Asolutely amazing accomodation. Easily the nicest hosts I've delt with on air BNB. The house is in an amazing spot. Right across from the sea, amazing to see it from the lounge and deck. Well designed house and the beds are really comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. highly recommend A++

Alan und seine Frau sind wunderbare und freundliche Gastgeber! Vielen Dank nochmals! Meine Frau kann nur mit Krückstöcken laufen. Da der Eingang zur Unterkunft über eine kurze unebene Steintreppe verfügt und meine Frau damit Probleme hatte, bot uns Alan an die Unterkunft zu stornieren. Da es aber die Gastgeber so nett waren und die Unterkunft aussergewöhnliche ist, blieben wir. Für Menschen über 70 Jahre bzw Menschen mit Behinderung ist die Unterkunft eher nicht so gut.

A great little base for exploring the beautiful Mt Taranaki. The fresh eggs were a real treat and loved giving pats to Wallace the sheep.

I had a lovely stay for work ar Bach Break. The apartment was perfect for everything I needed and the coastal walk was incredible for early morning runs! Great location for having peace and quiet but also being totally accessible to town centre, the airport and anything else you want to do in New Plymouth. 100% recommend for an easy stay!

We had such a pleasurable stay at Roebuck Farm. The accommodations were very warm, comfortable and inviting with lots of interesting reading material. We were supplied with delicious fresh veggies from the farm and it was such a joy to chat with Tanya and Jodi about their property. Highly recommend this place. We will hopefully be back!

This was a beautiful place to relax and refresh. Christina was very welcoming, gave great recommendations, and ensured we had a perfect stay. The tiny home is a great space for two people. It was superbly decorated, had just about anything you would need, and provided a nice outdoor kitchen overlooking the flower garden and surrounding paddocks and mountains. Some reviews stated the place had a lot of insects…. welcome to the countryside! Sit back, relax, and don’t sweat the small stuff. Highly recommended place to stay.

We loved it here. Being off grid and in such a remote area was just what we needed. Freyja and Allan love their sanctuary animals and it was great to be able to join them at this very fun and eclectic place.

We had a great time here, lovely little spot and had everything we needed. We really loved that it was dog friendly too! Close to town and lovely walks nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

We love Stephanie’s place, especially the outdoor shower and bath. All the small touches were well thought of. Would recommend and definitely return if back in the area.

Es ist alles sehr sauber, hochwertig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und angelegt. Wir hatten mit unseren 3 Kindern ausreichend Platz und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine schöne Überraschung waren die zur Verfügung gestellten Lebensmittel - es war alles für ein Frühstück da: Toast, Butter, Marmelade, Müsli, Milch, absolut toller Kaffee und eine Karaffe kaltes Wasser.

A lovely wee cabin which was perfect for my stay. Rose included lovely treats and the place felt cosy and welcoming. A small bedroom but fine for just me.

Loved our stay! The tiny home was clean & an efficient use of space - the little kitchen had everything you need to make a quick meal, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Close to Mt Taranaki hiking & New Plymouth, plus hearing the lions roar from the nearby zoo was exciting. Very peaceful & quiet accommodation. We were in awe with the natural beauty of the farmland & landscapes nearby. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy stay in the area!

If you’re looking for a quite remote getaway this is the way to go only wished we could have stayed longer. Nice for a family get away as there are 3 other cabins available. Nice place to reset the Wairua very little coverage which is great keep you off your device haha but Wifi is available:). I highly recommend this place and very comfortable beds ❤️
