Chris was a fantastic host! First of all he was so responsive, always checking in on us everyday, and very helpful and communicative with recommendations and quick answers. Second of all, the property. It is so gorgeous. Definitely worth the price, and maybe even better! We loved our stay, we will definitely be coming back soon. Definitely check it out if you’re considering an Airbnb in the area. 10/10 experience!

This house is in a quiet safe neighborhood, 30 mins from Montauk Beach and half the cost for 5 guests. Overall we loved it! The host recommended restaurants which is helpful. When we-reported a problem, someone was there to fix it the next morning. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of outdoor seating, comfy couches. Strange full bathroom cotton curtains a bit long and no liner, difficult to dry. The bath off the master bedroom the floor floods because curtain in there is lined but a bit short. Gotta keep a towel down. Garage is wonderful, laundry in basement handy. Decks off bedroom and patio off dining room both lovely. are beautiful lovely place to stay.

This cottage is a fabulous place to stay in Newport. Our family of 6 stayed here and there was more than enough room for everyone. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. It is also very convenient in terms of location. It’s a few doors away from restaurants and a short walk to the downtown area. I highly recommend it!

This home is beautiful and so spacious! Proximity to East Hampton and Springs, yet very private and peaceful. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I had an amazing stay! The place was clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. The location is great, just a short walk to lots of restaurants and coffee places, making it easy to explore. All the pictures are accurate. Highly recommend!

Liliane’s place was fantastic for our girls weekend! The house is so spacious and such a fantastic setup. Our large group could spread out with the layout- living rooms, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens located on both floors. Perfect location being close to Newport. I would recommend this spot to anybody looking to visit the area!

House is perfect. We stayed for a long weekend over Thanksgiving. Perfect location, beds are comfy, fireplace is cozy and host is very responsive and kind.

We had a very comfortable relaxed stay! The space was clean and well equipped. The beds were soooo comfortable as was all the living room furniture! Craig was very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We lived the location and made two visits to the close by Big Red slide and walked the beach! So close! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

I stayed at this condo in Providence with a group of four, and we really enjoyed our time there! The location was great—just a short drive or walk to downtown, which made exploring the area super easy. We also really appreciated that it came with a parking spot, which was super convenient. The space itself was nicely decorated—modern, clean, and cozy. It had enough room for all of us to feel comfortable. The bathroom sink area was a bit tight, but overall it was very cute and well-designed. The beds were spacious and comfy, which made a big difference after long days out. It was a chilly trip for us, so we were especially thankful for the heater that kept the place warm and cozy. No complaints at all—we had a great stay!

My wife and I absolutely loved this cottage. It far exceeded our expectations. I felt so much at home, I almost went out and picked up the mail!There were so many supplies in the kitchen, a thoughtfully laid out living room and bedroom, a heavenly soaking tub in the bathroom, and serene surroundings. Everything was thought of from tasteful decor to plenty of firewood for the wood-burning fireplace and even an unopened toothbrush and other toiletries in the bathroom (including 2-ply!! ) It raised my standard for future rentals. We are lucky enough to travel several times a year. When we do, we almost exclusively stay at Airbnb‘s. This one was by far the most comfortable we’ve stayed at in many years. I’ve stayed in this home several times. The home is beautiful with a nautical theme throughout. Norm is always friendly, proactive, and responsive. It’s very quiet in a gorgeous New England setting. It’s like a second home when I’m in Little Compton.

We loved our stay at Michael's and Kara's beautiful house. It was so comfortable, clean and had everything we could possible want. We wished we could have stayed longer. Michael and Kara are so friendly and welcoming. They have this sunroom that is so very comfy. We will be back.

It is an unbelievably beautiful location and the place is well-kept. This is the perfect spot for anyone looking to be near nature and the Boston area.

Ada's place was cozy and very comfy, especially the bed! The location was perfect for a concert at Mohegan Sun casino. We highly recommend it!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful East Hampton home! The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as pictured—if not better. The layout was perfect for relaxing and entertaining, with plenty of natural light and cozy touches throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor space was a dream—private, peaceful, and perfect for morning coffee or evening wine under the stars.

The house was absolutely gorgeous and looked better in real life than in the photos (how many times can you say that!?). Kevin was a very responsive and kind host, answering all of my questions. The location was perfect - so serene and peaceful. The outdoor space was gorgeous, the kitchen was amazing and fully stocked, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were so cozy and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this rental and would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay! We were eight people - two families traveling with four kids total, and the home was ideal for our group. The heated pool was a highlight—perfectly sized and (upon request) kept at a comfortable temperature, even in late March. The house itself was clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We especially appreciated how quickly the hosts responded whenever we had questions. The only minor drawback was that the property is located across from a fire station, and occasionally you’ll hear the siren. However, it only lasts a few seconds and didn’t bother us much at all. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would recommend it and would gladly stay here again!

We had a great stay at Richard’s place. The space is clean, roomy and comfortable. They had a minor plumbing issue during our stay but it wasn’t a problem and Richard was very proactive in communicating the issue and resolution. It was a convenient location for our stay.
