The home was spacious and set up well. We enjoyed the game room for some spirited competition. The location worked well for traveling to multiple sights and things to do in the Phoenix-Sedona area. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for 4 nights and LOVED the beautiful views and quiet setting. The house was very clean and really cool inside. We would definitely stay here again, close to downtown Cave Creek but you feel like your miles away!

Our stay at this property was thoroughly enjoyable. The house felt "like home" right from the start. The house was furnished with basic daily supplies. Appreciated that! The neighborhood was quiet & we felt safe. There are great walking trails & a nearby park. The host was quick to respond to a few questions we had. Definitely would stay at this property again. Beautiful home! Well stocked with amenities (shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent). Very clean and peaceful neighborhood. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond to questions! Thank you for an amazing experience!!!

The house was beautiful. Very roomy. It has a beautiful backyard with a pool and patio furniture. The pool wasn’t working but they told us that before we booked. It was still a beautiful place to sit and unwind. Very comfortable and relaxing. It has a pretty well stocked kitchen we found everything we needed to make our meals.

Our spring training stay was perfect! We enjoyed our time at the house and around Scottsdale. The house was very clean and felt like home. Heidi was very helpful and answered questions quickly. The next time we are in Scottsdale, we won't hesitate to stay here again.

This was a perfect place for a three night get away for my sister and I. We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms with a lovely common area. Everything you need is supplied just like I were home. We will definitely come back again.

Such a nice place! The kitchen had all the things I needed, and most importantly, coffee! She had. Keurig and regular pot, with coffee and filters! excellent place, location, and host!

My husband and I are retired couple from Illinois and stayed in this rental for a month. Jean was very attentive to our needs. We had a few minor issues in which she resolved very quickly. She checked in with us numerous times to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The condo was centrally located with easy access to main highways. One of the things we liked the most about this condo is that it is a one level rental. The pool is right outside the front door, but was undergoing some maintenance issues for a while during our stay. We loved having access to the lake and its walking path around it. We did walk this most days. We also were in close vicinity to Spring training camps and got to see quite a few games. Overall we were happy with our stay and with Jean as our host.

We had a great stay here! We came for NASCAR weekend and the location was perfect for the race! Took us a few spins around the place to find the unit but we were a bit tired from travel all morning. The place was big, spotless and had everything you need. The bathroom was huge! I would recommend if you are cooking to buy some oil/salt/pepper as there was none available but not a big deal! 10/10 !

Everything was excellent.... I'm not sure what the neighbors below us were complaining about, I do not feel we did anything to cause for a complaint. I think maybe they don't like the idea of you using the place as an Air BNB, and used this as excuse to complain, but I don't really know. We were not causing any issues to cause complaints I am confident of that. Otherwise I had no complaints with everything, all was very nice....

It was a great space that was so comfortable to stay in! I felt safe and at home.

Anthony's place was fabulous. All that was described was delivered and more. His place was so inviting, comfortable and clean. We were there for Spring Training and the location was perfect. Only 15 - 20 minutes to the ballparks. Lots of shops and restaurants near by and Anthony even helped with restaurant suggestions. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Jessica’s condo was restful and relaxing. Perfect for recovering from treatments at Mayo. Close to Walgreens and several grocery stores and many restaurants. We were comfortable with our dogs and had great places to walk them with trails by the golf course. We would stay again

Ryan’s place was awesome and exactly what we needed for an awesome bachelorette weekend !! honestly the place was better than what I expected from the pictures and was larger as well as having everything we needed! Ryan was SO responsive & helpful, letting us check in early to decorate and check out late. I really appreciate the great stay Ryan and would recommend this place to everyone !

We had a wonderful time. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, great for walks with the children. The home itself was spacious, clean and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed late nights by the pool and fire features. Our host gus was great with communication and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend.

We loved staying and playing in the pool. Turbo the tortoise was a big hit! He is so cute and friendly, really was fun to feed him. House was cool and clean.

Benedikt was very responsive and accurate in the listing of his wonderful place. The location was absolutely stunning. The welcoming amenities were great after traveling to AZ. Greatly appreciated it. It was nice to have the place so well stocked for our group; towels, wash clothes, beds, pillows, tvs, outside seating and the pool was great, kitchen was well outfitted also. Our dog Quinn was quite the little explorer on the property. Thanks again, Kim, Deb, Mike , and Karen and our daughters.

We loved this home! It was beautiful inside and out and well maintained! Barbara and her team were very responsive and very helpful in providing suggestions for hikes and restaurants. This house had it all...we would love to return. Thanks for sharing it.

We were happy with our stay! The pool was amazing! We loved it! Everything was just as described and some parts even better than expected! There was plenty of room and beds for 10 people to be very comfortable! Thank you!

We spent nine lovely nights at Steven’s beautiful property. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and close to shopping, restaurants, and the 101. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard as well as cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and slept great in the comfortable bed. A plus stay. One of the best properties we’ve rented and we were sad to leave! Thank you!

Beautiful home in friendly, quiet gated community location. Very comfortable, well-appointed, in great condition with fantastic back yard space. Spa pool, fire pit, grill, and putting green make it easy to stay home and relax. Perfect for our family of 4 with two college aged adults who like to cook at home. Scenic neighborhood walking trails through golf course community with spectacular sunset views from the Boulders resort. Located minutes from Target and grocery store. Only 15min drive from several top rated hiking spots like Pinnacle Peak and Tom’s Thumb. Close to several good restaurants in North Scottsdale. Boulder’s Golf course very scenic and 5 min walk. Chris was an excellent host with quick answers to questions. Would definitely return.
