Loved our stay here. While I was worried about being so close to Perkins Road, we never even knew it the whole time we were there. Quiet and peaceful and a great place for us, our son and his wife and their 18 month old. The family room provided a fun place for us to play, and the bedrooms/beds were great. Convenient to LSU which is why we were there but also convenient to the interstate when we needed. Appreciated the coffee and Keurig in the mornings too!

Excellent stay! The place was very clean and clear instructions and labels every from appliances to the laundry room. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. It also was stocked with all the kitchen items you will need.

I had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful lakefront cabin! Beyond what's in the photos, the cabin is equipped with lots of thoughtful extras that made my stay comfortable, such as a Bluetooth speaker, more kitchenware than I'm used to finding in rentals, and shades on every window for total privacy. Hosts were friendly and communicative, I look forward to coming back for my next writer's retreat.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming fishing cabin on False River! The cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and it was the perfect spot for our family of six (including two kids) and our two dogs. The porch was our favorite place to start each day with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate, taking in the peaceful view. The dock was great for a little fishing and enjoying the serene atmosphere. Inside, the cabin was older but cozy and well-equipped. We were able to cook breakfast together, and the kids had a blast watching movies and playing games in the evenings. It really felt like a home away from home. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, was incredibly responsive, and gave us great recommendations for local activities. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and spend quality time with our loved ones. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly retreat!

Everything was as advertised, and Leisa is a very gracious hostess.

We felt right at home. Very comfortable inside the home and nice private back yard. Stephanie was very quick to respond when we needed. I left one of my favorite shirts and she immediately responded and shipped it to me. The next time I’m in the area I’ll be checking out her listing first. Thank you for being such a great host!

Josh is a fantastic host, keeping communication open and making sure that we had all of our check in information prior to arrival. We had a couple of little hiccups and he was quick to respond for resolution. The condo is on the 2nd floor, but very quiet and very little activity up and down the stairs. The surrounding properties are extremely well maintained - the properties inside The Bluffs neighborhood are highly attractive. The interior of the condo was exactly like the listing. The bed was clean and fresh, the bathroom and kitchen was well stocked, the coffee maker was a life saver in the mornings! Overall, very pleasant and highly recommended Josh as a host!
