My husband and I had an absolutely incredible stay at this vacation rental in the Bahamas! The hosts went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they were extremely responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Even checked-in on us to see if we needed fresh towels for the bathroom and kitchenette area. When the included rental car needed replacing, they handled it seamlessly, and their recommendations for local amenities and experiences were spot-on—truly the best the island has to offer! The property itself was well-equipped, clean, and perfectly located for exploring. We’re so grateful for the thoughtful touches (we won't spoil it for you, that way it's a nice surprise) and exceptional hospitality. Beautiful high-end condo. Nice heated pool and small private beach. Condo was very clean, nicely decorated and included all items we needed. Our host got us a taxi from the airport after I put in a very late request and it was truly appreciated. There is a bus stop just outside the condo that will take you downtown as needed for $1.50. We'd return.

Absolutely amazing Airbnb stay! The unit is spacious, stylishly modern, and Agatha was a fantastic host. The amenities are top-notch, with a gym, infinity pool, and 24hr security (which also facilitates check-in). The location is also fantastic - just a ~10-minute walk to Cabbage Beach, one of the island's best spots. We tried a couple of nearby restaurants: Dune at the Four Seasons (good food, though a bit pricey for what you get - the atmosphere and coastal views were incredible) and Carnivale, which we enjoyed. Didn't find any exceptional restaurants on Paradise Island so I'd suggest you check out the rest of Nassau if you're interested in dining. For groceries, we initially went to Sawyer's on Paradise Island, but it was mostly out of stock when we visited. We ended up using Solomon’s across the bridge instead. You can walk there, but I’d recommend taking a taxi, as the walkway isn’t the most pedestrian-friendly.

Fantastic location with beautiful views! The co-hosts Elena and Alicia were extremely responsive before the trip. Alicia met us at the rental to get us settled. The house was a great size for our traveling party (3 adults, 2 children, 1 infant). Easy walk down to the beautiful private beach. Short walk to grocery store and restaurants/cafe. You do have to cross a busy road to get to the sidewalk and there are no crosswalks. The hosts were flexible with check out time which was a huge help! A great stay overall!

We had an amazing family vacation! The beach was beautiful and the location was walkable to restaurants and coffee. Dan was very friendly and did a great job communicating with us. We are looking forward to coming back in the future!

Nice clean place. 5 stars for Megan, and all other co-hosts. Super responsive and eager to help. The place itself was ok. It was clean and smelled good. But It’s a very basic setup, uniquely designed for Airbnb. It is not a house. Around 7-10 rooms with independent entrances. We had two rooms next to each other. For a comfortable stay, you must have a rental car. It is offered free of cost, but you must sign the contract well in advance and buy insurance. We missed the signing of contract so could not get the cars.

Our group of 4 (ages 64, 59, 37, and 34) had an amazing time at Orchid House! The house itself is gorgeous and looks just like the pictures. The bedrooms were huge and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge help in the mornings. The living area is comfortable and having satellite TV was an extra perk. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. The house itself is located within the Bayview Suites complex on Paradise Island. The complex itself has a few swimming pools but we didn't utilize them as it was a short walk to Cabbage Beach, which was beautiful. There was also a small shop on site where you could buy water, beer, and chips. Overall, 10/10 stay. We would 100% rent this place again if we were ever visiting Paradise Island. Tip for others: if you plan on using the kitchen to make meals, we would recommend taking a cab to one of the grocery stores in Nassau. The two grocery stores on Paradise Island have VERY few options and what is there is very expensive!

Arrived and were taken to our unit and given all instructions. 2 pools (note: not heated) and we couldn't believe how close we were to the beach - easy to run back and forth all day. Easy walk to the marina with liquor store, groceries, Dunkin, other restaurants as well as Atlantis. We did the day pass there, which was enough - I was happy we chose the AirBnB vs. the hotel - more our speed (kids are 12 and 9). Spent every night playing Yahtzee on the awesome patio, listening to the waves crash. Unit size was plenty and had all necessary kitchen + bath items. The onsite restaurant was great; recommend ordering to-go to save time. Neighbors were friendly and we loved the cats!! Our family can't wait to go back!

Our family of 4 was extremely comfortable in Tineka's home! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to prepare meals; high end appliances were appreciated. The pool was beautiful and we used the grill area for dinner one night. The private, small beach was perfect to snorkel and swim. There is a condo building being built 2 buildings down so there was some construction noise, but nothing major or too disruptive. We walked to the Baha Mar one day to enjoy the water park and had a lovely lunch at Marcus. We walked to Meze Grill one night for an excellent dinner. Monique was our taxi driver that transported us to and from the airport; she also coordinated a ride for us when she was busy so we could get to Paradise Island for a half day boat tour. Went with Captain Stafford through 4WindsTours, highly recommend. Tineka was always available via phone/text, amazing host!! Met us at the condo to explain everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful time! The villa was so clean and spacious! The hammock was such a nice touch in the mornings after coffee, so relaxing. Wonderful location, wonderful people all around, 10/10! So peacf at night and got some great sleep!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living space was cozy with plenty of natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was perfect for preparing meals, and the bathroom had all the essentials I needed for a relaxing stay. Location-wise, it was perfect – nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the fact that I could easily walk to several places. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and hassle-free stay. I’ll definitely be back!

