I really appreciated my stay at Suzans. It's location, quality and style. Importantly the lovely communication with Suzan and extra things she provided. After a long weekend at Womad I especially appreciated a soak with lavender Epsom salts!

Karen comes across as a genuinely nice, friendly person. She didn’t hesitate to allow me to make an important last minute change to my booking which was very much appreciated. Her unit and surroundings were super clean & well presented. I highly recommend Karen as a host & her unit as a safe & perfect “sanctuary.”

Excellent family friendly accommodation. Great value for the price. Spacious, well-organised rooms. Everything was clean and tidy with thoughtful touches, including kids toys. We had a great stay, felt right at home, highly recommended!

After our intimate wedding ceremony in New Plymouth, with our adult children and their partners, we shared the weekend at the Oakura accommodation. We loved our stay here. The gallery was cozy with everything we could have needed. It was private, quiet, tidy, comfortable and beautiful. I’m in awe of the stunning materials used, decor and furnishings taking inspiration for my own home.

Edwin’s place does not disappoint. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I did some laundry and they helped me out by putting my clothes in the hamper, as I was out all day. Cool bengal cat hung out with me on arrival as well.

David and Sonia were very friendly and made us welcome when we arrived. Perfect hosts. The accommodation was spotless, private and nice and roomy. We only stayed one night unfortunately, but would love to go back again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Marlene's space, Central On Sea. Marlene is a fantastic host. She is very kind and hospitable, and provided us with everything we needed during our stay. This is a great location. It feels private and peaceful while also being walking distance to cafes and restaurants. And it is right in front of the sea with access to walkways around the coastline (right across the road). The space itself has plenty of room. Nice big bathroom. The kitchen had all we needed should we need to fix a meal, although we found ourselves enjoying the wonderful restaurants in New Plymouth, mostly. I highly recommend staying at Central On Sea. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Marlene!

The apartment was excellent for our family of 3 generation's, great beds, good sized bedrooms and lots of bathrooms to accommodate 8 people easily. The apartment was bigger than I was expecting and the location was excellent with easy access to the waterfront with a skate park, basketball court, and bar area by the walking path and beach, all within mins of walking from the apartment. Having the apartment part of the lodge accommodation meant the guests who wanted restaurant breakfast or dinner could while others used the bbq and kitchen at the apartment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, definitely recommend this as a holiday option and will stay here again.

Great place to stay. Each bedroom has an ensuite. Lounge and kitchen very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay with family. Lots of space for everyone. Very large deck that felt very safe for the children. Food at the restaurant was lovely. They also did room service which was wonderful. The ‘second living area’ in the photos was no where to be seen. Not sure if that photo has been posted by mistake 🤷🏼‍♀️ We also weren’t aware this property is actually part of a motel/lodge so when we arrived we weren’t sure where we were. It worked out really well though and everyone was great. The pool in the photos is part of the complex so it was quite busy at some points. The only thing that would have made it better was if there was a vacuum cleaner in the room as this is not a serviced apartment and we had booked for 5 nights with children so we really could have used a vacuum 😅 Would definitely recommend this place to others. Really private with amazing views.

The place is awesome, really suitable for relaxation and Greer is very helpful and always responsive. We really loved the place amd the treats imside the fridge especially the caramel bar. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we enjoyed our stay despite of the weather. Highly recommended😊
