A great spot. Even in the middle of Mardi Gras we all slept well and had a great time. The house is very modern and everything worked perfectly. Overall a very peaceful and centrally located space.

Ryan was an attentive and helpful host. The accomodations were exactly as described and worked well for my family of 5. Access to public transportation was just a short walk away.

We had a great stay. The place is very nice and big. Matched the description. Host are very friendly and responsive. The block of the house was kind of sketchy but is only two blocks away from garden district which is a very nice neighborhood. Most of the night were quiet but since the house is located on a main road some nights you can hear some sirens. Other than that we had a great stay and were very satisfied.

The best hosts ever ! If i could give 10 stars i would. Location was Excellent !! Home was super clean and spacious actually exceeded the expectations i had. My hosts always responded right away i never had to wait for them to get back with me. Bed was SO cozy be careful there lol. You might be stuck there for a while. Games were already in home for us. Safety 10/10. I never felt out of place it was like we lived there for the weekend. Thank you so so much for having us and allowing us to enjoy NOLA 🫶🏾 whenever i come to New Orleans I'll def be staying again. 100/10.

Nice, clean place with all the amenities you could need for a stay longer then a few nights - full kitchen, washer and dryer, kitchen table, desk, and two TVs. Everything was clean and ready to use with the light on outside. The area is a little urban so I wouldn't book if you're not comfortable with that but we never had any problems with parking or being safe. The neighbors were nice and there is a camera and lights pointed toward the street. I'm not discourging anyone, I just know that some people are not used to that. It really is super close to Frenchman St. And The French Quarters so it's a very cheap Uber!! It's way cheaper then parking! Micheal was very responsive and helpful. There's no chores to do at the end - the cleaning fee actually covers the cleaning! The brochers and recommendations left were helpful.

We’ve stayed in NO many times and we feel as through Michael’s place was one of the best by far! Lovey home in a quiet neighborhood, friendly neighborhood and close to many great restaurants. Michael was very kind and extended our checkout an additional hour. We would highly recommend this home for your next stay in NO!

This place suited our needs perfectly since our goal was to reminisce and visit some of our favorite NOLA places. It’s centrally located and close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. There’s a well appointed kitchen, cozy couch and the beds are comfortable. It is well lit and easy to find.

We definitely would book Chris's house again when visiting the area! We will also recommend Chris's house to family and friends that plan to visit New Orleans. The street Chris's house is located on is very quiet and street parking is no problem. We were able to park right in front of the house each of the days we stayed there. We could walk to the many restaurants and shops along St. Charles Avenue and Magazine Street. It's a short drive from the house to downtown and the French Quarter as well as all the breweries on Tchoupitoulas Street. Chris's house is very close to the Audubon Zoo too!

Great stay for our family of 5 during Mardi Gras season! Lots of great restaurants close by. Easy to get to all the uptown parade routes. Loved our visit!

Great space, good location. Exactly as shown in the pictures. It was an enjoyable stay. The team was very responsive and accommodating. The only improvement is the WiFi - it is very bad. If we had a $1 for every time the TV froze, or our laptops disconnected from the WiFi, we probably could have paid for our stay. If you plan on working remotely like we were, I would probably recommend finding another place to stay. If WiFi is not a concern, then you will greatly enjoy staying here!

This place is great! Our family of 4 loved it especially out 6 year old and 13 year old. Mason & Austin’s family were friendly, helpful and communicative host. Their Dad and my husband talked a bit while our youngest wanted to check out the pool and he was helpful in suggesting places to eat. My son would love to fly back just to stay at the Airbnb and to go to the Seafood Pot again! As an airline worker who loves to travel we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this lovely home for a family Thanksgiving get-together. This home was perfect for our family. We know New Orleans well, and we appreciated the quiet location that is still central to most New Orleans attractions. The best thing about this house is the owners, Phil and Lydia. There were some issues during our stay. A shower head needed repair and a workman had turned the gas supply to the range off. Phil and Lydia were remarkably quick to reply and to get these problems taken care of quickly. They usually answered within minutes when we messaged them through Airbnb. The outdoor and pool area is lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped. We love the mid-century interior-so much character! Overall this is a beautiful home and a very good choice for anyone spending time in New Orleans.

Super well located and easy to get to Mardi gras parades. There was lots of space for a group of 8 of us. Was sadly too cold to use the pool but the back patio is beautiful and would have loved to hang out there! overall, our stay was super comfortable and Sam was really quick to respond to any questions.

The place was immaculate, light, airy, and quiet, with ample bath, kitchen, closet and a large beautiful yard area, having both shade and grass. Patrick and Tamra were friendly, articulate, proactive and responsive in their communications. I’m definitely looking forward to returning!

Var’s place over-exceeded our expectations. The house was very spacious and accommodated our large family. The heated pool was a bonus. We spent most of our time outside by the pool. I would definitely like to stay here again!

The house was perfect for us, and Lori was a wonderful host! it looks just like the pictures. the neighborhood is quiet and safe and it was incredibly easy to get from there to the Superdome to watch the Eagles destroy the Chiefs :)

The home was great for a large group. We all had our own space at the end of the night to retreat to. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Bathrooms were stocked with all the necessities. Even make up removing wipes that I forgot to pack myself. The parking space was very tight so we opted to park on the street which there was plenty of. We sat on the front porch and enjoyed the beautiful weather. Host was responsive.

Andrea is an amazing host and this place was so great! We came down for Mardi Gras and we were only a short, easy 10 minute Uber drive from the French Quarter! The house is adorable and clean and amazing with everything you need! Andrea is a great host and gave great recs! I highly recommend!!

Beautiful home with high end fixtures and furnishings. Great location - walkable to restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed the manicured back yard. Would definitely stay here again.

Trevor is literally the best host I’ve had he’s very welcoming nd sweet. If it’s your fist time in Louisiana he will fill you in on what’s around the city and make sure you have a great time

Wonderful updated home. My wife really wanted to cook on the big beautiful gas stove but we had other plans. Spacious bed rooms with enough room for pack n play. Down stairs living room could use some updated seating. The upstairs living room was great. Off street Parking was great but a little cramped, but most houses do not have that and that is one of the main reasons we chose this house.

Was a great home base for this year's Mardis Gras in New Orleans. 30-45 min away from the parade action and easy highway trip. The value for the accommodations and privacy was unparalleled. Highly recommended.