This is a great Airbnb with a perfect location. We walked to the public section of Cabbage Beach almost every day ($20 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella). We also walked to Anthony’s Restaurant for Happy Hour 3-6pm (B1G1 drinks and $14 appetizers). Also within walking distance is the ferry to Nassau ($7 each way) and the huge Atlantis resort. There is a small, very expensive and sparse, grocery store nearby, along with a liquor store. Everything was close, which was great. The home was a tad challenging to locate at first, but that’s because it was night when we arrived and our taxi driver ($45 from airport) didn’t follow the directions Jasmine sent to us. Getting in was easy and we were pleased to find such a lovely, comfortable place to call home for a week. The place was stocked with most everything we needed. Jasmine was very responsive when I requested a new hair dryer, and had it to us within hours. If we ever travel back, we would definitely stay again.

Das Appartement ist ein Traum. Wir waren mit unserem 5 Jahre alten Sohn unterwegs und das große Bett und die ruhige Lage war perfekt. Wer das richtige Bahamas erleben möchte, der ist hier genau richtig. Abseits vom Trubel und doch nicht weit weg vom Strand und einem Supermarkt. Wir würden dieses Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen. Toll eingerichtet, sauber und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Danke

Dominic’s place was the best! The beach and pool that can be used by the public are right outside the house. The water is incredible. You really can just stay on property the whole time if you want. One thing to note- to get the pass you must do a 3 day minimum. It’s around $70. This grants access to the other 2 pools, a bar, a private beach with chairs and umbrellas, drink and food service, and also use of kayaks and paddle boards. Without it they won’t let you rent any of the stuff. It rained for 1.5 days during our 3 day trip so we didn’t purchase it but they will not let you get it for one day. Also the spa on site is completely shut down. The house is spacious and came with some floats which we utilized. There are many balconies and a patio out back which we spent a lot of time enjoying. There is a grill out there as well which is nice. Beds were comfy, couches were comfy. The restaurant and cafe on site are good and you can purchase some grocery and alcohol too. Amazing time!

Appointed as stated - perfect for a family and the walk to the play things for kids is perfect…excellent stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at One Cable Beach. Accommodations comfortably slept 5 people, and everything we needed was within walking distance. There were plenty of restaurants and stores that gave us lots of options and things to do. Did not consider Baha Bay being so close when booking this reservation but ended up using its amazing restaurants and facilities quite a bit, and its walkable proximity definitely was a plus for this reservation. If you are planning to purchase meet to cook, I do not recommend any of the nearby grocery stores. We did not have a car, so instead, we used instantGopher which came with a reasonable $10 delivery fee and got us everything we needed.

Me and my friends enjoyed the weekend in The Bahamas at Sheena’s place. Close the airport, very convenient as one of my friends had an early flight to the family island. Great restaurants on Bay Street West, just a short drive away. Dino’s Gourmet Conch salad one of the best on Island. Would definitely stay there again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Juliette’s place. It was just as described, clean and very comfortable/convenient. The location was great - close walking distance to a beautiful public beach and the world famous Atlantis with great attractions and restaurants. The place was also convenient enough for us to go into Nassau for a night out. Juliette and Byron were extremely nice, responsive and knowledgeable/helpful - they answered our questions thoroughly and promptly and helped any way they could. We’d definitely come back and stay with Juliette again. Hands down recommend her place.

Seadreams is a lovely home on the water, a quick swim away from a coral where you can snorkel and see lots of fish. Fit our family of five perfectly. Communication was friendly and fast. Location is on a busy road, a few minute drive to groceries and other shops.

This was a great stay. Samantha was very helpful and proactive. We had an issue with the hot water one night, and within a half hour somebody had already come over and was fixing the issue. very responsive and ready to help when needed. The house instructions were very easy, and we made use of the communal pool almost every day. Cabbage Beach nearby was one of the nicest beaches we visited, and the directions given by Samantha were accurate and easy to follow. Carnivale is a pricy restaurant nearby but definitely worth the splurge. Paradise Island was the place to stay for sure!

From start to finish, the hosts and the listing exceeded expectations! Extremely friendly and helpful with making sure our group would be accommodated appropriately. The property is in a great location with privacy and unmatched views. Interior is beautiful to match with the rest of the property with plenty of space and tidy rooms! Will highly recommend going forward!

Great location to beach but not many restaurants unless you walk back to Atlantis. Great place with great views, beach chairs, umbrellas, coffee pot/keurig, water dispenser, ice maker, and microwave. The best hosts/cohosts I have experienced. Very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Only drawback is it’s on the third floor (35 steps, but who is counting!) and is two stories. Would book again!
