Would definitely stay here again. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Safe and easy to walk to the main areas of New Orleans. Loved having use of the health club. Host was very responsive to the few questions I had.

We loved our stay here. 8 girls for 2 nights and it was perfect. The location is great. We felt very safe having someone at the front desk and having to have a code for both the front door and the room itself. The people at the front desk were sooooo friendly. The condo itself was perfect for us and very clean. I loved the extra soft blankets! Would absolutely stay here again!

It was a great trip, the place was super well located, and everyone was super friendly and attentive! I stayed with my friend and we both felt completely safe and comfortable. Definitely worth coming back!!

Joseph was an amazing host. His space is incredible. For anyone interested in a restful space in one of the most beautiful New Orleans neighborhoods with plenty of prime local spots near by, check it out.

The place was really nice and I enjoyed my stay. Walkable distance to many restaurants, grocery store and bourbon street. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very friendly.

Easy stay with no worries. Few blocks from the river walk and then a quick walk down to the city.

Stayed here for a girls trip and we loved it! Has such a fun and funky vibe, we kept saying we felt like we were in a podcast set in the living room! Very walkable to the French Quarter, but enough distance that it was quiet at night.

This place is a 10/10! Perfect location and beautiful. It is exactly as described. Elizabeth was an amazing host. There was an issue with the cleaning crew ( everything was clean except for the rotted strawberries that had been left in the fridge ) but Elizabeth was super kind and helpful of the matter and made it right. I would recommend this place to everyone staying in NOLA.

We loved this place! Very cute and clean. The beds were comfortable, very nice bathrooms. Had all the extras we needed. Coffee pot(s) keurig & drip. Even some coffee to get us started. Cute area walked to a great wine bar close by and loved it. Also loved our walk along the river (about 2 miles) during the day to get to the French Market. Would definitely stay here again!!

My friends and I recently stayed at John’s place while we were in town for a concert, and we’re giving it 5 stars for its excellent location, cleanliness, and overall comfort. There are a few small things future guests might find helpful to know. When finding the entrance to the building, head to the glass doors and use the call box on the left—that’s how you’ll get in. A few of the blinds were broken and wouldn’t open, but it wasn’t a major issue. The primary bedroom can get a bit warm at night if the door is closed. There is a ceiling fan, but if you like it really cool while sleeping, you might want to bring an extra fan. Lastly, the dryer takes quite a while to fully dry clothes and needs to be restarted a few times. These are all minor inconveniences and certainly not deal-breakers. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend John’s place!

We stayed for 6 nights/5 days for Mardi Gras! We are more than impressed with our stay! From the location, cleanliness, responsive host, the list goes on! The home was even better than described and we could have easily stayed here another week! Absolutely beautiful home and outside deck! Being right on the bayou and the ability to enjoy the wildlife and nature was unmatched! Not a far drive from New Orleans and felt very safe and at home! We will stay here every time we head to NOLA!!! If we could give 10 stars we would!

Ben’s place was spacious, clean, comfortable, and decorated using texture/color/lighting in such an enjoyable way. I will come back again and I’ll recommend to friends!

Genevieve's place is spotless and so cozy and comfortable. She even made us some amazing pastries a couple of mornings. It was the perfect place to relax and make your itinerary for the day. An added plus was lots of hot water to take a nice relaxing bath or shower after a long day of sightseeing. I highly recommend her place and Genevieve is a joy to interact with. She had lots of great restaurant suggestions as well. Can't wait to stay at her place again!

Very responsive, friendly and helpful hosts. The place was clean and tidy. We didn’t have a chance to take advantage, but there was a pool a workout room and safe locked parking. There are a ton of restaurants and clubs walking distance and the by water is a great neighborhood away from the crowds on bourbon street. But if you like bourbon street it is there for you. We would certainly stay there again.

Katlyn House was very cozy . We find everything what we need in the kitchen . Her instructions were very good . Beds comfortable. Not far from French Quarter. Good parking . Great communication. She even agree to late check out . We will come again .

Nancy and her place were absolutely fantastic! As great as the house looks in the pictures, it's even more beautiful in person. Nancy was very nice and accommodating. The house is gorgeous and the neighborhood is really cool. There are lots of cool non-touristy bars and restaurants in short walking distance. And it's an easy, fun walk to get down to Frenchman St and the French Quarter. I really can't say enough about what a great experience we had!
