wet outside! Great host and stay!

Excellent stay! Beds were super comfortable (one of my biggest concerns when booking). Location was A+++ - walkable to so many restaurants, the Quarter, Superdome, etc. but also a quiet neighborhood where we felt totally safe. Kitchen and bathrooms were pristine and well-stocked. Host was communicative and gave us clear instructions. Definitely would stay again.

We were in town for a family wedding and it met our needs. The 5 bedrooms and private bath were outstanding.

It’s a 5 star 3 star property. The space is older but renovated and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and nice linens. The location is superb. 3 minute walk to bourbon st. 24 hour security at the entrance and locked doors which was nice. The common areas had a very bad odor. The security guard said a sewer pipe burst in the basement. Thankfully the odor wasn’t in the apartment.

This was my first time visiting here while being in New Orleans I definitely will be visiting again when traveling to New Orleans Bourbon was just a walk around the corner there was more than enough room for the our party of four I enjoyed and felt safe.. Hassle free

I stayed here for a show at the convention center. It was close to the convention center. Michael's place was beautiful and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. Michael really thought through the little details that make a stay great. Michael was helpful and had great communication. I would definitely stay here again.

Adam’s house was exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay in New Orleans. Great kitchen space and comfortable living room + bedding!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this location. Kevin was an outstanding host, always quick to respond. I was blown away by how incredibly clean and comfortable the place was as well as the fully equipped kitchen. The WiFi was fast and reliable for my kids iPads and all login information was listed. We also were minutes away from Bobby Herbert's Cajun Cannon restaurant if you want to experience real New Orleans food culture. Being that I'm a New Orleans native that hadn't been home in about 10 years. This was the best location for my family to stay during Mardi Gras. Less traffic and road block. I would definitely stay again.

Will highly recommend this place for anyone I know who is planning a trip to NOLA in the future. Great location; away from the hectic areas, yet walkable to all of fun spots. Very spacious and comfortable accommodations!!!

For anyone visiting NOLA, this is THE perfect spot to stay. It's walking distance to everything - from Cafe du Monte to Bourbon Street and everything else you'd want to see or do. Plus, the surrounding neighborhood is clean, quiet, safe, and has a lot of delicious spots for every meal. And the space itself is incredibly spacious, bright (high ceilings, large windows), and VERY comfortable. Damon and his team are super responsive, thoughtful, kind, and provide clear instructions on getting into the space, which again, is pretty spectacular. Enjoy!

The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the living area felt homely. I went in for a quick business trip, and to my surprise, it was very relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Luke’s place. We used to live in New Orleans and I can say with confidence, his Airbnb is in a prime location. Safe location with great food options and walking distance to most major streets. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city!

The host was perfectly responsive and kind. I think this place has everything you might need. Comfortable bed. Creative use of space in this former shotgun provides so much room. Treacherous stairs for carrying large suitcases so we kept them on main floor. Location is perfection. Stay here!

The host of this property were amazing. Very easy to contact. The only thing I got hung up on was punching the code to get OUT of the gate but i will be booking this unit again ! Location was perfect! Close to airport and close to entertainment. I felt at home.

Extremely kind, hospitable, and responsive host. Housed 18 adults comfortably for a weekend trip, and ensured that we had a great time in New Orleans! Reasonable price for what was offered and would happily stay here again!

I would highly recommend The Gabrielle to my friends/family when visiting NOLA & wanting to stay in the FQ! A fabulously updated clean space, exactly as it was pictured! It was clean & well managed! With 3 bedrooms, we were all comfortable & slept great. This host knocked it out of the park for my family! The Condo had all we needed! Walking distance to all the Quarter sites..Jackson square, restaurants, Bourbon Street…we will stay again! This host, Jennifer was immediately responsive to any questions or concern!! Her hospitality was commendable! TY for everything!

Very clean and spacious, within easy walking distance to the Ogden Museum of Southern Art and the National WWII Museum. TVs in every room and 2.5 bathrooms were wonderful amenities.

Cristopher’s place is the perfect spot to stay and worth every penny. I felt right at home in the cozy apartment and it perfectly matched the listing photos. There are lots of cute restaurants that are walkable in the bywater area and a short distance to the French quarter. I highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay. It is a very cool hotel with a great rooftop and courtyard. The area felt safe and you need a key to enter the building. The place is spacious and clean and we enjoyed the balcony. The area is walkable, no car needed. Chris was responsive and proactive. He was a great host, I would definitely stay here again

This place is a 10/10! Perfect location and beautiful. It is exactly as described. Elizabeth was an amazing host. There was an issue with the cleaning crew ( everything was clean except for the rotted strawberries that had been left in the fridge ) but Elizabeth was super kind and helpful of the matter and made it right. I would recommend this place to everyone staying in NOLA.

Great little place to stay, it is the perfect distance from downtown and the French Quarter.. pretty much anywhere you’d want to go is around 15 minutes from this place. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful condo. Great location. Safe and secure. Will stay here again on our next trip.
