Great place for our family vacation. So nice to have all en suite bathrooms. Great location with so much nearby and easy to get to French Quarter and anywhere else in NOLA. Nick was very responsive and helpful. Really great all around.

We had a wonderful time here. The house was spacious and great for a big group. Location was excellent, allowing us to walk around the neighborhood in the mornings to grab coffee at Rook. It was on a side street so very quiet at nice. It was also quite easy to get Ubers and quick drive to other neighborhoods in the city. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting that does not want to stay downtown.

The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and appointed with anything you could need. Extremely walkable to great restaurants/bars/live music and the French Quarter. The courtyard between the two houses was everything and where we all spent our time when not out exploring. Joshua was extremely responsive, accommodating and helpful with a lovely list of restaurant and activity recommendations. We would all stay there again and again and again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sophie's home as it comfortably accommodated our group of 11. The location is roughly 15-20 minutes away from all of the major hot spots in NOLA but had the benefit of being in a private/quiet suburban neighborhood. The seafood spot around the corner from the listing was delicious and had great deals for our large group. Sophie was extremely communicative ahead of our trip and helped answer a number of questions for me to make sure we were prepared. Easy check-in/check-out process and overall a great experience. Highly recommend!

I typically travel to New Orleans with a group of five others for fishing trips twice yearly. We spend the last night in New Orleans before heading home. For the past several years, we have used Airbnb rentals of whole houses or condos for our stay. Edward's property is the finest and best that we have ever used. Its location and secure parking off street means you can easily explore the upper Magazine neighborhood on foot. Whole Foods is practically next door. We walked a short six blocks to our dinner reservation at Clancy's (another hidden gem in the Garden District). Skip the quarter and stay in the finest neighborhood in the Crescent City. Beautifully restored, Edwards property is even more than five stars!!!

One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at! Amazing views & so much room. We were there for the Taylor Swift concert & loved being far enough away from the traffic. We would love to go back one day!

This is a great house in a really nice and fun area of New Orleans, especially if you have a large group! The open living room and kitchen are great for hanging out, and the patio, hot tub, and pool were also as described. We had no issues with the hot tub heat and the pool was also plenty warm for March. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and there were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The house also had laundry with detergent supplied for washing bath and pool towels if you have a big group. Daniel and Lindsey were super helpful and very responsive. They were kind enough to provide us with an early check-in and Lindsey was there to make sure we got in and didn't have any issues with the house! When checkout-time arrived, they didn't ask us to do anything except walk-out which makes vacation even nicer. The location was excellent with easy walking to the Quarter and coffee house, wine bar, restuaurants, etc all very close with a block or two. Highly recommend!

This is the second time staying at this house and already have a third booking for our next trip to New Orleans. The house is clean, roomy, and has outdoor seating areas. The historic neighborhood is very walkable to restaurants as well as the ferry to visit NO and the French Quarter. The hosts were responsive when I messaged about a minor issue (the AC unit was dripping condensate on the floor and I wanted to make them aware of it so that the floors wouldn’t be damaged.) Overall a great place and great hosts.

THIS WAS THE 3RD TIME STAYING WE STAYED FOR 8 DAYS. HAD A BLAST FISHING AND EXPLORING CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK NEXT YEAR !! THEY ARE GREAT HOSTS !!!

Benjamin & Julie’s place was awesome!! The space was large, well appointed for big or small groups & the location was amazing! Benjamin & Julie were very gracious & communicative. We were sad to leave & would definitely book with them again! ♥️🐊🎉🦞🙌✨

We stayed here for a bachelorette and the location was perfect. We were about a mile from the French Quarter but it was a beautiful walk the way there. We were close enough to walk to the French quarter and Frenchman st but far enough that we weren’t right in the mix. There was still a bit of noise through the night, but it was much better than being right in it. The beds were more comfortable than my bed at home and the bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. The host even wrote us a sweet note and left champagne for us!

Vcay always responded quickly to questions and any minor issues. This was greatly appreciated! The surrounding area this home is in might seem a little sketchy in appearance but we never encountered any issues or felt concerned for our safety. We were always in a large group. It was an easy walk to public transport on the Canal street car if you are in even semi decent physical shape! Bus access is possible too

The beds were very very comfortable. Great location when spending time on bourbon.

Stayed with a group of friends for my birthday weekend. The home was beautiful and extremely well appointed. Every room had its own bathroom which is ideal when several couples are staying in one place. Alleshia provided a terrific list of local attractions and “handy hints” and the location was perfect - a short distance to all the action but also in a quiet neighborhood with nice restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again when in New Orleans.

My friends and I came to New Orleans for a bachelor party weekend, and Bianka's place gave us everything we needed in a vacation rental. We wanted a place with plenty of beds, a couple bathrooms, and most importantly, located close to fun areas. Our group of 7 guys all had our own beds and we're very comfortable throughout the trip. We didn't do much cooking, but there was a full size kitchen if we wanted to. The unit is maybe a 15 minute walk to the nightlife section of Frenchmen St, and from there you're another 15-20 minute walk to the famous Bourbon St, with plenty to do between. During our whole stay, the only time we got a ride was to and from the airport. Bianka was very attentive and gave great instructions regarding the place. I will definitely be reaching out again next time I'm in the area.

Loved this spot! We came to New Orleans for a girls’ weekend and this was the perfect place to stay. We enjoyed the shotgun style house- it really gave us a feel of New Orleans. All of the beds, and the pull out couch, were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice and the kitchen well stocked. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the neighborhood and walked to Frenchman St and some other bars/restaurants. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Loved it!! Had special little amenities that were not expected! Loved the fact that there was everything we needed!!! Thanks for the wine! The place was perfect for what we needed! Wish we could have stayed longer to really enjoy it!

Cute space, it was exactly was we needed. Bedrooms are a bit small, but it was nice that two of them had restrooms inside. I would stay here again! Great communication from the hosts.

This house is super unique and better than the photos! The kitchen is insane and it’s a memorable place for a get together with friends! Easy streetcar access and very close to good restaurants and James beard winning bakeries. Can’t find a better rental!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is gorgeous, spacious and modern. Very thoughtfully designed and the perfect place to kick back and relax after a long day walking and exploring the city. Super comfortable beds, amazing showers, quiet surroundings. I would suggest renting a car as there is not too much in the immediate walking area, however the trolley was very close by and uber/lyft is super efficient throughout the city. Everything felt like a quick 10-15 minute drive away. Thomas was quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond to help out. 10/10 would stay here again!

Great Airbnb. Was in New Orleans for large Bachelor Party and this place was perfect. Close enough to walk to Bourbon St/French Quarter. Cool inside of unit. Heated pool and hot tub. Rooms are as advertised in terms of size but were not a problem. If I had another event with a lot of people in New Orleans, I’d book this place again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was just as described. Very roomy and comfortable. There was a small issue with the pool. Var was incredibly responsive and proactive when contacted. The issue was resolved the same morning. Wonderful accommodations for a family. A+++ rating!

This is my family's new 'go-to' location in New Orleans. It is perfectly located in the city - walkable to French Quarter, Convention Center, WW2 Museum and CBD - and yet it is also quiet and out of the hustle/bustle. Nearby restaurants are fantastic (Cochon, Emeril's, etc) and the 5 ensuite bedrooms allow large adult groups to be comfortable. The common area (kitchen / living room) is bigger than it seems in the pictures and the outside pool is really spacious and comfortable if the weather is nice. Entire place is very well appointed and feels luxurious. Also, Avery was extremely flexible and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better host - even though we were there in the middle of Mardi Gras, she was always available and replied quickly to all questions.
