We needed a toaster and they bought a new one right a way. Unfortunately the doors to both washrooms are not very wide and we had to remove the doors to enter with my walker. Overall the place was great and very spacious. We made a few recommendations to have more dishes and to provide a dish towel for the next guests and she said she would. We had a great stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay, our family get together was so much fun at this house. We used all the toys in the backyard during the day and then played into the night in the game room and media room. The patio was everyone’s favorite spot to hang out, cook on the grill and eat. We even used the fire pit to do s’mores one night and the weather was perfection. This home had plenty of towels for the pool and the inside bathrooms. Honestly even our Doodle was having the time of her life outside making friends with squirrels. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone with a group of 8 to 10 people no problem with space at all. The rooms and beds are all very comfortable. The neighbors have a cute rooster that we could barely hear but when I did hear it, I loved it 🥰. We spent one day at Indian Rock Beach, small but beautiful sunsets. We also went to John’s pass and Pass a Grille beach both were fun to bar hop and snack and on appetizers.

Place is great, and the location is a quick 10/15 min walk to a ton of restaurants and shopping in the downtown. The house was well stocked with towels and water. Also liked that there was a Britta filter in the fridge. Jeff is very responsive. We were running out of toilet paper and within 10 or 15 min a new pack of toilet paper was delivered to the house. Also like that the house is equipped with smart locks, so all 10 of us could get in and out without having to worry about keys. Definitely recommend the home and would stay again.

Karolina’s place was all we could have hoped for. Very clean and so many areas to hang out. Something unique we appreciated that isn’t always the case at other Airbnb’s is the amount of dishes and silverware they had available. We barely had to run the dishwasher because there was always plenty of dishes/cups/silverware etc. to choose from. She also had a nice selection of pots and pans. You won’t regret staying here.

The place was amazing!!! We love the fact that the horses roamed around and were friendly. Absolutely a beautiful place to stay. Peace and quiet and so relaxing. Plus, it's not that bad of a drive to get to Tampa. David was awesome and made sure that everything was perfect. Would not recommend lol that way we can get this place again lol. Seriously the place is awesome would highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our staycation, super cute, close to everything, and so pretty! Sarah was so responsive to any questions we had, and always responded quickly!

Our family loved our stay at Ahmed’s place. The house was exactly as described and we enjoyed the spacious environment. It was an easy drive to area beaches and local restaurants. Ahmed was helpful and quick with any questions we had. We would stay here again!

Was an amazing stay at an amazing apartment. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Rebecca was super responsive to any questions we had and even when I ended up leaving my jacket she messaged me and I was easily able to recover. My left item would very much recommend to anyone visiting the Tampa area who wants a nice clean quiet space to plan out their adventures from

Great location to food and less than 10 mins to the beach but also it was nice to be away from the crowd. Parking was free, pool was heated and relaxing. The condo was very clean. Had a great time.

Cascade was a wonderful host. We felt right a home with the kitty cat's welcome and the chicken coop providing fresh eggs in the morning. Cascade was very accomodating and felt very comfortable in her quaint, funky accomodations.

We found Paradise in Brandon to be the ideal arrangement these past four days. It was quiet and peaceful while we enjoyed the hot tub and cooked on the grill. It is close to everything you might be interested in Brandon, mall, theater, restaurants. Great place and responsive host.

The place was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed exploring the area … especially the beaches that were close by. Our grandchildren enjoyed fishing off the dock. We look forward to our next visit to Florida and definitely would stay here again!!!

Grate host!

We LOVED staying at Meryem’s place! It was just adorable, the location was perfect, and she was very friendly. We had a small concern with AC, and she immediately came out to see how she could help and was sweet enough to even give us some recommendations for things to do while we were there! Would definitely stay with Meryem again.

Lori was so accommodating getting us into our second cottage for our second week, for which we are grateful to her and her marvelous cleaning crew. This was our third time and each time in a different cottage, which was equally peaceful, provided space and tranquility inside and outside and as with the other reviews the loveliest hidden gem.

Karie and Chris's home provided a great place to get the family together. The home was spacious which gave our families plenty of privacy. The toy rooms were a hit with our grandchildren! The kitchen and grill were great. We cooked all our meals at home. The pool provided a bonus which we all enjoyed. A very enjoyable vacation made possible by their home!

This was an extended stay of 3 months, and was well worth it. Jaime and Maya were great hosts. They responded very quickly and only as needed. The fence needed repair so my dog could be in it without me worrying he would escape, and the grill was not usable. Jaime fixed both issues promptly. I have done multiple long stays and this rental has had the best kitchen equipment I’ve encountered. It’s not all top notch quality but it’s a wide range of items that a home cook would need. Tons of dishes as well. For once, I wasn’t buying a ton of items to cook! All in all, this was a lovely stay with owners who care about the comfort of their guests. Thank you!

This was a perfect location for a two family vacation and college tour to University of Tampa. We were under 10 minutes to everything. Also, a nice ride to St Pete. We will be back.

Great place for a large group. We stayed here for a bachelor party and it had plenty of space by the pool for lounging. Very close to the airport and was only a 15 minutes uber ride.

Absolutely wonderful stay and beautiful home! Description of the listing was completely accurate and all of the extra amenities were great. Having a high chair and pack and play with a mattress was perfect for our 2 year old. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with our morning coffee and the pool, and could not beat the location. Communication was quick and thorough. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. Nice decor throughout. We felt comfortable and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Kim was always available if we needed to text her and she was very pleasant and helpful. Good location, close to restaurants and Highway. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend Kim’s place.

This space is special as it can accommodate so many but yet you still have your own private suite! The interior and decor are a solid 9.5 The exterior is a 8.5 Just my opinion The host is extremely responsive and knowledgeable of the home and area! Heated pool was clean and warm Lots of wildlife also
