I had a wonderful stay at Rosanne's B&B! The place is so nice and cozy, with a charming atmosphere being a former convent. Rosanne was incredibly responsive, providing all the information we needed promptly. It was the perfect spot to unwind after exploring Taranaki. And let me tell you, the breakfast was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend this gem of a place for anyone visiting the area.

We stayed at Karens place for two nights. Nice location in a quiet neighbourhood. Beautiful backyard and gardens. Karen was a wonderful host and made us feel right at home. The place was very clean and tidy, had everything we needed and had nice comfortable beds too. I would definitely recommend Karens place to all.

A group of us were there to attand the Fire Brigades annual Bowls Tournament at the Stratford Avon Bowls club for the two day tournament. Stayed at the Ex-Convent BnB for three nights. Rosanne was the perfect host, nothing too trivial for her consideration and help. Lovely continental breakfast each morning and the Wednesday night Rosanne made a lovely dinner at very reasonable price. Everyone advised that they were very happy with everything to do with our stay from Rosanne's help to the great accommodation.

Comfortable beds with high-quality linen, great shower, nice private feel with some nice social interaction with host and guests at breakfast.

Je suis restée une nuit chez Rosanne. Rosanne est une hôte formidable. Elle aime accueillir et cela se ressent. En réservant, je lui ai fait part de mes plans (d’où je venais, où je me rendant le lendemain et ce que je comptais faire sur la route et sur place). Rosanne m’a fait quelques recommendations, et je lui en suis reconnaissante. La chambre et les partie communes étaient très propres. Le petit déjeuner (qui est inclus) est un plus (peu d’hôte airbnb propose ce service). Si un jour je reviens en NZ et si je repasse dans le coin, je sais déjà où m’arrêter pour dormir 🙂

We stayed 3 nights in Deirdre's place and it was perfect for what we needed. Lovely, friendly host, great facilities, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. A really nice touch to provide a breakfast. Very much recommend. Thank you!

Schönes und Sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Rosanne ist sehr freundlich und hat uns viele Tips für die Umgebung gegeben.

Das Hostel befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Kirche, was ein besonderes Ambiente beim Frühstücken bietet. Unser Zimmer sowie die Toiletten und Duschen waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche bietet alles, um sich Essen zuzubereiten. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gehörte zum Preis dazu. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und wir hörten den Fernseher im Zimmer nebenan lautstark sowie das Schnarchen der Dame in der Nacht.

Ian communicated with is very timely after booking , with well thought out instructions and key codes to self access to the front door and the room. As we had just flown back from Scotland, 26 hour flight and then 4.5 hour drive to NP and feeling a little bushed after the long haul, he very kindly ll allowed us to check in at 12pm as a room was ready to go, extremely grateful, room was perfect, with electric blankets and split aircon system in the room if needed, tea/coffee facilities and real milk. It has its own ensuite bathroom with all the trimmings, soaps, shampoo's, towels floor mats sparkling clean and well lit. The surroundings are very peaceful and subdue next to a running stream, with outdoor tables and chairs weather permitting. A 3 minute drive to nearest supermarket for supplies if cooking is your bag in a simplistic but we'll functioning kitchen with utensils to cater for your every requirements, Thanks Bobby and Ian for a relaxing and peaceful stay, highly recommend

Nice surroundings, very clean and new room with own bathroom and mini fridge. We enjoyed watching movie on Netflix during our stay.

What a great experience! Two friends and I took a trip down from Hamilton to hike Mt. Taranaki and this lovely home was the perfect place to recuperate after a long day. Martha was very kind and made us feel right at home.

Absolutely amazing host that catered to our needs and even let us checkout late which we appreciated so much. Had a blast at the festival of lights and can’t wait to come back again soon

We stayed 3 wonderful nights in this cosy ensuite room. Room was fresh, clean & comfortable, & we looked fwd to return to the unit at end of each day. Had everything we needed ... including streaming tv, fridge, kettle, coffee/tea in the room plus full kitchen dining area in shared spaces. We especially love our room with big windows overlooking the quiet brook. Value 12/10. Overall 12/10. You will miss something if u didn't book this.

Superschönes Studio, sehr gut eingerichtet, gutes, grosszügiges Frühstück. Dieses B&B empfehlen wir gerne weiter. Beatrice und Peter
